Barry was working in his lab he was able to complete most of his work, when he was interrupted again this time it was someone familiar
“Felicity” Barry called her out, he left his work and hugged her
“Hey Babe” Felicity hugged him back, Barry kissed her passionately they were glued for a while
“What’s my favourite computer geek doing here?” Barry asked, leading her to sit down.
“I thought since it’s been mostly you visiting us, why don’t I visit you this time” Felicity said with a smile she sat on his lap hugging his neck
“I like that” Barry smiled, he kissed her again, “how about you give me a minute while I finish this work.
Then we will go somewhere else”
Felicity got of him, looked around his lab, she has been here before but a lots a change
“So the lightning came through here?” she asked pointing to the ceiling
“Yes, and it struck me nine times” Barry answered
“You know, in ancient times, lightning was a symbol of judgment,” Felicity said, rambling as usual.
“It was used by the gods to deliver punishment to sinners…”
She paused, then quickly added, “Not that I’m saying you’re a sinner.
It just happened to hit you nine times and gave you… abilities.”
She whispered the last word.
Barry looked up from the file he was working on, a faint smile appearing on his face.
“Well, in Eastern mythology, lightning can represent the jealousy of the heavens,” Barry said.
“Maybe I was too talented for them.”
Felicity opened her mouth, but Barry continued before she could speak.
“And now I have abilities that you seem to know very well.”
Felicity immediately blushed.
Barry smiled, closed the file, and stood up.
“Let’s go.
I’m done.”
Moments Later
Park
Barry and Felicity strolled through Central City Park, the evening quiet around them.
“So, how’s life been here?” Felicity asked, her voice light but curious.
“It’s been fast,” Barry replied with a small smile.
“But also… enjoyable.” He didn’t need to say more; Felicity could tell he meant it.
“I’m glad,” she said warmly.
“You deserve to enjoy it, after everything you’ve pushed yourself through.”
Barry glanced at her.
“And how’s Team Arrow?
Is everything okay?
Do you need my help with anything?”
“Nope,” Felicity said, grinning.
“I came because I wanted to see you.
Everything’s A-okay.
Oh, and Thea’s joined the team now.”
“Yeah, she told me,” Barry nodded.
Felicity leaned closer, lowering her voice.
“I want to see it.”
Barry arched a brow.
“You’ve already seen me… up close,” he teased, before she swatted his chest, cheeks pink.
He chuckled softly.
“I meant your new ability,” she clarified.
“Carol told you,” Barry said.
“Yeah, she’s been bragging in the chat group.
Thea was very annoyed,” Felicity admitted, pulling out her phone to show him.
Barry smirked.
“How come I’m not in this group?”
“It’s girls only,” Felicity said quickly, then realized her slip and shot him her signature wide-eyed don’t-you-dare-tell-anyone look.
Barry leaned closer, lowering his voice.
“I can pretend I didn’t hear that… but only if—” he whispered something in her ear, making her blush furiously.
“Deal,” she whispered back.
“Alright then,” Barry said, extending his hand.
“Ready?”
Felicity placed her hand in his.
In an instant, Violet-gold lightning surged around them, and the world slowed as though someone had pressed pause.
“Oh wow…” Felicity’s eyes widened as she looked around.
People stood frozen mid-step, cars crawled along the road, even birds hung in midair like suspended art.
“So this is how you see the world?”
“More or less,” Barry said calmly.
“Right now, you’re moving at super-speed with me.
Hold tight.”
Before she could respond, Barry swept her into his arms princess-style and dashed forward.
The city blurred into streaks of light.
Felicity’s laughter rang out, exhilarated, as Barry slowed just enough for her to take in the surreal beauty around them.
“Hold on,” Barry warned before accelerating up the side of a skyscraper.
Violet-gold lightning spiraled around them as they climbed.
“Woohoo!” Felicity shouted, her whole body alive with the rush.
In seconds, they stood atop Central City’s tallest building.
Barry set her down gently.
She swayed slightly, dizzy from the speed.
“Careful,” Barry said, steadying her.
“Your body’s not built for superspeed.” He pulled a small chocolate from his pocket and offered it.
“I really shouldn’t.
Calories are plotting against me, Barry.
I know it.”
“Just take a bite,” Barry said, nudging a piece past her lips.
She pouted, chewing.
“Fine.”
Barry chuckled softly, his eyes on her as she turned to take in the view.
The city stretched out in glowing lights beneath them, wind tugging at her hair, the last traces of sunset painting her face in gold.
For a moment, Barry let the calm warmth slip past his usual composure, hugging her gently from behind.
“Beautiful, isn’t it?” he said quietly.
Felicity leaned into him, smiling.
“Yeah”
S.T.A.R.
Labs
Barry had taken Felicity to her penthouse where she placed her belongings, now he took her to S.T.A.R.
Labs and showed her around, currently they were walking toward the Cortex
“And this is where we monitor the police bands for criminal activity.
S.T.A.R.
Labs has its own satellite which can be used to look for meta-human”
“I know.
I’ve hacked into it from time to time.” Felicity replied causing Barry to shake his head
“Rude.” Cisco said as he and Caitlin walked over
“It is, of course, so wonderful to see you again, Felicity.
I’m just wondering how much of our operation she needs to know about.” Caitlin said giving Barry a look
“I’m really good at keeping secrets.” Felicity replied with a wink
“Don’t worry she knows” Barry said giving her a nod
“So this is your suit” Felicity looking around saw his suit on the mannequin
“Yes ” Barry said
“It very smooth” Felicity ran her hand around the suit
“Yes its a friction proof, made of a reinforced tri-polymer” Cisco said with a smug smile
“What about the static charge?” Felicity asked
“The polymer is coated with teflon material that neutralizes the charge” Cisco
“Don’t worry she works with the arrow” Barry whispered to Caitlin, who was surprised
“Welcome, Ms.
Smoak.” Harrison said in the corridor
“The Dr.
Wells?” Felicity looked back sae,
“Please, call me Harrison, Felicity.” Wells said rolling into the cortex
“Oh, you know who I am?” Felicity asked
“Ranked second in the national informative technology competition at age 19, graduated M.I.T.
with a masters degree in cyber security and computer sciences.
I know who you are.
I keep an eye out for promising talent in scientific fields.
It’s what brought me Cisco, Caitlin, and I foresaw great things from you.” Wells said
Felicity with a smile turned to Barry only to find him gone “Where’d he go?” Felicity asked only for Barry to speed into the cortex wearing his S.T.A.R.
Labs sweatshirt, and jogging pants
“Ok, let’s see if I can top my previous speed record.” Barry stretched, he is going to show off a bit today.
Moments Later
Felicity, Wells, Caitlin, and Cisco watched as Barry reached 3000 mph, on his treadmill “How fast can he run?” Felicity asked, while she experienced his speed, this is first time seeing his speed in numbers
“He’s been getting faster at an extraordinary rate, his last recorded top speed was 2500 mph.” Dr.
Wells said, a glint in his eyes.
“So is he really okay?” Felicity asked watching Barry
“His heart rate is within normal range, for him.” Caitlin said
“No, I mean, the lightning bolt changed him.” Felicity said finally looking away to the scientist “Do any of you really know how much?”
“We know a fair amount.” Cisco said
“If everything about him is sped up, is he going to age faster?
What would happen if he ran too fast?
I mean, would he just be running, and then, poof, he’s dust in a red costume?
What about if he has children one day will they have super speed as well?” Felicity fired off, while Caitlin gained a look at the last question
“Everything we do here at S.T.A.R.
Labs is to protect Barry Allen.
Trust us, Felicity, he is in very good hands here.” Harrison said as Felicity nodded before she turned to Barry who was still running
“Felicity, how exactly did you meet Barry?” Caitlin asked
“Oh, um, In my freshman year at MIT, I had a stalker problem, and Barry caught the guy and beat him up, making sure he left me alone.” Felicity shrugged watching Barry with a smile “We became friends, then we started dating after a year he left for Harvard.”
“Did you break up afterwards?” Caitlin questioning
“Nope, not really we kept in touch and he was very persuasive” Felicity explained, with a small blush on her face, which was noticed by Caitlin
Barry finished his training, He had a bit of sweat .
“Here” Caitlin offered him a towel
“Thanks” Barry wiped his face
CC Jitters
Barry was hungry after the exercise so he decided to take Felicity for lunch
Iris had just finished serving a customer, when she saw Barry and Felicity walk in
“Iris” Barry called her
“Hey Barry” Iris greeted she looked at Felicity curious about her identity
“Felicity Smoak” Felicity introduced herself
“You girlfriend, met in ..MIT am I right” Iris remembered Barry mentioning
“Yes it’s me” Felicity shook hands with Iris
“So has Barry been showing you some of the sights in Central City?” Iris asked
Felicity smiled and looked at Barry “Yes, I have seen some pretty amazing things.” she said
“Really?” Iris asked before she turned and led them to a table, “Well, if you’ve got some time, maybe we can show you some of Central City’s night life.”
“Oh, no.
I get plenty of night life in Starling City.”
“Oh, this is something that I don’t think that you’re gonna want to miss.” Iris said, placing her tray down and turning to the blondes with a flier “Trivia night at Jitters.
Eddie’s not really excited about it, I admit.
But it could be our night, guys.”
Barry raised an eyebrow as he took the flier and read it “Our night to win $75 worth of cappuccinos.” he said
“Uh, yum.” Felicity said taking the flier before she turned to Barry and said “Count me in, just lemme check in work.
I’ll be back in a second.”
“Felicity is a great girl, and she happens to come from your very rare species of adorable nerd” Iris smiled she is happy for Barry
“Yes she is wonderful,” Barry said with a smile
“We’ll have fun, tonight” Iris excited, looking forward to tonight
Later
Jitters was packed for trivia night when the host came out with his microphone “Party people, who’s ready to get their trivia on?” he asked, causing everyone to cheer “Okay, everybody, welcome.
We’ve got some new challengers.
Please, welcome e=mc Hammer.”
Barry was sitting across from Eddie, and Iris nodding to the crowd as they cheered, before he sighed “I can’t believe I agreed to this.” he said to Iris, he did not expected this place to be so crowded, he hates crowded places
“Stop being a downer, where is Felicity?
Why didn’t you come with her ” Iris asked looking around
“I was about to pick her up,” Barry said sipping his soda, as Eddie, and Iris looked over his shoulder in awe “She told me about a surprise..” Barry had turned around to see Felicity dressed in a black form fitting backless dress
“Feel free to buy yourself that dress.” Eddie whispered to Iris as Felicity walked over
“I totally overdressed for trivia night.” Felicity said
“No, you look beautiful.” Barry said smiling
“Yeah, you do.” Iris nodded as Felicity blushed and looked to the tablet at her team name
“E=mc hammer.
You remembered?” Felicity asked looking to Barry who smirked as it was the name they used in class when they would team up
“Eidetic Memory.” Barry said coolly as he pulled her chair out for her to sit.
Later
Barry and Felicity began to mop the floor with the other teams, as they worked together to score points, while unknown to everyone Barry had taken to caressing Felicity’s lovely legs, her thighs, “Three is Erdel” Barry said as he caressed her beautiful legs lightly
“Mm-mm.” Felicity nodded her head as she tried to keep her blush from showing “and four is Pasteur.”
“Right.” Barry nodded
“Five?” Iris asked
“Descartes/Descartes.” they both said at the same time
“Are they even speaking English?” Eddie felt a bit out of place
“And the points go to E=mc Hammer.” the host said as the spectators cheered while Barry and Felicity high-fived
“I knew you would be perfect for today.” Iris said as Felicity smiled at Barry
“Yeah it feels like a university student bullying a bunch of middle schoolers” Barry shrugged if any one of his peers knew, they would laugh to death
“So, Felicity, what do you do?” Eddie asked
“I work in computer sciences at Queen Consolidated.” Felicity said modestly
“She is actually Director of the Computer Sciences department, she is just too modest to admit” Barry revealed her real position, he did not want his woman to be underestimated.
Felicity was embarrassed, she tried to stop his hand from going even further.
“Amazing” Eddie was in awe, Iris was also surprised.
“I’ll get us some more drinks.” Eddie said standing up
“And I had too many of those first ones, so I will be right back, babe” Felicity said getting up she kissed him, and left
“What?” Barry asked with a raised eyebrow, at Iris who was giving him a knowing look
“Felicity is smart, nice, and pretty.
And most importantly, she is the first girl that I have seen that really understands and appreciates you for the amazing person that you are.” Iris genuine thoughts
Barry smiled “She is not the first girl”
“What do you mean?” Iris was confused she did not know about his other girlfriends
“Nothing” Barry just shook his head
Moments Later
Eddie sat at the table with the tablet in front of him with a sad look on his face as he got an answer wrong “I’m sorry.
I thought I knew it, and I got excited, and I..
I just hit it.” Eddie said looking at Iris, Barry and Felicity
“No, I mean, maybe they’ll get it wrong too.” Iris said as Barry began to laugh
“Oh, yeah.
I am sure that the team named Pride and Padawans doesn’t know the name of Han Solo’s ship.” Felicity said jabbing a thumb over to the family of four dressed as Star Wars characters
“Oh, honey, you are so cute when you’re confused.” Iris said kissing Eddie, before his phone beeped
“Someone spotted Snart.” he said in surprise before he got up “I gotta go.”
When Iris, and Eddie got up Barry and Felicity walked off “I’ll cover for you.”
“All right, what are you gonna say?” Barry asked
“I usually tell people Oliver’s at a night club with a girl, or nursing a hangover.”
“None of which will work for me.” Barry said turning to face her as they stood outside
“Your company’s president called and you needed to come in right away.” Felicity said
“Wish me luck” Barry said, he kissed her before rushing off
“Stay safe…
” Felicity said to herself, and then she went inside.

So a lot of you are saying its the same as the original, but I would say please be patient the story will change as we go forward.
As for his job at CCPD he will quit after the events of season 1
