Gu Ruoling loved this kind of intimate contact, but Zhu Qingjia didn’t always listen to her.

She clearly hadn’t drunk any alcohol tonight, yet at this moment, she felt completely intoxicated.

It was only now that Zhu Qingjia truly felt her head spinning. Fingers were moving gently against her waist, tugging at her lip line.Full novel: The Live-In Alpha Only Wants To Inherit The Young Lady’s Estate — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

The moment their warm, soft lips were about to meet, Zhu Qingjia caught Gu Ruoling’s wrist and stopped her movement.

Gu Ruoling opened her eyes, about to speak, but her waist was pressed down. Immediately afterward, an overwhelming scent of agarwood surged over her. She let out a small gasp, unable to ignore the restraint of the hand on her waist, and even less able to ignore the scorching breath against her neck.

“Zhu Qingjia,” she gave the person on top of her a slight push.

“Don’t talk.” The low, raspy voice was right by her ear, sounding terrifyingly broken, causing Gu Ruoling to freeze for a moment.

But Zhu Qingjia didn’t give her much time. Her lower lip was quickly captured, and then her lip crest was gently sucked.

Gu Ruoling had never been treated this way before. Instantly, her scalp went numb. Something’s not quite right, she thought. It wasn’t like this before.

The novel stimulation made the young heiress pant uncontrollably during every brief separation.

Her lips and teeth were parted. Zhu Qingjia cradled her face, gently occupying every corner of her sweetness. Gu Ruoling was swept away by her, an uncontrollable whimper slipping from her throat.

The tone was ambiguous, echoing with stark clarity in the silent space.

This kiss lasted much longer than any before it. When it finally ended, Gu Ruoling’s lips were still burning, still coated with Zhu Qingjia’s breath.

Before she could even catch her breath, dense, fine kisses began to rain down on the side of her neck.

Gu Ruoling felt the cells in her body tingle with tense excitement, as if she were a prey being hunted.

Especially after Zhu Qingjia licked her with the tip of her tongue, the young lady reflexively shrunk her neck, pushing against Zhu Qingjia’s arms to stop her from touching further.

“What’s wrong? Did I hurt you?” Zhu Qingjia felt as though her nose was filled entirely with the scent of peaches. It seemed to seep out from beneath Gu Ruoling’s skin, making her want to inhale it, to bite it.

“No, I…” Scalded by the warmth of the other woman’s arm, the young lady’s hands went weak. She swallowed hard and said, “Weren’t we just kissing? The rest… I’m not ready yet.”

Not ready yet?

Zhu Qingjia nudged Gu Ruoling’s leg with her knee, and Gu Ruoling quickly pulled back. Zhu Qingjia didn’t know what had gone wrong. They could stop right there, but there was one thing she needed to confirm first.

Her warm fingers slid down, moving from the base of the thigh toward the center. Passing over the smooth fabric of the nightgown, she pressed against another layer of thin, not so dry fabric.

The young lady’s eyes widened instantly, and she reflexively bit her own fingertip.

Satisfied, Zhu Qingjia leaned in to plant a kiss on her cheek. Then she lay flat on the bed and said unhurriedly, “Your body is clearly ready.”

The young lady smacked her once, then shyly turned around, facing away from her.

As her thoughts gradually returned to reality, Zhu Qingjia suddenly murmured, “You really aren’t ready. I forgot to buy finger cots.”

The young lady had already buried herself completely under the blanket, but she didn’t forget to kick her.

Zhu Qingjia took the hit squarely, then reached out to tug at the blanket. The temperature had dropped recently; one had to put on a thin coat just to go outside, and sleeping without a blanket would surely lead to a cold.

But Gu Ruoling wrapped the entire blanket tightly around herself like a cocoon, leaving not even a corner for Zhu Qingjia. Fortunately, Zhu Qingjia was wearing pajamas, otherwise she would be completely exposed.

Zhu Qingjia didn’t use too much strength, using only her left hand to pull at the blanket in a tug-of-war. The tension between them was tight, like a competition.

“It’s very cold at night. Are you sure you won’t let me share?” Zhu Qingjia let go of her hand, looking at the unidentified creature wrapped up like a caterpillar.

There was no response, only a few wriggles from the body under the covers.

“Then I’m leaving. I’ll go back to the next room to sleep.” With that, she got out of bed, slipped into her slippers, and walked toward the door.

Only when the sound of the door closing echoed did Gu Ruoling quietly extend a foot, feeling the space behind her. It was indeed empty, leaving behind only a faint, lingering warmth to prove someone had been there.

She really left.

She crawled out of the blanket, sat quietly for a few seconds, and then, clutching the blanket, crept out of bed on tiptoe, planning to go to the next room as well.

But before she could put on her slippers, a soft chuckle echoed through the darkness.

The young lady reacted instantly. She yelled, “Zhu Qingjia! You’re terrible.”

To think she was being teased like this.

Still keeping the lights off, Zhu Qingjia walked out from the shadows. She scooped up both the person and the blanket, carrying them back to the bed. Her voice was crisp. “It’s very late. What are you getting out of bed for?”

“None of your business.” The young lady pushed her, reluctantly sharing half of the blanket before turning over to lie down. “I’m tired. I want to sleep.”

Zhu Qingjia lay down again, turning over to pull the girl into her arms. Gu Ruoling struggled a bit, but Zhu Qingjia held her tightly. Seeing she couldn’t break free, Gu Ruoling let it be.

For the next few days, Zhu Qingjia behaved perfectly, keeping her hands to herself. However, she had a lot of assignments due recently, to the point where she was holding her laptop and typing even before going to bed at night.

Gu Ruoling watched as she made charts, stopping after typing a few lines.

“Interested?” Zhu Qingjia tilted her head to look at her. Within an hour, Gu Ruoling had come over to look four or five times.

Although she hadn’t spoken, the scent emanating from her body was genuinely disrupting Zhu Qingjia’s train of thought. Otherwise, she would have finished half an hour ago.

The young lady shook her head, sat down, and held her cup to drink water.

Zhu Qingjia’s backpack was right by Gu Ruoling’s hand. Needing a textbook, she asked her to help grab it. “The one right on top.”

Gu Ruoling set her cup down and pulled out the thick textbook for her. In the process, she accidentally dragged out a small, square white box.

Without thinking much, she picked it up to put it back, but her peripheral vision caught words like “Moisturizing” and “Sensual.”

It was this two-second pause that made her face instantly flush bright red.

The young lady blinked, forcefully stuffing the item back inside. Beside her, Zhu Qingjia finished flipping through the textbook and resumed typing rapidly.

It’s only been a few days, and she already bought those things.

Acting so upright during the day, yet she dares to throw anything into her backpack.

After saving the file and renaming it, Zhu Qingjia dragged it onto the webpage to submit it. Only then did she stretch, preparing to shut down her computer.

Just as she made a move, Gu Ruoling hurriedly stood up. In her haste, her left foot tripped over her right, and she tumbled back onto the sofa.

“Are you okay?” Zhu Qingjia reached out to support her, but was pushed away.

“I’m going to take a shower. Don’t stop me.”

Zhu Qingjia held up her hands in innocence. “…I didn’t stop you.”

But the girl had already run off, and the sound of the bathroom door slamming shut soon followed.

Gu Ruoling stayed inside for a very long time, so long that Zhu Qingjia began to think it wasn’t normal. Worried that something had happened to her, Zhu Qingjia knocked on the door. “Ruoling, are you alright in there?”

The door opened. A wave of warm, misty air laden with the scent of peaches rushed out, enveloping Zhu Qingjia completely.

The young lady had already changed into a champagne colored nightgown. The neckline was lower than usual, and a damp strand of hair strayed across her collarbone, with water droplets trickling down toward her chest.

Before Gu Ruoling could speak, Zhu Qingjia bit her lip, hurriedly pulling her out. “You stayed in there too long, your face is flushed from the heat. Come out and get some fresh air.”

Fearing she might catch a cold, Zhu Qingjia found a thin blanket and draped it over her. “Dry off the water.”

Gu Ruoling looked at her bizarre behavior. Had she not noticed that she wasn’t wearing a suppression patch? Could she not feel that she was enticing her?

How entirely unromantic!

“I won’t dry it. Go take your shower, quickly,” the young lady pushed her.

The thin blanket was tossed right into Zhu Qingjia’s face, bringing with it a head-on rush of sweet pheromones.

Zhu Qingjia pulled the blanket down. The tips of her ears turned red, her breathing became uneven, and her brain short-circuited. “Then go wait for me on the bed.”

Gu Ruoling glared at her in annoyance, muttering softly before walking away, “Shameless.”

By the time a dazed Zhu Qingjia finished showering and came out, she felt a bit oxygen deprived. But when she saw Gu Ruoling pulling a white box out of her backpack, she felt she could hold her breath for another three minutes.

“When did you buy this?” Gu Ruoling swung her ankles, her arm resting on a sofa cushion, looking entirely like an interrogator.

“Yesterday?” The trailing tone rose involuntarily; she wasn’t even sure herself.

Gu Ruoling cast a glance at her. “You have to squeeze in every spare second just to look up thesis materials, yet you have the leisure to buy this?”

Zhu Qingjia rubbed the bridge of her nose. “Then maybe it was the day before yesterday. It must have been a few days ago.” She walked over cryptically, cupping her hands as if presenting a treasure. “It’s only for you to use.”

If it had been ten minutes ago, Gu Ruoling might have blushed. But during the time Zhu Qingjia was showering, she had already mentally prepared herself, even wanting to take the dominant role.

The young lady smiled, a particularly sweet smile. If she didn’t stop, Zhu Qingjia felt she might drown in it.

Gu Ruoling draped her arm over Zhu Qingjia’s shoulder, her bright eyes filled with mischief. She nodded in agreement, then added, “But you have to listen to me.”

Zhu Qingjia hadn’t caught her words clearly at all. Halfway through a nod, she realized something was off. “Listen to you? I’m the Alpha, you’re the Omega. Do you want to control me?”

“Is that not allowed?” Gu Ruoling pinched her shoulder, threatening fiercely before waiting for an answer, “If you don’t listen to me, I’ll kick you out of bed.”

“How would I dare disobey?” Her voice was very low, clear as water, yet carrying an undertone of submission. Her hands didn’t idle either, she gripped Gu Ruoling’s waist, pulled her into her embrace, leaned down, and kissed her.

Soon, Gu Ruoling was kissed breathless. Her nose, ears, and the side of her neck were all left with traces belonging to Zhu Qingjia. Though the movements were gentle, everywhere they touched felt as if a fire had been lit, burning furiously.

Pheromones intertwined and clashed within the space. The scent of peaches pressed against her cheeks and lips, eventually being bitten into her mouth. It was an act of extreme possession and suction, wanting to swallow all the sweetness into her stomach, yet never feeling satisfied.

She always wanted more.

The rising heat surged from beneath her navel to her heart, drawing out a fine, flushed layer of sweat. Her breath, carrying tangled murmurs, fell gently onto the droplets of sweat sliding down the side of her neck.

The young lady couldn’t help but bite her. Perhaps the sharp sting brought a flash of clarity, because Zhu Qingjia stopped. Gu Ruoling finally caught her breath, only to see the other woman taking a hair tie to tie up her hair.

Just like a top student before entering an exam hall, she always made thorough preparations, eliminating any factor that might disrupt her focus.

Gu Ruoling swallowed hard, pulling her calves back. “You… I… I said earlier, you have to listen to me.”

Zhu Qingjia pulled her back onto the bed, letting out an ambiguous laugh. “I am listening. The sound of your breathing is beautiful.” She leaned close to Gu Ruoling’s burning ear. “Especially when you can’t form words.”

Before the young lady could argue, the kiss descended again. The fresh stimulation left her defense system utterly routed. Forget full words, even a single syllable had to be broken and staggered before it could escape.

The fresh peach was completely stripped of its outer skin, leaving only the sweet, juicy flesh.

But Zhu Qingjia was clearly not an experienced connoisseur, biting a bit here and a bit there.

Stoking fires at random, she nearly drove the girl mad.

She could feel Gu Ruoling clinging tightly to her arm, using her own strength to participate. Though she had claimed just moments ago that Zhu Qingjia had to listen to her, once she joined in, she was swept away entirely, occasionally following her instincts.

Zhu Qingjia kissed her face to soothe her, feeling her breath and beauty. As her thighs parted, the core of the peach was explored, slowly uncovering new territory.

Sensation and response were the best evidence.

Within just two or three minutes, Gu Ruoling’s body tensed as she clung tightly to Zhu Qingjia, an oppressed whimper escaping her throat.
