“Brother Jiang Zhuo… don’t…”

“If Jiang Si asked you to kiss him, would you do it?”

Mentioning Jiang Si made the sense of shame in Cheng Sisi’s heart grow heavier and heavier.

The person she liked was clearly Jiang Si, yet Jiang Zhuo’s figure kept appearing in her dreams, and both times were in such ambiguous scenes.

If word got out, people who didn’t know better would think she had fallen for his brother!

“Answer me!”

Jiang Zhuo’s grip on her chin tightened more and more.

“If it were Jiang Si, would you do it?”

Cheng Sisi’s eyes reddened as she shook her head and said, “I… I don’t know!”

Then, with a cold snort from Jiang Zhuo, he flung her chin aside. “For him, you hesitate, you don’t know, but for me, you refuse without even thinking!”

Isn’t it obvious enough?

Cheng Sisi’s body followed his motion, toppling sideways and falling to the ground.

On the floor beneath her palm was a dried streak of blood.

She quickly withdrew her hand, her heart trembling.

“Scared?” Jiang Zhuo’s cold voice rang out at just the right moment.

She turned her head, and his face was right behind her, so close she could clearly hear his breathing.

Frightened, she scrambled backward, but he grabbed her ankle.

“Are you very afraid of snakes?” he suddenly asked.

Cheng Sisi’s eyes involuntarily darted toward the Snake Box, and she stammered, “Brother Jiang Zhuo, please don’t do this!”

“Why do you keep saying ‘don’t’ no matter what I say?”

He frowned, a hint of cruelty flashing in his expression.

“Don’t, don’t, don’t! But why is it that every time I save you, you never say ‘don’t’?”

As he spoke, he stood up. “Some people just need to be taught a lesson, or they won’t behave!”

Then he turned and walked toward the Snake Box.

“Stop!” Cheng Sisi naturally understood what he intended to do and frantically lunged forward to cling to his calf. “Brother Jiang Zhuo, I’m really scared, please don’t do this!”

“What are you afraid of? This is a dream. Being bitten by a snake won’t do anything.”

Hearing his words, Cheng Sisi clung even tighter.

The snake from last time had already left her with trauma. Just the thought of it made her hair stand on end, let alone having it placed beside her and being bitten by it.

Rather than that, it would be better to kiss him.

After all, he was right—this was just a dream!

“I’ll kiss…” she finally relented. “Whatever you want me to do, I’ll do it!”

Consider it repaying a favor!

He had indeed saved her several times. If it weren’t for him tonight, her fate might have been to end her life in humiliation.

She owed Jiang Zhuo, and even repaying him with her life wouldn’t be too much.

Besides, since this was a dream, all embarrassment and shame could be cast aside.

Seeing her agree, Jiang Zhuo smiled and turned back, squatting down in front of her again.

With a smile, he raised an eyebrow and said, “Come on!”

Cheng Sisi took a deep breath and slowly leaned in. His exquisitely alluring face gradually grew larger, and the abyss-like depths of his eyes seemed to hold a vortex, threatening to swallow her whole.

Finally, she closed her eyes and pressed her lips heavily against his.

Two seconds later, she gently pulled away.

Embarrassed and shy, her entire body trembled.

But Jiang Zhuo suddenly exerted force, grabbing her shoulders and lifting her up. He led her to a leather sofa in the room.

Then, lifting her chin, he spoke a few words.

Instantly, her face visibly began to flush red.

“Jiang…”

“Hmm?”

She had only uttered a single word when Jiang Zhuo raised an eyebrow in displeasure, his expression filled with a threatening undertone.

The faint hissing sounds from not far away continued to assault Cheng Sisi’s nerves, stripping away any courage she might have had to refuse.

She lowered her head and answered with one word, “Okay.”

Immediately, she reached out and grabbed the collar of his suit jacket, pulling it aside.

Her hands trembled violently, and Jiang Zhuo, impatient with her slowness, commanded, “Use both hands!”

Still keeping her head down, not daring to look at him, she obediently extended her other hand.

It took her nearly four or five minutes just to remove the jacket.

Dragging her feet, it ended up taking almost half an hour to fully strip off his upper garments.

Jiang Zhuo didn’t rush her further, seemingly enjoying the process—he liked watching her reluctant yet helpless demeanor.

Jiang Zhuo embraced her, her face pressed tightly against his chest.

“Sisi, so obedient.”

With a soothing and encouraging tone, he stroked her smooth hair rhythmically.

Under his comforting touch, her tension gradually eased.

But she also knew it wasn’t over yet!

He lowered his head and planted a kiss on the top of her head.

“Sisi, so well-behaved!”

…

Cheng Sisi didn’t know how it all ended, only that by the time it was over, she was utterly exhausted, both physically and mentally.

All she could do was gasp for breath, unable to manage anything else.

She didn’t even have the strength to lift her eyelids to look at Jiang Zhuo standing before her, as he leisurely and methodically put back on the clothes she had removed.

Just as she was drifting off to sleep from exhaustion, Jiang Zhuo leaned down again, close to her ear, and woke her.

“Good girl, I’m very satisfied!”

Hearing this, Cheng Sisi could only clench her fists, with no energy left for anything more.

She marveled at the experience—feeling sleepy and falling asleep within a dream was a first for her!

“Knock, knock, knock…”

Cheng Sisi was startled awake by the knocking, opening her eyes to find that it was already daylight.

The door was gently pushed open, and Jiang Xin’s head peeked in. Seeing that Cheng Sisi was awake, she smiled and walked inside.

“Sisi, I bought your favorite fried dough sticks. They’ve already been delivered. Get up and eat.”

Jiang Xin sat down by the bed, leaning in to study her face. “You look a bit off. Did you not sleep well last night? Don’t tell me you were up all night?”

Cheng Sisi shook her head lightly. She had slept, but her dreams had been restless.

Recalling the previous night, her face instantly flushed red, and she wished she could pull the covers over herself to hide.

“Why is your face so red?”

Jiang Xin, unaware of the reason, reached out and pressed a hand to her forehead. “Are you sick? Do you have a fever?”

“Huh, it’s not hot!”

“Sisi, let’s go to the hospital. I’m worried about you.”

“N-no, it’s fine. No need!”

“You say no need, but your face is getting redder!”

“Maybe it’s just hot under the covers!”

To avoid giving herself away, Cheng Sisi threw off the covers, hurriedly climbed out of bed, turned her back, and covered her cheeks with both hands, hoping to cool down.

“Sisi?”

Jiang Xin was still concerned and gently placed a hand on her shoulder.

But Cheng Sisi reacted sharply, pulling away and scrambling off the bed, fleeing into the bathroom.

Seeing this, Jiang Xin grew angry. “Those damn thugs have scared Sisi like this. No, I have to tell my brother. He needs to step in and make sure those two thugs don’t get off easy!”

She blamed all the guilt on the thugs who had hurt Cheng Sisi last night. She would never have imagined that the source of Cheng Sisi’s reaction this morning could be traced back to her own older brother.
