Hello everyone!
So this will be a bit of a mix between introduction and some general info about the novel.
There will be no AI involved except to help check spelling, cover art and grammar to help with my dyslexia.
The language will contain swearwords and profanity every now and then.
If you want to go in completely blind, just jump ahead General layout: The MC is a reborn soul from our regular (boring) reality into the more exciting worlds of: Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Percy Jackson and of course Marvel.
When the MC dies in our world he will be given the opportunity by “the System” to choose four worlds to live and grow stronger in.
As mentioned before the choices will be Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Percy Jackson and Marvel.
That is because I know those worlds best (not perfect of course, but hopefully well enough for you to enjoy) and even more importantly because I love those worlds and what they offer.
He will be able to travel between them with some stipulations, for example: Minimum time spent in a world before crossing again: one week.
Unlocking the worlds he does not choose to start in will require that he completes certain hidden objectives.
I have not decided yet what type of romance the story will have.
There will either be a small harem, with real connection to all members (max like 4), or a single female lead.
This will be a big part of the story in later chapters, but as he is reborn a child this will not be included until his body matures a bit.
The MC will eventually be able to bring his partner/partners between worlds, once again this is achieved through completing objectives.
I am considering letting people vote on harem/single female later, but I make no promises as this is my story and I have to be able to write as I see the story progress.
There will be “smut” scenes, but mostly to “enhance” the romance, not every other chapter, but because I truly think those romance scenes can add to the interactions between the lovers.
It can be hard to find the balance.
Very few of the novels I read handle this the way I prefer.
I find myself bored and wanting more plot if there are smut scenes too often, but if they go completely without it I find it takes away moments of true passion between characters.
Sometimes the passion, and even love shown in those scenes, can add another layer to a fictional relationship.
I will mark the chapters with smut, and those will come much later.
He will have a System.
This System will be completely hidden from all other entities of the worlds and will be non-interactive.
No questions answered, no info that is not earned through key actions.
Everything except a few starting things will be earned, nothing given, no check-in bonuses, no templates.
I don’t wanna give everything away here but I myself do like to know what to expect from a story to know if it is for me.

Everything around me was dark, I could not see a thing except for the text in front of me with different fictional worlds listed.
The voice in my head had told me I had died.
Ransacking my brain for the last thing I remembered before the darkness, my final memory came back to me: I had been sitting in front of my computer with both my screens on, a fanfiction website open on the left screen and Hearthstone open on the right.
Distracting myself from my somewhat empty life.
I had always felt like something was missing from my life.
I never quite felt fulfilled, so I first started reading about other worlds.
Books were a good escape and eventually led me to fanfiction.
What better distraction than your favorite worlds but with variations that made for much better wish-fulfillment stories.
Main characters you really wanted to pretend to be.
Powerful, cool, smart… Well, just reading was not really enough anymore.
I found myself without sufficient distractions.
I checked different websites and read many high-quality novels and plenty lower-quality stuff to, but novels that still scratched that itch anyway.I had opened a new Word document, preparing to try writing something myself for the first time, when suddenly a massive pain hit me in the chest.
“What the fuck, please pass, please pass.” Well it didn’t pass, the pain got worse and despite that I could not stop an internal laugh as I recalled the irony of spending the last 12 months of my life getting into really good shape after being somewhat overweight for the last few years… FUCK!
my sight went and the pain stopped.
“So clearly I died, heart attack after all that work of getting into shape…” I spend a moment thinking about the people I left behind, family and friends I will never see again.
“I hope my family can move past this without too much pain.” I gather myself and focus back on the information in front of me, pushing the last memories of what was my life away for now.
“Pick four worlds, huh.” “System, what benefits does each world have?” Only silence answers me.
“Can you give any additional information?” Once again silence.
The only information I have is the short information followed by a list of what has to be many hundreds if not thousands of worlds.
“Well, let’s think here.
If the bonus is related to the world, it is likely something like: being a wizard in Harry Potter, being a mutant or having the Super Soldier Serum in Marvel, being a meta in DC, becoming the Dragonborn in Elder Scrolls and so on.” “System help,” I said again, out loud.
Nothing “System menu,” I both said and thought.
Nothing.
“Well, fuck, I guess maybe I have to choose now and we see if I get more information later.” I scroll down the list thinking as I go.
“I don’t know anything about many of these, any worlds I don’t know are not an option.” At the top of the list I see one that I know I will pick, no matter what, the world of Harry Potter.
Being a wizard is just something I have always dreamed about and even without all the nostalgia and stuff, the versatility of magic is just amazing.
Beyond that I know Harry Potter pretty much like the back of my hand, having read the books so many times.
“And let’s be real here, who does not wanna go to Hogwarts?” “Select Harry Potter.” “The world of Harry Potter has been selected as the first of the four worlds, please select three more worlds.” “Finally the System responds to something… Clearly it has a very clear function and does not have a lot of “wiggle room” outside of that.
Hmm…” I look at the list again.
“The System said that I will select worlds to live in and grow stronger… That could mean just gathering power through whatever means the world itself has, or it could mean something like a game interaction with a level system… Since there is clearly a System involved in my resurrection, the chances are good that I will have some type of System with me after I am reborn…” “Time limit almost expired.
Please select the remaining three worlds.

Select Marvel.” “The world of Marvel has been selected as the second of the four worlds, please select two more worlds.” 40 39 … “Okay, well Marvel has almost anything, so I can definitely grow there, what other good bonuses are there?
Yeah, Percy Jackson, I know that world well and if I get to be a demygod that could be huge, having access to divinity could be huge.
What else?!
Fuck it, let’s go Game of Thrones as the last pick, a low-level world if everything follows the show.

Can’t exactly count on medieval child delivery and growing up in that unforgiving world… I mean, I could go Percy Jackson.
Getting access to divine blood and the abilities that come from being a demigod would be a boon.
But really everything else pales in comparison to starting in Harry Potter.
It is like training wheels, I mean I get to go to school to get stronger haha…

I mean I know Harry Potter is born on 31 July 1980 and goes to Hogwarts in September 1991.
That is when the main plot really starts.
Getting more time is a huge advantage, but has a very dangerous downside.
If I decide to be born earlier it means I’m born at the height of the wizard civil war of Britain.
That is assuming I’m even born in Britain of course and would mean my family could be visited at any time by Death Eaters or even Voldemort up to Halloween 1981… Still though, more time to grow before he becomes a threat for the second time is just too good to pass up.
I know my family is at least alive when I’m born, or well at least my mother.
