RING!
The doorbell rang early in the morning.
Tsuna opened the door and saw Gokudera standing outside.
“Gokudera-kun?
You’re early.”
“As your right-hand man, I need to make sure you’re safe!”
Gokudera declared proudly,
Tsuna smiled helplessly.
Seriously, this guy’s stubbornness is abnormal…
“That voice…”
A familiar woman stepped into view from behind Tsuna.
It was Bianchi.
The moment Gokudera saw her face, his face instantly turned deathly pale.
“Hayato…”
“…Big Sis?”
GRRRRROOOOOOOOWL!
Gokudera’s stomach suddenly rumbled violently, forcing him to clutch his stomach in agony.
“BIG SIS!?”
Tsuna’s eyes widened.
He alternated between Bianchi and Gokudera in disbelief.
They were siblings!?
And somehow, both of them were foreigners that looked ridiculously good-looking.
“Excuse me, Judaime!”
Without another word, Gokudera immediately sprinted away while holding his stomach.
“Hey, where are you going!?”
Tsuna exclaimed.
Meanwhile, Bianchi tilted her head while letting out a sigh.
“Strange boy.
He’s always been like that.”
Tsuna slowly looked back toward her.
“…Before that.”
He pointed in shock.
“You and Gokudera-kun are siblings!?”
“Yes, we are.”
Bianchi answered casually.
“But from different mothers.”
Tsuna was stunned.
What kind of complicated mafia family setting is this!?
Before he could think further, Reborn suddenly appeared nearby.
“Ciaosu.”
Tsuna ignored him and ran after Gokudera.

A few minutes later, Tsuna finally caught up to him near the riverside.
Rekka was already there too.
“Dude, what happened to you?”
Rekka looked genuinely concerned.
Gokudera looked like someone who had just survived psychological warfare.
“Oh, Tsuna!”
Rekka waved.
“I found him crouching here looking spiritually broken.”
Tsuna sat beside them.
“I think it’s because he saw his sister…”
The moment those words left his mouth, Gokudera visibly trembled.
Like a traumatized war veteran remembering the battlefield, he slowly began recounting his past.
“I used to live with my sister until I was nine…”
His voice sounded hollow.
“At our mansion, we constantly held luxurious parties.”
“WAIT.”
Rekka’s eyes sparkled.
“Mansion!?
So you were rich-rich.”
Gokudera ignored him and continued.
“When I was six years old, I was supposed to perform piano in front of important guests.”
His body trembled violently.
“At that time… my sister baked cookies for me for the first time.”
The air suddenly felt heavy.
“That…”
Gokudera’s face darkened.
“…was the birth of Poison Cooking.”
Tsuna shivered remembering yesterday’s bathroom apocalypse.
“At first… I only experienced nausea and dizziness after eating them.”
He stared blankly into the distance.
“My piano performance became terrible.
But somehow…”
His expression twisted.
“…everyone loved it.”
“…Huh?”
“They called me the reincarnation of Mozart.”
Tsuna and Rekka stared blankly.
“…How?”
“I DON’T KNOW!”
Gokudera looked emotionally broken.
“My father became inspired after than incident.”
His voice became hollow again.
“He ordered my sister to continue baking cookies for me before every performance.”
A moment of silence followed.
Tsuna slowly looked away.
“…The rest is history.”
Rekka wiped imaginary tears.
“What a tragic childhood…”
Gokudera grabbed his own shoulders while visibly shaking.
“The trauma became so deeply engraved into my soul… that my stomach automatically hurts whenever I see my sister.”
GRRROOOOOOWL.
His stomach proved the statement immediately.
Tsuna genuinely pitied him as someone who also suffered from Bianchi’s cooking.
“What was my sister doing at your house anyway, boss?”
Tsuna’s expression instantly became pale as if he was also a war veteran suffering from PTSD.
“Reborn hired her to train my poison resistance…”
Gokudera widened his eyes, his hands shaking.
He grabbed Tsuna tightly.
“You can’t stay near that woman!!
She’s a demon!”
Tsuna smiled peacefully.
The kind of smile only someone who had already seen hell could make.
“…It’s too late, Gokudera-kun.”
A dark aura rose behind him.
“I’ve already descended into hell.”
“JUDAIMEEE!!”
Gokudera looked devastated, but after contemplating deeply, his eyes suddenly reignited with determination.
“If that’s the case…”
He clenched his fists.
“Then I’ll descend into hell with you!”
Gokudera declared passionately.
“I’ll overcome my trauma someday and save you from her poisonous clutches!”
“…Gokudera-kun…”
Tsuna was genuinely touched.
Rekka wiped fake tears nearby.
“What a beautiful friendship forged through suffering…”
But sorry, I will not join you guys even if we’re friends.
Just hearing about it gives me the chills….

Meanwhile, inside a building called Kamogawa Gym.
BAM!!
A powerful uppercut exploded upward.
The opposing boxer collapsed instantly onto the mat.
“TO THE EXTREME!!”
The victorious young man raised both fists passionately.
“Ryohei!
Nice work!”
At the ringside, a stout man smiled proudly.
Makunouchi Ippo.
Once famous throughout Japan as a legendary boxer, but now retired and working as a coach.
After leaving the professional stage, Ippo dedicated his life toward raising the next generation of Japanese boxers.
And among the young talents he discovered, the one before him stood out especially.
Sasagawa Ryohei.
A year ago, Ippo encountered him by pure chance.
Even back then, Ryohei possessed monstrous athleticism, absurd stamina, and explosive fighting instincts.
More importantly, he loved boxing wholeheartedly.
Seeing such an unpolished gem, Ippo couldn’t stop himself from scouting him.
Fortunately, Ryohei already knew who Ippo was, so he immediately accepted his scout offer enthusiastically.
Learning from his own painful boxing career, Ippo drilled boxing fundamentals mercilessly into Ryohei.
He refused to let this talented kid repeat his own mistakes.
“Thanks, Coach!”
Ryohei grinned brightly after stepping out of the ring.
He glanced at the clock.
“CRAP!”
He quickly grabbed his bag.
“I need to pick up my sister from school!”
Ippo laughed awkwardly.
“Don’t cross with red lights again!”
“No promises!”
And just like that, Ryohei sprinted out of the gym.

On the way toward Namimori High, Ryohei suddenly stopped.
Ahead of him, he saw dozens of Ishiyama High delinquents surrounding two high schoolers from Namimori High.
“…Unforgivable.”
His expression sharpened instantly.
“Ganging up on my juniors?”
As an aspiring professional boxer, Ryohei knew street fighting was bad, but there were some things he simply couldn’t ignore.
“You bastards!!”
His explosive voice echoed through the street like thunder.
The delinquents flinched.
Tsuna and Rekka turned around in surprise.
Ryohei pointed toward them.
“I am Sasagawa Ryohei!!”
The sun seemed to shine behind him heroically.
“The man who lives to the EXTREME!!”
He pointed at Tsuna and Rekka.
“And I am the senior of those juniors behind you!”
The delinquents stared blankly.
“…Who the hell is this guy?”
“Leave now!”
Ryohei warned them sharply.
“Unless you want to get hurt!”
The thugs burst out laughing.
“Mind your own business!”
“You think you can take all of us alone!?”
“We’re only here because these brats messed with our own men!”
Ryohei calmly tightened his fists.
“Try me.”
One thug immediately charged forward angrily.
“Go to hell!”
WHOOSH—
BAM!!
Ryohei’s hook suddenly landed cleanly, the thug instantly collapsing unconscious.
“…Weak.”
Ryohei cracked his neck slightly.
“No wonder you rely on numbers.”
Tsuna’s eyes sparkled slightly.
…This big brother was kinda cool.
“GET HIM!!”
The remaining delinquents charged together.
Ryohei moved fast and decisively.
Jab, cross, hook, and body blows—His fists exploded like bullets with every movement flowing sharply.
His footwork remained smooth and untouchable as he slipped around attacks effortlessly.
Tsuna stared at him in awe.
So strong and manly…
Suddenly, several desperate delinquents grabbed Tsuna and Rekka.
“DON’T MOVE!”
One of them pointed nervously at Ryohei.
“Or we’ll hurt your precious juniors!”
A thug swung toward Tsuna, but the young man instantly blocked the punch with his forearm.
His eyes sharpened.
BAM!!
His punch knocked the thug flat.
Ryohei’s eyes immediately lit up.
“OH!?”
“Don’t forget about me!”
Rekka rushed in laughing before finishing the remaining thugs.
Moments later, the delinquents fled pathetically.
Ryohei stared at Tsuna and Rekka intensely, grabbing both of their shoulders excitedly.
“You two!”
His eyes burned passionately.
“You guys have talent!!”
“…Eh?”
“One in a thousands talent!”
Ryohei pointed toward the horizon heroically.
“Join Kamogawa Boxing Gym!
Together…”
Flames practically erupted behind him.
“…WE SHALL REWRITE THE HISTORY OF JAPANESE BOXING!!”
Tsuna and Rekka froze.
That escalated way too fast.
“How do you even know us?”
Tsuna asked cautiously.
“My sister told me!”
Ryohei answered proudly.
“…Sister?”
“Sasagawa Kyoko!”
Tsuna nearly choked.
This enthusiastic man is her brother!?
Ryohei’s grip tightened passionately.
“Instead of using your strength for street fights…”
His eyes burned intensely.
“…why not use it for boxing!?”
Rekka met his passionate gaze seriously.
“Sorry.
My dream is to become the greatest ninja.”
Ryohei froze.
“…What?”
“I refuse!”
Rekka’s eyes burned with determination.
“I shall walk the path of ninjas!”
“…I see.”
Ryohei slowly nodded and turned toward Tsuna.
“And you!?”
Tsuna remembered his current life schedule.
No way I have time for this… Better not bite more than I could chew.
“…I’m already part of another gym.”
Tsuna answered honestly.
“And my schedule’s packed.”
He bowed slightly.
“So I’m sorry, but I refuse too.”
Ryohei staggered backward in shock after being rejected twice.
The extreme man experienced emotional damage.
Still, he quickly recovered and grinned brightly.
“Then I respect your choices!
But if either of you changes your mind someday…”
His smile widened.
“Kamogawa Gym will always welcome you!”
“Big brother!”
A familiar cheerful voice called out nearby.
Kyoko approached them while puffing her cheeks slightly.
“No wonder you were late!”
“Ahahaha…”
Ryohei scratched his head awkwardly.
“Sorry!
I got distracted.”
“You promised to walk home with me.”
“I know!
I know!”
He quickly pointed at Tsuna and Rekka.
“I was protecting these juniors from thugs!”
Kyoko immediately looked worried.
“I told you not to get into fights!”
Her expression became serious.
“You need to take care of yourself properly if you want to become a professional boxer!”
“I got it!”
Ryohei laughed loudly.
He turned back toward Tsuna and Rekka.
“If those thugs bother you again…”
He grinned confidently.
“I, Sasagawa Ryohei, will protect you!”
He raised a fist passionately.
“My motto is TO THE EXTREME!”
Kyoko sighed helplessly before smiling apologetically at the two boys.
“Sorry about my brother.
See you tomorrow!”
The siblings walked away together.
Tsuna and Rekka watched them disappear.
“…What a weirdly passionate guy.”
“Seriously.”
Rekka agreed.
“But he’s kinda awesome.”
Tsuna nodded slowly.
“…I didn’t know Kyoko had an older brother.”
And somehow, that passionate brother reminded him slightly of the Body Improvement Club.
…
Ryohei with Dempsey Roll?
