Jiang Zui was forcibly dragged into a taxi by Chen Shuping.
The driver was a young man in his twenties. The moment he saw Jiang Zui get into the car, his eyes lit up instantly.
“Are you… a celebrity?”
“Driver, Xinghui Grand Hotel,” Chen Shuping pulled Jiang Zui closer behind her, draping her own coat over Jiang Zui as if deeply displeased that her “treasure” was being ogled by others.
The driver shrugged and said nothing more.
“We’ve arrived. Please step out.”
Jiang Zui tightened her clothes around her, wishing she could bury her head in the ground.
Chen Shuping, however, seemed quite familiar with the place. She pulled Jiang Zui straight into the elevator.
“Auntie, why are we coming here?”
Jiang Zui asked softly.
Xinghui was a five-star hotel. Given Chen Shuping and Jiang Jiaguang’s current income, they probably wouldn’t set foot in such a place in their entire lives.
“Of course, to celebrate your birthday.”
Chen Shuping smiled gently, pulling Jiang Zui closer. “What do you think? This is a five-star grand hotel. Zui Zui, do you like it?”
Jiang Zui gazed at the opulent, golden lobby. For some reason, the unease in her heart grew stronger. “Auntie, this place is too expensive. Let’s go back.”
Chen Shuping glared at her and snapped, “Silly girl, we’re already here. Why leave now? Besides, it’s not our money paying for it.”
Jiang Zui froze for a moment.
“If it’s not your money, then whose is it?”
Only then did Chen Shuping realize she had gotten carried away with excitement and spoken carelessly.
Looking at Jiang Zui’s bewildered face, Chen Shuping awkwardly waved her hand. “Oh dear, look at my big mouth. I was just talking nonsense. Alright, let’s hurry upstairs.”
Chen Shuping led Jiang Zui to a door.
She straightened her clothes, then tucked a stray strand of hair from Jiang Zui’s forehead behind her ear before gently knocking on the door.
“Who is it?!” a rough, heavy male voice came from inside.
Jiang Zui was startled.
Chen Shuping, however, remained calm, her tone extremely gentle. “Brother Rui Feng, it’s me~~ your little sister Shuping.”
A series of heavy footsteps approached from a distance, followed by a loud “clang” as the door was yanked open.
A dark-skinned, burly man in a bathrobe appeared before the two. Around his neck hung a thick gold chain as wide as a thumb. His bathrobe hung loosely, revealing dark chest hair and a large, protruding belly.
“Brother Rui Feng, good evening.”
Chen Shuping stepped forward first, bowing repeatedly with a flattering smile. She pushed Jiang Zui in front of her, her tone sycophantic. “Brother Rui Feng, this is my niece—Jiang Zui.”
Then, she secretly pinched Jiang Zui’s arm and whispered a warning: “What are you standing there dumbly for? Hurry up and greet him properly.”
From the moment they entered, the burly man’s gaze had been “glued” to Jiang Zui. That blatant, scrutinizing look made the girl feel extremely uncomfortable.
“Uncle, hello.”
Under Chen Shuping’s pressure, Jiang Zui had no choice but to call out softly.
“Uncle? Do I look that old to you?” The burly man chuckled as he moved closer, his short, thick hand seemingly about to touch Jiang Zui’s cheek.
Jiang Zui was startled but reacted quickly. She swiftly took two steps back, subtly creating distance between herself and the man.
Seeing his hand miss its target, the man’s expression visibly darkened.
“Chen Shuping, I gave you a chance regarding your husband’s matter. Since you’re still acting this way today, forget it. Let’s settle the account with both principal and interest.”
Hearing this, Chen Shuping clearly panicked.
“No, no, Brother Rui Feng, please don’t be angry. This child is still young and doesn’t understand things. It’s also her first time, so she’s inevitably a bit awkward.” When saying this, Chen Shuping emphasized the words “this time” heavily.
The burly man clearly understood, and his expression immediately softened considerably. Those lecherous eyes roamed over Jiang Zui’s body, “Really her first time?”

The burly man finally smiled with satisfaction.
“Brother Rui Feng, I won’t keep you from enjoying yourself. I’ll head back first, you take your time.” Chen Shuping repeatedly bowed with an apologetic smile, practically ready to grovel before the burly man.
The burly man waved impatiently, “Go on, go on.”

Jiang Zui panicked, “Auntie, I want to go back with you. Don’t leave me here.”

Chen Shuping gently patted the girl’s shoulder and coaxed softly, “Today, this brother will celebrate your birthday with you. Be good and stay here to have fun with him.”
Jiang Zui shook her head frantically, pleading repeatedly, “Auntie, I don’t want to celebrate my birthday. I want to go home, please take me back.”
Chen Shuping’s expression finally changed,
“Go back my ass! Why are you so unreasonable? Jiang Zui, I’m warning you: today you will stay whether you want to or not!”
Jiang Zui was stunned.
She looked at Chen Shuping’s sinister face, “Auntie, I’m begging you, please take me back, I’m scared…”
Unexpectedly, Chen Shuping grabbed Jiang Zui’s arm, her tone cold and hard as iron, “Do you still want your admission letter or not? If you dare disobey tonight, I’ll burn your admission letter and all your documents when I get back. I’ll make sure you never get to go to college in your lifetime!”

Chen Shuping held her lifeline in her hands.
She dared not disobey.

The door behind her slammed shut heavily.
Jiang Zui jumped in fright.
She looked at the man in front of her and instinctively backed away repeatedly.
