This didn’t include Lee, however, who was a new hire.

Seeing the two enter the store, none of the sales associates had come over to greet them. Even the ones who were free chose to sit on the sidelines and rest instead of helping.

Taking in their casual outfits, Lee sighed. She adjusted her uniform and walked over to Rian Sinclair. "Hello, Miss, Sir. How can I help you today? Is there a specific phone model you’re looking for, or a budget you have in mind?"Full novel: The Rebate Tycoon: Spend on Him, Get Rich — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Rian had a good impression of Lee. There were quite a few salespeople in the world who didn’t judge a book by its cover, but they weren’t exactly a dime a dozen. With no intention of beating around the bush, she stated her requests directly.

"I’ll take two high-end models of the Huahua Mate 60 RS, two high-end 13.2-inch Huahua MatePad Pros, and two high-end gaming laptops. You can match the necessary accessories as you see fit."

Hearing Rian’s request, Lee was stunned for a moment. She looked at the notepad in her hands and thought in shock, "Holy crap! A rich lady!"

Flustered by Rian casually dropping such a bombshell purchase, Lee hurriedly calculated the total. "Hello, Miss. The total comes to 119,994 yuan. We’ll round it down to 119,000 for you."

Rian nodded. "Can you deliver everything except the phones to my house?"

Lee nodded repeatedly. "Of course, Miss. Please come this way."

Lee led Rian to the cashier counter. The cashier asked if she would be paying by card or Alipay. Rian pulled the black card from her pocket and handed it over. After all, she was buying these for Ash Sinclair. Even though half of the items were for herself, buying them in her little brother’s name meant she would get cash back.

Seeing Rian whip out a black card, Lee took a deep breath and immediately received it with the utmost respect.

She never expected that two people whose outfits combined cost less than five hundred yuan would casually pull out a black card. "Miss, Sir, please take a seat over there for a moment. I’ll get everything packed up for you right away."

Rian nodded, took back her card, and sat down on the side with Ash. They snacked on the pastries and tea prepared by the sales staff.

[DING! Detected that the host has spent exactly 119,000 yuan on a target with a 90-point appearance rating. Reward: 1,190,000 yuan! Please check your balance!]

Rian took out her phone and checked her balance. It now sat at exactly 11,942,023 yuan.

Three purchases, and a profit of over ten million. What an insane rate of return.

Lee worked quickly, gathering all the packaged items. "Miss, we have your items ready. To confirm, you’d like us to deliver these to your home, right?"

Looking at the piles of boxes and bags, Rian said decisively, "Just give us the phones. Deliver the rest to my house. I’ll give you the address."

Lee handed Rian a pen and paper. "Understood, Miss. Will you be using the phones right now? We can insert your SIM cards and back up your data for you."

Figuring it would save her the hassle, Rian turned to Ash. "Ash, take your phone out. Let’s switch over right now."

"Ah... Oh, okay, okay." Still immersed in his sister’s staggering wealth, Ash hadn’t quite snapped out of his daze when she called him.

Coming back to his senses, he took out his phone and offered it to her.

Rian didn’t take it immediately. "Do you have anything private on there?"

After all, her little brother was a teenage boy. It was perfectly normal to have a few secrets, and she wanted to give him enough respect. As for her own phone, she didn’t have anything to hide; she could just let the staff transfer the data directly to the new device. Ash thought for a few seconds before shaking his head. Rian took his phone and handed it over along with her own.

"Format these two old phones once the data is transferred," Rian said, pausing for a moment before adding, "Then just deliver them along with the rest of the stuff to the address I’ll give you."

Lee took the phones respectfully, nodding repeatedly. "No problem, Miss. Please give us ten minutes. We’ll hand the new phones over as soon as we’re done. You can write your delivery address on this piece of paper."

Rian took the paper and immediately jotted down: Building A, 36th Floor, The Solstice. The luxury complex featured a standard one-unit-per-floor layout, a detail she had only learned from Manager Collins’s introduction. She then handed the written address back to Lee.

Taking it, Lee immediately went to the counter to find May. "Here, May. All of that lady’s iPads and laptops need to be delivered to this address."

May took the paper, glanced at it, and asked in astonishment, "The Solstice?!"

"What?!" Hearing the keyword, Lee immediately whipped her head toward May.

"Lee, she’s a homeowner at The Solstice! She’s actually ultra-rich!" May exclaimed.

Staring at the writing on the paper, Lee fell deep into thought. Were rich people nowadays all this low-key? Living in a mansion worth hundreds of millions, yet dressing so plainly... Was this the difference between herself and the truly wealthy?

"May, we can’t afford to offend these kinds of rich people. Thank goodness I went over to help them today. Otherwise, the consequences would have been unimaginable! If we got another complaint, I feel like we’d be kissing our jobs goodbye." Lee mentally gave herself a thumbs-up for making the right choice.

May felt the exact same way. First a black card, and now a homeowner at The Solstice—this was a social class completely out of their reach. She strongly agreed, chiming in, "That’s why we can’t judge a book by its cover. Some wealthy people are just too lazy to dress up. We can’t keep acting like snobs from now on!"

The other salespeople nearby mentally wiped the sweat from their brows, regretting how they had looked down on the siblings. They wholeheartedly agreed with May. It was true! The lifestyles of the genuinely wealthy were always low-key.

Sometimes, the person walking around in a tank top and flip-flops turned out to be a landlord who owned multiple apartment buildings!

Rian and Ash’s appearance had taught everyone a valuable lesson. However, as the center of attention, the two siblings were completely oblivious to it. Feeling a bit peckish, Ash was still busy stuffing his face with snacks.

Rian didn’t have to wait long before Lee walked over with the devices. "Miss, your phones."

Rian took her phone, while Lee handed the other one to Ash. As the two stood up, Lee hastily and respectfully escorted them to the exit.

With a reverent expression and a bright smile, Lee said, "We look forward to seeing you again, Miss."

"Sis, I feel like I’m dreaming! We’re rich! We even bought the newest Huahua models—and top-spec ones at that! Not just the phones, but the tablets and laptops too!"

Overjoyed, Ash clung to Rian’s arm, but she playfully swatted his paws away. "Walk properly. Remember, this is only the beginning. Come on, I’m taking you out for a good meal."

"Long live my sister!"

Rian watched the skipping and jumping Ash with amusement, shaking her head helplessly. When it came to her little brother who was a few years younger than her, Rian felt she mostly just spoiled him.

Ash: ?

"Alright, enough. Your main goal right now is to study hard. Since today happens to be Sunday, I’ll take you out for food and some more shopping. Then you better drag your butt back to school for evening self-study."

Just thinking about him skipping classes made Rian’s temples throb. But fortunately, the kid’s grades were in the upper echelon; with a little effort, he could even shoot for Kyoro University or Summit University.

Therefore, Rian employed a free-range approach with him. As long as he didn’t cross any major moral lines, she let him be.
