Jiang Zhuo turned the doorknob and stepped inside.
The room was pitch black, but he flicked on the light without hesitation as soon as he entered.
He knew Cheng Sisi wouldn’t wake up!
After locking the door behind him, he slowly advanced toward the bed where she lay.
His gaze fixed intently on Cheng Sisi’s face, his eyes gleaming with excitement like a wild beast on the hunt, as if he were about to tear into his captured prey and devour it whole.
The air conditioning in the room was set to 26 degrees, perfect for sleeping.
Cheng Sisi’s sleeping face was exceptionally peaceful. Her bare skin was clean and flushed, her lips naturally crimson without a trace of lipstick, as if their fragrance could still be smelled, tempting one to taste them.
Jiang Zhuo stood before the bed, leaning over her.
The cold shackle in his hand slowly traced the curve of her cheek, the sensation causing her long eyelashes to tremble faintly.
From her cheek, to the corner of her lips, then to her chin and neck.
Finally, he forcefully pulled off the entire blanket, revealing her body completely. She was still wearing that blood-pumping, semi-transparent nightgown.
He let out a heavy breath, lowering his head to inhale her scent.
The natural fragrance of a young girl was more intoxicating than any perfume in the world.
“Cheng Sisi.”
He whispered her name, his tone dripping with obsession.
“It’s been a long time since anything has stirred such strong possessiveness and destructive urges in me.”
He emphasized the word “destructive” with particular weight.
“Especially those clear, animal-like eyes. I’d love to pluck them out and preserve them as a keepsake.”
“But…”
He paused, then leaned close to her ear, whispering in the softest voice, “The destruction can wait until I’ve had my fill of playing!”
Finally, he let out a light chuckle, the sound sending chills down the spine.
By the time he picked up the camera, Cheng Sisi’s hands were already bound by the thing he had brought, posed like a doll.
“Click!”
The shutter sounded, and he proceeded to take several more shots in quick succession.
After finishing, he began admiring the photos, a satisfied smirk curling his lips.
But this wasn’t enough. He wanted to take more, and the sound of the shutter in the room continued without pause for a long time.
As her poses changed, he took even more photos. The more he took, the faster his swallowing grew.
After all, he was a normal man. Faced with such breathtaking beauty, it was impossible not to feel even the slightest reaction.
Having a reaction wasn’t frightening; being able to control that reaction was what truly terrified.
Those who acted rashly were mere bandits. Those who could control their desires were the ultimate predators. Hunting was just instinct; making the prey come to you willingly—that was true achievement.
After taking the photos, as he removed the restraints from her wrists, she suddenly let out a soft moan.
Jiang Zhuo’s brow twitched. He placed his hands on either side of her and shifted upward, looking down at her face.
Yet he wasn’t worried she would wake up, because he had already decided that if she stirred midway, he would simply devour her completely. The intense restraint caused his eyes to turn bloodshot, and fine beads of sweat glistened on his forehead.
For a long while, Cheng Sisi showed no further signs of movement.
She remained in a deep, unconscious slumber.
Jiang Zhuo withdrew one hand, slowly caressing her cheek, his index finger pressing against her crimson lips.
The sensation was soft, smooth, and delicate.
“Cheng Sisi, Cheng Sisi.”
His tone was seductive. After calling her name twice, he lowered his head and pressed a kiss to her lips, gradually deepening it.
At the critical moment, he once again relied on his extraordinary willpower to hold back.
Then, he stood up.
He pulled the blanket back over her, restoring everything to its original state as if nothing had ever happened.
Looking at the camera in his hand, he left a remark, “I’ll enjoy this thoroughly!”
Then he turned around and switched off the light in the room.
Returning to his own room, Jiang Zhuo put away the handcuffs and camera before lazily collapsing onto the sofa. Closing his eyes, he recalled every image of Cheng Sisi from earlier, unconsciously curling the corners of his lips again.
The dim, yellowish light in the room fell on his face, the halo making his smile appear utterly bewitching.
It was as if a thousand-year-old fox had transformed into human form—a soul-stealing male enchantress!
He didn’t find restraint painful; on the contrary, he greatly enjoyed this kind of control. The more he suppressed himself, the more inexplicably thrilling it felt inside.
When he opened his eyes again, the excitement faded from his gaze, slowly returning to rationality.
Finally, he got up and walked into the bathroom.
The next day.
Cheng Sisi was woken by Jiang Xin pulling off her blanket.
“How can you sleep so soundly? Did you forget you have an interview this morning?”
Cheng Sisi mumbled that she wanted to sleep a little longer. Due to the milk from the night before, she felt especially drowsy and didn’t even want to open her eyes.
Of course, she herself had no idea why.
“Not getting up, huh?”
Jiang Xin leaned over the bed, wearing a mischievous grin. “If you don’t get up, I’ll touch you?”
No sooner had she spoken than she acted on her words, directly reaching out a lecherous hand toward Cheng Sisi’s chest. Finally, she heard Cheng Sisi scream and wake up in alarm.
“Jiang Xin, stop messing around!” She quickly rolled away to the side.
“Hahahaha…” Jiang Xin let out a triumphant laugh and pounced on her again. “Sisi, here I come!”
“Ah! Jiang Xin, get away!”
Cheng Sisi’s drowsiness was completely scared off by her rogue behavior. Before Jiang Xin could pounce, she dodged, clutching the blanket and rolling off the bed, bumping her head against the corner of the nightstand. The pain made her grimace.
“Ouch…”
“A-Are you okay?”
Seeing this, Jiang Xin finally stopped fooling around, climbed over, got off the bed, and crouched beside her, rubbing the spot where she had been hit.
“Did it break? Let me see.”
She fussed with Cheng Sisi’s hair but was brushed away.
Cheng Sisi sat up sulkily, pouting and stewing in silence.
“Hey, don’t be mad. I didn’t mean it.”
Jiang Xin scratched her head guiltily, then grabbed Cheng Sisi’s hand and added, “How about you hit me to vent? I really didn’t mean it. I just thought it was strange—you’re usually so disciplined, but today you were sleeping in, so I wanted to tease you a bit.”
“Is that what I’m mad about?”
Cheng Sisi pulled her hand back, feeling more and more wronged.
“Why did you lock me out last night? I didn’t end up waiting for Jiang Si, but instead ended up in front of your eldest brother… Do you have any idea how embarrassed I was? Luckily your eldest brother is a good person—he didn’t laugh at me or look down on me. I… I… I’m leaving. I’m not staying at your place anymore!”
“Don’t!” Jiang Xin grabbed hold of Cheng Sisi as she tried to get up.
“Sisi, I’m sorry, my dear Sisi, I really am. It’s all my second brother’s fault—that jerk lied to me, saying he’d be home in two minutes, but he never came back all night.”
“Sorry, okay? Forgive me.”
“I just really wanted to set you up with my second brother. My intentions were good.”
“…”
Unable to resist her persistent pleading, Cheng Sisi finally agreed to continue staying there.
Yet her face remained gloomy; no matter how Jiang Xin tried to cheer her up, she couldn’t bring herself to smile.
“Jiang Xin!” Cheng Sisi’s tone grew heavy. “Tell me, does your second brother not like well-behaved girls? From the moment you made me wear that miniskirt yesterday and this sexy nightgown today, I knew for sure—the type he likes definitely isn’t someone like me.”
Jiang Xin didn’t deny it, only saying, “That’s exactly why I dressed you up the way he likes!”
“But this version of me isn’t the real me,” Cheng Sisi retorted.
“Oh, it’s just that my second brother hasn’t discovered your good qualities yet. Once he does, he’ll settle down and cherish you.”
Cheng Sisi sighed, stood up without another word, and headed for the door, intending to go back and change out of this uncomfortable nightgown.
Unexpectedly, as she opened the door, she happened to run into Jiang Zhuo passing by from across the hall.
