Rian Sinclair couldn’t be bothered to listen to them talk. Spotting a man rushing out of The Solstice, she smiled at the two women.

The two women opposite her noticed him too. After all, they were here to bag a rich guy and had naturally done their homework. As soon as Manager Collins appeared, they immediately trotted toward him.

Manager Collins hurried out, glancing left and right. He didn’t see anyone else, only two women running toward him, their faces plastered in thick foundation and their bodies draped in high-end knock-offs.Full novel: The Rebate Tycoon: Spend on Him, Get Rich — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

He was a family man. He had seen this exact scenario a thousand times, if not more. Watching them approach, he hastily backed away. "Stop, stop, stop! If you two aunties are looking for a sugar daddy, go find someone else. Don’t come messing with me!"

Manager Collins had a booming voice. The two women froze in their tracks, unsure of where to go. Seeing this, Manager Collins began scanning the area for his actual client, his gaze eventually landing on Rian.

He walked over to her. Although it was hard to believe that this young girl had spent a fortune to secure an apartment at The Solstice, he politely asked, "Excuse me, are you Ms. Rian Sinclair?"

Rian nodded. Feeling the stares of the two women, she smiled faintly. "Manager Collins, please take me to see the apartment."

"Yes, of course, Ms. Sinclair. Please, right this way," Manager Collins said respectfully, gesturing for her to follow.

As she walked past the two women, Rian smiled. "Ladies, not everyone is like you two. Next time you come out, I’d suggest blending your foundation a little better."

Manager Collins wasn’t born yesterday. He shot the two women a glance, gave a soft snort, and eagerly followed behind Rian.

The two of them walked further and further away.

In the distance, the two women watched as the young girl they had just been mocking was escorted inside with such utmost respect. They exchanged a look and quickly scurried off to the side.

"Was that little brat really not here to fish for a rich guy?"

"Who knows? Let’s just go, hurry up. Damn it, that was so humiliating! Didn’t you see the way those people nearby were looking at us? Let’s go!" With that, she grabbed her best friend, lowered her head, and scurried off into the distance.

Rian couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to what was happening behind her. Her mind was entirely focused on her new home. She observed Manager Collins. He wore a sharply ironed suit and carried a briefcase. Despite jogging part of the way, he still looked sharp and energetic.

Manager Collins respectfully led Rian inside. When they passed the guardhouse, he had the security guards register Rian’s face before driving her into the residential complex.

Along the way, Manager Collins explained the details of the property. After all, anyone who could afford to live at The Solstice was someone he absolutely could not afford to offend. Even though Miss Sinclair’s attire didn’t quite fit the part, he didn’t dare underestimate her.

"Miss Sinclair, the property you purchased is located in the west wing of The Solstice, in Tower A. It’s a high-rise duplex. Tower A has a total of forty-five floors, and your apartment is on the thirty-sixth floor. Your duplex covers a total area of 986 square meters. It features a 270-degree river view and is only fifty meters away from the river—a true, unobstructed waterfront view. The property is valued at half a billion, and it comes equipped with three underground parking spaces.

"The interior was decorated about a year ago, featuring a minimalist yet grand style that won’t go out of fashion anytime soon. It was purchased right after the renovations were completed, but no one has ever moved in.

"It wasn’t until today that I learned it was you, Miss Sinclair, who had the immense boldness to buy this unit. You truly are young and successful! I am in awe."

Listening to his explanation, Rian naturally knew this was the system’s doing. She didn’t care about the logistics of how it was handled; after all, the system was just that badass.

Manager Collins guided Rian along. He had already spoken to the property management to retrieve the spare keys and had them familiarize themselves with Rian. Then, they stepped into the elevator.

"Miss Sinclair, every floor here is a single-unit layout, so the elevator goes directly to your apartment on the thirty-sixth floor."

As he spoke, Manager Collins led Rian out of the elevator and into her new home. Stepping inside, Rian was immediately captivated by the overall aesthetic. It was truly beautiful.

"Miss Sinclair, the first floor we just entered covers 537.9 square meters. It’s equipped with a gym, a master bedroom, and two guest rooms. Each guest room has its own en-suite bathroom.

"Every bedroom comes with a walk-in closet. The floor also features a living room, a shared bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining room. The master bedroom even includes a dedicated gaming room. Additionally, there is a fifty-three-square-meter balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful river view at any time. The second floor covers 448.1 square meters."

Following Manager Collins’s introduction, the two headed up to the second floor.

"The master bedroom on the second floor spans 103 square meters. It includes an en-suite bathroom, a private living room, a 116-square-meter walk-in closet, a gaming room, a shared bathroom, and a dedicated workspace."

Listening to his presentation, Rian inspected the entire apartment with utmost satisfaction. This was her absolute dream home! Minimalist, grand, and high-end.

Seeing Rian’s pleased expression, Manager Collins naturally felt a surge of joy. He pulled out two copies of the contract he had kept in his briefcase. After all, it was completely unprecedented for someone to buy a property back then and never show up to sign the paperwork.

Fortunately, after a long wait, the owner of the house had finally arrived. Although Rian didn’t understand why the contract hadn’t been signed before, she followed Manager Collins’s instructions and confidently signed her name on the dotted line.

When they first entered the apartment, Manager Collins had already helped Rian register her fingerprints and update her homeowner information. With nothing else left to do, he knew there was no reason to overstay his welcome. He politely excused himself, left the keys behind, and departed, leaving Rian alone to bask in the joy of homeownership.

Rian looked around at her surroundings with immense satisfaction, her heart filled with joy. Having achieved her life goals so early, she still found it a little hard to believe.

Once the initial excitement gradually faded, Rian started to calm down. How was she going to explain everything she now owned to her younger brother, Ash Sinclair?

She had absolutely no need to explain herself to anyone else, and the origins of her wealth could easily hold up to scrutiny thanks to the system. But when it came to her own brother, she was momentarily stumped.

Keeping him in the dark and continuing to live their old life wouldn’t just be unfair to Ash; it would be even more unfair to Rian, who now had tens of millions in assets. Having money but forcing themselves to live in poverty—who in their right mind would do that?

Rian pondered for a moment, racking her brain for various plausible excuses. Winning the lottery was a bad idea. After all, winning a property worth half a billion in one go was completely unbelievable.

She weighed her options for a while, checked the time, and thought about Ash’s class schedule. Slowly, she typed out a message and hit send.

A moment later, her phone rang. Seeing Ash’s name on the screen, Rian didn’t hesitate and answered the call.

"Hey, Sis, what’s up?"

It was loud on Ash’s end, probably because he had just gotten out of class. A moment later, the noise died down; he had likely found a quiet, secluded corner to make the call.

Rian didn’t overthink it and cut straight to the chase. "Ash, your sister seems to have become a billionaire."
