“Brother Yi, it was this woman who hit me just now.”

A complaint came from the opposite motorcycle.

Shen Nanshu looked up and saw that it was the same blond-haired thug she had beaten up earlier.Full novel: Transmigration: The Villain’s Rebellious Mother Has Returned — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

The one the blond thug called “Brother Yi” was an eighteen- or nineteen-year-old young man.

The young man got off the motorcycle. He was tall and wore a denim jacket printed with a wolf pattern. His hair was dyed a silver-gray, and he wore a cross earring. A cigarette hung from his mouth. His face was extremely handsome—looking both rebellious and strikingly attractive.

If you looked closely, you would notice that his face actually resembled Shen Nanshu’s by seven or eight parts.

The blond thug ran over after getting off the motorcycle, acting like someone backed by power. “Do you know who Brother Yi is? His name is Jiang Beiyi. He’s the captain of the Wild Wolf Team—the strongest man on this street. He’s never lost a fight.

I’m his little brother. If you hit me, you’re slapping Brother Yi in the face. You’re dead for sure!”

Shen Nanshu’s gaze trembled. Images flashed through her mind—the near-death scenes she had seen earlier.

After her death, the youngest of her triplets had been adopted and renamed Jiang Beiyi. When he grew up, he looked very much like her.

Was this young man… her youngest son?!

Before she left, he was still a soft little baby who liked to cling to her arms and call her “Mom” sweetly.

And now, in the blink of an eye, he had grown this big—and become the leader of some unscrupulous gang, a flashy delinquent biker youth!

How frustrating.

Jiang Beiyi held his cigarette between his fingers, looking coldly at Shen Nanshu. Strangely, this woman gave him a faint sense of familiarity.

He raised a brow, glanced at his swollen-faced subordinate, and snorted. “Bold of you to mess with my people. Apologize—”

Before he could finish the word “apologize,” Shen Nanshu suddenly rushed forward in anger, grabbed his ear, and shouted, “You brat! You’re learning all the wrong things—smoking, backing up perverts, bullying girls! You really need a beating!”

Jiang Beiyi was stunned as his ear was yanked. The pain made him yell out.

The blond thug panicked and shouted, “You crazy woman! Let go of Brother Yi!”

But Shen Nanshu not only didn’t let go, she snatched the cigarette from Jiang Beiyi’s mouth, threw it to the ground, and stepped on it to extinguish it.

The group of underlings were dumbfounded. What kind of situation was this?

Jiang Beiyi grew furious. “Damn it! I don’t usually hit women, but if you don’t let go, I’m going to fight back!”

Seeing that he was about to strike, Shen Nanshu finally released his ear—but immediately punched him.

Jiang Beiyi staggered, nearly falling over. His subordinates quickly caught him.

He covered his swollen ear, seething with anger. When had he ever suffered something like this?

He clenched his fist, about to retaliate—but one of his subordinates quickly grabbed him and pointed at Shen Nanshu’s face. “Brother Yi, look… you two look alike.”

Jiang Beiyi looked again—and realized they really did resemble each other. Especially their eyes—they were almost identical.

He asked in shock, “Who are you? Why do you look like me?”

Shen Nanshu brushed the dust off her clothes, hesitated, then decided to tell the truth.

“My name is Shen Nanshu. I’m your long-lost biological mother. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it’s true.”

The group of thugs was shocked. Jiang Beiyi twitched his mouth.

When he was a little over one year old, he had been sent to an orphanage, then later adopted. He had never seen his biological mother.

Even so, judging by age, she should be at least in her forties.

But the woman in front of him looked only around twenty—young and beautiful.

How could she possibly be his mother?

“Nonsense,” he said angrily. “You’re so young and already out here lying? Do you think I’m blind? You’re asking for a beating!”

At that moment, the blond thug tried to stir trouble again. “Brother Yi, this woman is insulting you! Don’t waste time talking—just beat her up!”

Just after he finished speaking, Shen Nanshu kicked him straight into the trash bin on the opposite side.

Everyone was shocked.

Jiang Beiyi exploded. “Right in front of me, you still dare hit my guy? Am I invisible?!”

Shen Nanshu shot him a cold look. “He tried to harass me in the alley and take advantage of me. So what’s wrong with me hitting him?”

Jiang Beiyi froze.

The blond thug crawled out of the trash bin and weakly defended himself, “Brother Yi, she was the one who seduced me first!”

Shen Nanshu laughed in anger. “I seduced you?!”

The thug looked at her white short-sleeved dress and sneered, “It’s autumn and everyone else is wearing long sleeves. You’re dressed so lightly—obviously trying to seduce me. What, do you think you’re some kind of cheap woman pretending to be pure?”

Shen Nanshu’s anger surged. She had worn this because she was transported from a summer climate, and now this man was insulting her.

She was about to beat him again when Jiang Beiyi acted first—rushing over and punching him.

“You damn bastard! You really harassed her? Did you forget the rules of the Wild Wolf Team? No bullying the weak, no harassing girls! You broke the rules and even tricked me into coming here? You’re asking for it!”

Bang! Bang!

He landed two more punches, beating the thug until his face was bruised and swollen.

The blond thug quickly grabbed his leg and cried, “Brother Yi, I was wrong! I was drunk and confused, please forgive me this once!”

Jiang Beiyi kicked him away. “Get lost. I don’t want to see you again.”

The thug ran off in relief, limping away.

Seeing this, Shen Nanshu raised a brow. This guy still had some conscience.

After chasing the thug away, Jiang Beiyi looked at Shen Nanshu. He had come here angrily thinking someone was bullying his subordinate, but it turned out to be a misunderstanding.

He scratched the back of his head awkwardly. “Sorry about that, miss. My subordinate was wrong. I apologize on his behalf.”

Shen Nanshu thought to herself that this kid wasn’t beyond saving.

But she wasn’t going to let it end so easily. Thinking she was a bit hungry, she said seriously, “Just an apology isn’t enough. You have to treat me to a meal as compensation for my emotional distress.”

Everyone around them twitched their mouths.

This woman had beaten the thug, grabbed Brother Yi’s ear, acted violently all along—and now she’s demanding compensation?

Before Jiang Beiyi could respond, his phone suddenly rang. He stepped aside to answer it.

After the call, he returned with a dark expression.

One of his subordinates asked nervously, “Brother Yi, what happened?”
