Inside the Demon God Palace, Head Steward Meli said, "What is it?"

Red Dragon Demon King Balu asked, "I heard that in the Goddess World, there's a Male God with extremely strong strength?"Full novel: This Man Is Clearly Super Strong But Refuses to Clear the Game — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

"Mm."

It was confirmed just like that, so pleasantly?

Balu instantly felt a bit wronged. "His name is Matthew, and he's very likely the strongest being in the Goddess World?"

The other side answered, "Drop the words 'very likely.' That man is the strongest being in the Goddess World."

Confirmed so bluntly again...

Balu sighed. "Lord Meli, this must be an extremely important secret, right?"

The female voice, carrying little emotion, continued, "Not really. The Three SS-Class Demon Kings beneath His Majesty the Demon Lord, along with the closest subordinates of the three Demon Kings, all know about this. And over the years, they've tried many times to hunt down God Matthew."

Balu asked, "They all failed?"

Actually, that wasn't what it wanted to ask. What it really wanted to know was why it had never known about this?!!

After all, it belonged to the Dragon Race, a race that had once dominated the Myriad Realms.

Sure, it was only A-rank, but its individual strength could definitely be counted among the S-rank ranks.

Why exactly was that?

Could it be that it wasn't loyal enough to the Demon Lord? Or that it hadn't won enough face for His Highness the Extreme Evil Demon King?

At this point, the other side had once again given a confirming answer.

The Demon Race's attempts to hunt God Matthew had never stopped, but none had succeeded, and not once had they even scratched a hair on Matthew's head. Instead, they'd suffered heavy losses.

"He's that strong?!"

Balu immediately thought of Jonaz, who had deceived it into attacking the Goddess World.

Lord Meli had said that God Matthew rarely left the Goddess World, and if it went and attacked the Goddess World, the result would be a hundred percent certainty of being skewered and roasted by that Male God.

"Jonaz, you shameless bastard!"

Over the communication, Head Steward of the Demon Lord, Lord Meli, said, "Balu, since you already know of Matthew's existence, I might as well tell you a bit more."

"First, he isn't a god, but a human. In the Goddess World's own words, Matthew is merely a Hero."

"Second, if one day you meet him, never dream of trying to defeat him, because he's someone even His Majesty the Demon Lord cannot defeat."

His Majesty the Demon Lord couldn't defeat him?

Which meant, conversely, that the human God Matthew was very likely an existence even stronger than His Majesty the Demon Lord!

Head Steward Meli said, "Shocking, isn't it? Feels a bit like your beliefs are collapsing? That man really is overwhelmingly strong, strong in a way that breaks the rules. But precisely because he breaks the rules, he's unable to lay a hand on His Majesty the Demon Lord."

"Whew"

Atop the magma throne, Balu, who had been frightened into partial dragon form, let out a breath of relief.

When someone tells you that your enemy could wipe out your entire race and destroy your world at any moment, no one could possibly not be afraid.

"Indeed, the Supreme Law wouldn't fail to place restrictions on someone like that."

However... as long as God Matthew wasn't eliminated, the Demon Race would never be able to wipe out the goddesses and unify the Myriad Realms.

So, from long ago, the Lord of Demon Gods had issued a kill order to the Three SS-Class Demon Kings.

Matthew was human, and being human, he couldn't possibly have no weaknesses.

Once, an S-rank Demon King sacrificed himself to drag Matthew into the chaotic currents of the Void.

Once, tens of thousands of Demon Mages, led by the Cursing Demon King, unleashed the most vicious curses upon Matthew.

Once, again at the cost of a sacrifice, Matthew stepped into a time trap that ran a hundred thousand times faster.

After half an hour, Balu had already lost count of how many "onces" it had heard.

"The three Highnesses joined forces to hunt him, and that man still isn't dead?"

Head Steward of the Demon Lord, Meli, said, "That's right. So far, the information we've gathered on God Matthew is scarce, mostly because nearly every demon who's ever laid eyes on him has died."

Balu asked, "No exceptions?"

Meli said, "There are. His Majesty the Demon Lord, for one. And also those Demon Kings with a few extra lives to spare."

Which, in practice, wasn't much different from having none at all.

"Do you have any more questions?"

"I do, Lord Meli."

As the other side had said, now that it knew this much, the more detail the better.

Red Dragon Demon King Balu humbly asked for guidance, "Lord Meli, could you tell me what weaknesses of God Matthew we currently know of?"

Head Steward Meli said, "He can't lay a hand on His Majesty the Demon Lord."

That counts as one.

"He goes a little easier on women than on men."

Barely counts as one.

"Lower-tier worlds suppress our Demon Race's strength. When Matthew goes there, his strength gets affected too."

Barely, counts as one.

"Also, once he leaves the Goddess World, he usually waits a long time before leaving a second time."

Barely counts as one.

That's all.

Balu sighed, then sighed again.

The pressure was immense.

Suddenly, it remembered its little spy, Miya, and said to Meli, "Lord Meli, I have a subordinate who seems to have infiltrated Matthew's side."

"Really?!"

This time, it was the Demon God Palace's turn to be shocked.

The next day, A-rank Demon King Balu, having achieved great merit, was promoted out of order to S-rank Demon King!

In the God Realm, inside the Male God's Cabin.

Matthew sneezed, "Achoo~"

"Did I catch a cold? No, there's no way a Max-Level Boss catches a cold... so it must be some demon muttering about me again."

"Let me see which reckless soul is missing my special brand of hot-and-cold treatment this badly."

He looked up at his comic book.

"This Fanfiction is about to reach its grand finale. I'll wait until I've caught up to the ending before dealing with that."

The comic's grand finale, a dozen-odd pages, over a hundred small panels—finished in just a few minutes.

"Terrible ending, even worse than the original. What a waste of the Gold Coins I spent!"

Fortunately, that money had come from the Demon Race's little spy.

Which quickly warmed Matthew's mood back up.

【Time Acceleration】 was lifted, his time now synced with the cabin's time. "Huh, where am I? Did I get transported again? Is this even still my home?"

The Male God's Cabin was actually a two-bedroom place.

All told, it came to about 100 square meters. The Master Bedroom wasn't small, and Matthew had it all to himself. The second bedroom was the same, though it had been converted into a Study room.

In actual fact, Matthew spent far more time reading in the big Living Room than in the Study room.

Probably because there were too many good-looking books in the Study room, which made it impossible for him to settle down and focus.

Matthew was rather fond of games and Anime, so the walls were plastered with Posters, Figures were scattered everywhere, and since he played games often, the game console in front of the TV counted as the oldest piece of furniture in the house.

But just now, he discovered the game console was missing.

"Damn it, did Old Lady Hera take away my personal game console?"

"No, Lord Matthew, I just put your game console away in the cabinet under the TV."

As she spoke, a figure—mostly black with a bit of white—leapt out from the Kitchen.

Matthew frowned. "You're the Demon Race's Little Spy, Miya?"

Young Girl Miya said, "It's me, Lord Matthew. But I've already decided not to work for the Demon King anymore."

"Why's that?"

"They don't treat me well."

"And then?"

"I hope you'll take me in."

Young Girl Miya had changed out of her striking Gothic Outfit and into a Black and White Maid Outfit. She was still just as short, which only added a touch of playful cuteness.

She dashed over, skidding to a stop right in front of Matthew, and held out a thick book with both hands. "Lord Matthew, this is my newly shot Photo Album. Please, you must accept it!"
