【Lesser Spirit】
Spirituality has just begun to awaken, ranging from developing self-awareness and thoughts to being equivalent to a three-year-old child; Non-contracted spiritual lifespan is approximately 100 years.
Mana is weak, appearing as points of energy light.
They need to constantly forage for mana and prefer to hide within carriers or high-mana areas.
Their initiative for contracting is weak, but they do not resist passive contracting.
When not bound by constraints, they prefer to absorb other wild Lesser Spirits to grow.
Lesser Spirits are the starting point for the inheritance of transcendent families. There is a very small chance that a Lesser Spirit will leave behind an Elemental Stone upon death.
【Greater Spirit】
Spirituality is immature, equivalent to a human of thirteen or fourteen; if their spirituality is higher, they are closer to an adult. Their non-contracted spiritual lifespan is approximately 500 years.
In the wild, they are commonly found in magical creature communities. They prefer to reside within the body of the community’s leader, gradually controlling its thoughts, or choose to contract with it.
They can incubate several Lesser Spirits and form their own spirit tribe.
They prefer to initiate contracts actively. They generally form a primary contract with one person, and in rare cases, may form secondary contracts with others.
Unless they are nearing the end of their lifespan, they are unwilling to consume their own kind.
Greater Spirits are the core of long-lasting transcendent family inheritances and the foundation for large-scale family expansion. Greater Spirits can produce Elemental Stones and are the main producers of Elemental Stones. There is a chance a Greater Spirit will give birth to a Lesser Spirit, or leave behind a high-grade Elemental Stone, upon death.
【Spirit Lord】
Spirituality is mature, equivalent to or surpassing that of an average human; Non-contracted spiritual lifespan is approximately 1000 years.
They begin to possess their own True Name.
In the wild, they are the clan leader of an elemental spirit community (comprising several Greater Spirits and hundreds of Lesser Spirits).
They have extremely high demands for their contractor’s elemental affinity and often prefer to contract with only one person.
Unless nearing the end of their lifespan, they are unwilling to consume their own kind.
Spirit Lords are the hallmark of Legendary families. Spirit Lords can produce high-grade Elemental Stones and Elemental Stones. There is a chance a Spirit Lord will give birth to a Greater Spirit, a Lesser Spirit, or leave behind an Elemental Core upon death. Spirit Lords can traverse the void.
【Holy Spirit】
Spirituality transcends humanity, wisdom is higher than humans; Non-contracted spiritual lifespan is approximately 3000 years, theoretically capable of achieving immortality.
They possess two segments of a True Name.
They have transcended the mundane to achieve sanctity, embodying a derivative Law. They are revered as true deities, and their vessels have become divine remnants.
They can achieve theoretical immortality by replenishing their spirituality, but most detest consuming their own kind. To slow down attrition, they choose to enter deep slumber or contract. Holy Spirits blessed by a Spirit King can attain immortality.
Contracting with them is extremely difficult, requiring the contractor to possess perfect elemental affinity or be sufficiently powerful themselves.
Holy Spirits are the core of Holy Spirit families.
Holy Spirits can create Elemental Cores, high-grade Elemental Stones, and Elemental Stones. There is a chance a Holy Spirit will give birth to a Spirit Lord, Greater Spirit, or Lesser Spirit upon death, or possibly leave behind an Elemental Heart.
Holy Spirits can physically and completely transform into material beings, and even reproduce with material beings (extremely low probability). Their offspring will possess exceptionally high elemental affinity and may even have some traits of elemental spirits.
