Cassie’s POV
"Oh my gosh, don’t stop baby." She screamed as he slid his dick into her wet cunt. Her hands moved slowly over his back, almost scraping his skin.
"I can’t take it anymore." She moaned slowly almost crying.
"You’re so wet." He continued pounding her cunt like that’s all he wanted.
I moaned slowly as I spread my legs in the air slowly inserting my vibrator inside my cunt. So wet and slick. I squeezed my thighs together, folding my bare breast with my other hand.
"Don’t stop baby, I’m about to cum." Her moaning became louder. Fuck. He screamed into her ear.
I moaned louder covering my lips with my hand not to draw attention, I was so close to cumin till my mind flashed back to him saying...
"You’re so sweet. Cassie can never satisfy me like you."
I lost every ounce of pleasure in me. He ruined my life, now also my orgasm. I slid my vibrator out from my cunt, slick and useless now.
I’d lost interest.
It happened on Valentine’s Day. I caught my fiancé fucking my colleague at work . The same girl that always tell me how lucky I am to have him. I bragged about him to everyone that would care to listen.
After that, work became unbearable. The whispers behind my back, fake condolences, the pitying smiles. He never deserved you... you were too good for him... shit! The moment my back was turned, the laughing, I could take it anymore so I had to quit, as if that wasn’t enough Malcolm was literally everywhere begging me to take him back.
A soft knock. "Ma’am, is everything alright in there?" An air hostess asked calmly.
"I’m fine." I’d been locked in that bathroom for almost an hour, unable to shake the image. The more I replayed it, the more I craved being fucked into forgetting it — except it never worked. It never made the scene go away.
"Ma’am." She knocked again.
"Sorry." I smoothed my skirt and slipped back out to my seat.
Five years. Gone, just like that.
I need to get my thoughts straight. I grabbed the book from my tray table and forced my eyes down the page, even though the words barely registered.
Chicago. Malcolm. Love. I am leaving all of it behind — starting over somewhere he couldn’t reach.
New Jersey. My hometown. Not the best memories, but maybe this time it’ll be different.
Hours later, we got to the airport. There was something in the air that felt like a fresh start already, I grabbed my travel box and stepped outside.
Kate was already waiting when I came through arrivals, a handwritten sign with my name held up high enough that I spotted it right away.
"Cass!." She’d called me that since we were kids, pulling me into a tight hug. "I missed you so much."
"I missed you too."
We haven’t seen each other for the past eight years, though we’ve been in contact, that we barely forgot the distance between us.
"We will have so much fun." She grinned, already tugging me toward in the car.
I’d known Kate my whole life — her family practically ran New Jersey, owners of one of the biggest companies in the state. I’d be staying with her until I found a place of my own.
Thirty minutes later, we pulled up outside her place. I stepped out and walked around for a while, taking in the flowers lining the walkway and the art scattered through the front rooms.
"Kate. This is so nice."
"Thank you." She said it lightly, already heading for the stairs. "This is your room."
I stepped inside and looked around — it was well-furnished, and somehow exactly my taste, like she’d thought of me while picking it out.
I wandered further in and spotted an old photo of us propped on the side table.
I let out a little laugh. "You still have these?"
"Of course I do."
We burst into laughter at the same time, the first genuine laugh I’ve had since my break up with Malcolm.
"I’ll leave you to it — freshen up, because I’m taking you to the club. It’s the best in town, we will have a lot fun tonight."
"Tonight?" I wasn’t sure I wanted to.
"Why?" She smirked, reading me too well. "Please don’t tell me this is about Malcolm."
I hesitated.
"Oh my god, it’s about Malcolm." She rolled her eyes. "He cheated on you. You should be out celebrating, not moping in a guest room."
"He has been apologizing nonstop. I don’t even know what to do with that anymore."
"You don’t do anything with it." Kate’s voice softened. Just for a second, before the smirk crept back in. "Tonight, you’re not thinking about him at all. We’re getting drunk, we’re dancing, and you’re going to remember what it feels like to be looked at by someone who isn’t Malcolm." She was already at the door. "Be ready before ten."
After showering and taking my time to dress up in a mini gown and high heeled boots, Kate and I found ourselves at the club. Things were already heated when we got there, the club was exceedingly filled with people pressing against each other.
Kate caught the tension in my shoulders and nudged me hard enough to jolt me out of my head. "Loosen up!" She yelled over the music, pressing a drink into my hands before I could protest. "Look around there are so many hot guys here who aren’t Malcolm."
But I couldn’t stop thinking about that night, my mind drifted to her moaning, that was supposed to be me.
"Oh my god, this guy at the bar is so cute. He’s totally my type." Kate squealed grabbing my arm.
It’s been a while since I heard that, I’d seen her act this way because of someone.
"I’m going to get closer, have fun!"
"Kate wait...." But she had already disappeared into the crowd leaving me alone in the midst of all these people.
Classic Kate. She’d always been like that, even growing up,though she kept it hidden from her father, who kept setting her up on blind dates she paid me to sit through in her place.
I sighed taking another sip of my drink. The music was getting better and louder I found myself dancing to the music.
Can I buy you a drink?" A voice broke through the noise behind me.
I turned, caught off guard. "What?" I could barely hear over the music.
"Can I buy you a drink?" He leaned in this time, close enough that I felt the words more than heard them.
"Oh — okay." Company wouldn’t hurt, since Kate had abandoned me for a stranger anyway.
He flagged down a passing waiter and pressed a drink into my hand before I’d even gotten a good look at him.
The music shifted into something with a real pulse, and we ended up dancing, his hand finding my waist like it belonged there. For a moment, everything else went quiet. We held eye contact a bit too long, and I kissed him — then pulled back almost as fast.
"I’m sorry," I said softly.
"For what?" He pulled me back in and kissed me properly this time. His lips were warm, unhurried. The kind of kiss that reminded me there is more outside rather than Malcolm.
"Do you want to get out of here?" I asked.
"Yeah. We can do that."
He took my hand, and we pushed through the crowd together, weaving past bodies until we broke free at the exit.
We stumbled to his car, falling into the back seat. "That was crazy," I said softly, still catching my breath.
He pulled me in and kissed me again, slower this time, and I felt myself sink into it, wanting more than I probably should have, at that moment, in that state.
