The temperature in the hotel room was slightly cool, yet it couldn’t diminish the heat between the two.

Ling Tingyu only had a towel wrapped around her, sitting on the edge of the bed with her legs slightly pressed together, the towel barely covering her thighs.

Lu Xian was already feeling warm, but after hearing those words, she grew even hotter.Full novel: Transmigrated as the Contracted Alpha Who Marked the Film Queen — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“Teacher Ling, I won’t touch you today,” Lu Xian turned her face away. She hadn’t planned on doing anything with Ling Tingyu in the first place, feeling the timing wasn’t quite right.

“N-not touch?” Ling Tingyu thought she must have misheard. “Why?”

Why else?

Lu Xian sighed helplessly. “You’re injured. What could I possibly do?”

Afraid Ling Tingyu might overthink it, she added, “If you really want to, we can talk about it after you’ve healed.”

Being so directly called out on her desires, Ling Tingyu’s fair neck flushed red instantly. She was embarrassed too, couldn’t Lu Xian be a little more tactful?

Ling Tingyu turned her face away and muttered, “Why do you have to be so blunt? I wasn’t even thinking that…”

“Hmm?” Lu Xian leaned in, reaching an arm behind her. “I thought you really wanted to, sis.”

Lu Xian pressed forward, bracing a hand beside Ling Tingyu, closing the distance between them. Ling Tingyu’s breath hitched. “Why are you suddenly so close?”

Lu Xian’s lips were beautifully shaped, a soft, muted pink.

Ling Tingyu realized she had almost no resistance to Lu Xian’s face. Just moments ago, she’d claimed she didn’t want anything, yet now, staring at Lu Xian’s approaching lips, she couldn’t help but lean in slightly.

But Lu Xian only retrieved something from behind her before pulling away.

Ling Tingyu froze. She had thought Lu Xian was about to kiss her only to realize she was just grabbing something.

Unaware of Ling Tingyu’s thoughts, Lu Xian flipped through the instruction manual in her hand before meeting Ling Tingyu’s eyes. “Can I ask you something?”

Ling Tingyu: “What?”

Lu Xian’s gaze drifted downward. “Why did you want to enhance your chest?”

“…” Ling Tingyu wished she could shrink into nothingness.

Noticing Ling Tingyu’s increasingly reddened earlobes, Lu Xian teased, “Why so quiet now?”

“It’s nothing… I just don’t feel perfect,” Ling Tingyu murmured, lacking confidence. She had wanted to use the massager to temporarily enhance herself, thinking it would feel better to the touch. But in her haste, she’d bought a defective product, ending up with burns.

Lu Xian sighed. “Teacher Ling, you’re already perfect. Please stop using random products, okay?”

“How would you know?” Ling Tingyu lifted her eyes.

“Huh?” Lu Xian was caught off guard.

“How would you know I’m perfect? You haven’t even seen,” Ling Tingyu said, convinced Lu Xian was just comforting her.

Lu Xian choked. “I wasn’t talking about that.”

She meant Ling Tingyu as a whole was perfect, with no need for any changes.

Forget it. Explaining would only make things worse.

“Oh.” Ling Tingyu frowned. “But it hurts so much. It stings when I move.”

Hearing how severe Ling Tingyu described it, Lu Xian grew concerned. “Is it really that bad?”

Ling Tingyu sighed. “I’m not sure. It hurt too much earlier, I didn’t dare look.”

“If it’s serious, we should go to the hospital. You wouldn’t want scarring.” Lu Xian didn’t want to delay any longer. Women cared about such things, especially someone like Ling Tingyu, a celebrity, no less.

Hearing this, Ling Tingyu nervously asked, “Ah? Then could you check how serious it is for me? If it’s really bad, I’ll go to the hospital.”

Checking the injury was important, so Lu Xian sat down. “Alright, let me take a look.”

“Mm.” Ling Tingyu’s fingers tightened around the corner of the towel before slowly loosening her grip.

The towel slipped away, revealing the Omega’s fair and delicate body. Her soft, pale skin was flushed red where she had been burned, the contrast stark and startling.

Lu Xian glanced briefly, feeling heat surge in her chest.

Ling Tingyu covered herself with both hands, her face as red as a ripe peach. “Is it bad?”

Lu Xian lowered her gaze. “We should still go to the hospital.”

“Wah!” Ling Tingyu panicked, thinking it must be serious.

Seeing her about to cry, Lu Xian quickly reassured her, “There’s no broken skin or open wound, but it’s better to have a doctor examine it.”

Ling Tingyu blinked. “Alright then.”

Lu Xian grabbed a silk nightgown from the bed and draped it over Ling Tingyu.

The cool, smooth fabric soothed the irritated skin, easing the pain slightly.

Ling Tingyu buttoned the nightgown one by one while Lu Xian helped her put on a mask and hat, then handed her another piece of clothing.

“What’s this for?” Ling Tingyu asked, puzzled.

Lu Xian bent down and lifted her into her arms. “To cover your face.”

She carried her all the way to the underground garage.

To avoid drawing attention, Ling Tingyu usually drove her assistant’s car when going out, a low-key choice. Late at night, the emergency room was nearly empty.

Disguised head to toe, Ling Tingyu was unrecognizable. The female doctor examined her while asking questions.

“How did this happen?”

“Burned.”

“By what?”

Ling Tingyu hesitated. “…A bust-enhancing massager.”

The doctor seemed to understand and pulled out a packaged box from a drawer. “This one?”

“Yes, that’s it.”

“You young people are all so beauty-conscious. You seem smart, yet you keep falling for these shoddy products. Lately, we’ve had so many patients with burns from these cheap gadgets.”

Ling Tingyu hadn’t thought much about it, only after getting burned did she bother checking the product label.

After the examination, the doctor said, “Yours are already quite ample. You don’t need this kind of product.”

Ling Tingyu’s eyes lit up. “Really? They’re not small?”

The doctor chuckled. “No, they’re not. But if you want to enhance them, try healthy methods like diet, exercise, or massage. Your girlfriend can help you with that too.”

Ling Tingyu blushed and stammered, “I-I don’t want to trouble her.”

“Oh!” The doctor nodded knowingly. “Call her in. I’ll give her some instructions.”

Ling Tingyu had no idea what the doctor planned to tell Lu Xian.

Lu Xian entered. “Doctor, is her injury serious?”

“Not at all. Just apply some ointment when you get home, and make sure she rests for a couple of days.”

As she wrote the prescription, the doctor handed it to Lu Xian and added, “Take better care of your girlfriend. No more cheap products, they’re all scams.”

Lu Xian nodded. “Understood.”

Before they left, the doctor even gave Lu Xian a guide on bust-enhancing massage techniques and dietary advice. “Once she’s healed, follow these methods. Combine it with diet and exercise, and you’ll see results in a month.”

“…Thanks.” Lu Xian accepted it awkwardly, stuffing it into her pocket.

“No need. You can go now.”

Lu Xian looked at Ling Tingyu. “Let’s go.”

“Ah! I forgot to wear shoes when I went out earlier.” Ling Tingyu’s fair feet curled awkwardly against the cold hospital floor.

Lu Xian bent down and scooped her up again, carrying her through the corridor.

Tucked in Lu Xian’s arms, Ling Tingyu whispered, “What did the doctor give you?”

“Nothing important.”

“I saw it.” When Lu Xian didn’t respond, Ling Tingyu reached into her pocket.

“Stop moving,” Lu Xian chided while holding her.

“Got it.” Ling Tingyu immediately saw the book’s cover emblazoned with six bold characters: ‘Breast Enhancement Massage Guide.’

Ling Tingyu froze: “…”

…

The drive from the hospital to the hotel took just over ten minutes.

After parking, Lu Xian opened the passenger door and extended her arm. “Come closer. I’ll carry you upstairs.”

Ling Tingyu rather enjoyed being carried by her. She shifted over and wrapped her arms around Lu Xian’s neck.

As the elevator ascended in silence, Ling Tingyu’s gaze lingered at Lu Xian’s chin before she quietly asked, “Lu Xian… will you follow the doctor’s advice?”

“About what?”

“The massage guide,” Ling Tingyu murmured, biting her lip.

Lu Xian considered this. “You don’t seem to need it.”

Says who?

Ling Tingyu wrinkled her nose. “I think you should listen to the doctor.”

Lu Xian chuckled.

At the hotel’s keycard door, Ling Tingyu struggled to reach out while bundled in her coat.

Lu Xian settled Ling Tingyu on her lap and retrieved the keycard from her pocket.

The door clicked open.

Inside, Lu Xian deposited Ling Tingyu on the bed and handed her ointment and cotton swabs. “Apply this first. I’m going to shower.”

Ling Tingyu didn’t take them. “I should do it myself?”

“Yes.” Lu Xian opened the ointment tube, squeezing the cool, transparent gel onto a swab. “Just apply a thin layer.”

“Wait, Lu Xian.” Ling Tingyu tugged her sleeve. “Will you do it for me?”

Lu Xian stiffened, silently begging Ling Tingyu to stop tormenting her. How could she focus on applying medicine when her mind kept wandering since seeing those perky little bunnies? She couldn’t stop imagining the Omega’s perfect curves.

“I can’t.” As Lu Xian tried to stand, Ling Tingyu’s grip on her clothes pulled them both forward.

“Ah!” Ling Tingyu gasped, arms flying around Lu Xian’s waist as she tumbled against her.

Lu Xian instinctively caught her, her hands unavoidably brushing against silken skin.

“…” Lu Xian immediately spread her arms wide. Ling Tingyu collapsed against her, soft and pliant.

Back rigid, Lu Xian’s voice came out strained. “Are you okay?”

“It hurts.” Ling Tingyu whimpered as her irritated skin chafed again.

“My fault. I shouldn’t have moved.” Lu Xian retreated half a step.

Eyes reddening, Ling Tingyu asked, “Will you help me now?”

“Fine.” Lu Xian couldn’t refuse again. It was just applying medicine, no need for inappropriate thoughts.

Ling Tingyu nodded and reclined on the bed. “Is this position okay?”

“Y-yes…” Sitting bedside, Lu Xian felt sweat bead on her forehead and palms.

Only three buttons of the silk pajamas were fastened from the bottom, allowing plush, pink-tipped bunnies to peek from either side.

The visual impact far exceeded expectations, pushing Lu Xian’s willpower to the brink of collapse. She forced herself to focus on the cotton swab coated with ointment.

Her movements were gentle and slow, her concentration so intense that the swab nearly touched every part of the little white rabbit.

The thin layer of transparent ointment on the rabbit held an inexplicable allure.

“Mmm…” Ling Tingyu raised a hand to cover her eyes: “Lu Xian, don’t touch there.”

Lu Xian snapped back to reality, the cotton swab was gliding over the rabbit’s tip, and its softness visibly transformed before her eyes.

“Sorry.” Lu Xian withdrew her hand and quickly turned away. “Done. You should rest early.”

Without lingering, she discarded the swab, grabbed a change of clothes, and retreated to the bathroom.

Closing the door behind her, Lu Xian leaned against it, taking deep breaths. She stood under the cold shower for what felt like ages before finally calming down.

When she emerged, Ling Tingyu was already asleep.

She looked peaceful, her curled lashes resembling a doll’s, hair splayed softly around her, cheeks flushed pink on both sides.

Lu Xian leaned over to fasten her pajamas properly and couldn’t resist brushing a finger against Ling Tingyu’s soft, pale cheek. How could someone look this beautiful even in sleep?

Ling Tingyu murmured, showing signs of waking. Lu Xian sat back and whispered, “Go back to sleep.”

Rubbing her eyes, Ling Tingyu asked in a drowsy voice, “Why were you in there so long?”

Lu Xian checked the time, an hour had passed. It was indeed a long shower.

Ling Tingyu nuzzled against her palm. “Your hands are freezing. Did you take a cold shower?”

Lu Xian withdrew her hand. “Yes.”

Suddenly, Ling Tingyu smiled. “Why take a cold shower?”

The teasing tone was unmistakable.

Lu Xian didn’t answer.

Ling Tingyu caught her chilled fingers. “Want me to warm you up?”
