Standing to the side, looking at the eyes of Calculis, Samuel, and Foros, Kahn finally came to his senses at this moment.

This technology was extremely cruel and highly unstable.

More importantly, this reckless troop-spawning method severely violated the *Codex Astartes* personally written by Primarch Roboute Guilliman!Full novel: Warhammer 40K: Starting With The Power Of Minecraft — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

If this matter were reported back to Terra, the High Lord council would definitely slap the Lamenters with the label of “mutiny” or “heresy,” and directly launch a purge.

Kahn opened his mouth, wanting to voice a warning, but when his gaze touched Roya, who was standing to the side with a calm expression, he forcefully swallowed back the admonitions that had reached his lips.

Having witnessed firsthand the Emperor-like divine might on this lord, Kahn’s rationality finally yielded.

The Codex was written by the Primarch, but the one right before him possessed the halo of the Emperor’s Chosen—it was better to listen to this lord first!

“Foros.” Not caring what Kahn was thinking, Roya directly set the tone, “The large-scale cultivation of gene-seed will be entirely entrusted to your Lamenters Chapter.

Whatever supplies you need, just go and get them from the chests in the mob grinder at the rear.” “Rest assured, My Lord!

The Lamenters Chapter will surely forge an indestructible army of Astartes for you!” Foros dropped to one knee, his voice trembling with excitement.

Roya nodded with satisfaction, his gaze shifting as he thought of Titus.

“Right.” Roya pointed at Titus’s neck, “Although Titus hasn’t completed the full set of modifications yet, the gene-seed in his neck glands should be fully mature.

Samuel, extract his seed as well while you’re at it, to serve as the first batch of cultivation stock.” As soon as these words were spoken, the corners of Kahn’s mouth twitched fiercely.

Taking the pure gene-seed of the Ultramarines to expand the army of the Lamenters?

Under normal circumstances, the two Chapters would directly draw their guns and shoot at each other.

His lips parted slightly, instinctively wanting to protest, but it ultimately turned into a silent sigh, and he remained silent.

Catching Kahn’s reaction out of the corner of their eyes, Foros and Calculis saw that the Ultramarines veteran surprisingly did not object.

The last trace of doubt in their hearts completely vanished, and they immediately nodded to begin preparing the surgical equipment.

After arranging the matters at the rear, Roya led the others out of the dirt house.

As soon as they came out, Titus stepped forward quickly, flipping his wrist to hand over seven grayish-white fragments that had dropped after shattering the contemptor dreadnought in front of Magos Hades earlier.

“Well done.” Roya’s eyes lit up with great joy.

He immediately brought up the hidden inventory, placing these seven fragments together with the three fragments dropped by the Mega-Armoured Nob he had blown up earlier.

“Ding—” Accompanied by an extremely crisp system prompt, the ten fragments fused together in the inventory, transforming into a blueprint emitting an ancient dark gold luster.

[Obtained: contemptor-pattern dreadnought Crafting Blueprint] With a thought, Roya eagerly checked the crafting recipe for this ten-thousand-year-old holy relic of the Adeptus Mechanicus.

(The crafting illustration will be posted in this chapter’s comments, everyone can take a look and give some revision suggestions, because I always feel something is wrong) A list of materials emerged in his vision: [Iron Block x4] (Used to build an indestructible machine skeleton) [Obsidian x6] (Used to forge a heavy armor outer layer immune to most firepower) [Iron Ingot x5] (Acts as the structural framework and connection for joints in various parts) [Observer x2] (Responsible for providing neural sensing and external visual locking for the pilot crammed into the mecha) [Redstone Block x2] (Acts as the power system core driving the massive body) [Piston x4] (Used to provide terrifying hydraulic driving force for the limbs) [Dispenser x2] (Acts as the dual-arm weapon mounting interface) [Iron Nugget x2] (Used to fill precision components at the joints) Looking at this recipe, Roya stroked his chin.

Iron blocks, redstone, and iron ingots were abundant on the assembly line of the rear mob grinder.

But one of the materials made him frown slightly.

[Observer].

As an old MC player, he knew very well what was needed to craft an Observer—Nether Quartz.

And this thing could only be mined by going to MC’s Nether.

“Looks like I need to prepare for a long trip.” Roya closed the interface, catching sight out of the corner of his eye of Magos Hades, who was still slumped on the ground not far away, frantically spitting out binary garbled code from his mouth.

He turned his head and waved at Capetown-3, who was chanting hymns nearby: “Capetown, go comfort your colleague, wake his brain up, stop throwing errors here, we need him to work later!” “Understood!” Capetown-3 immediately rushed over.

Without delay, Roya immediately arranged for a few Astra Militarum converted into Villagers: “Dig down!

Keep digging until you see scorching lava!

Then use iron buckets to scoop the lava up for me!” The Astra Militarum instantly transformed into ruthless mining machines, starting to dig vertically downwards in the area designated by Roya.

Due to MC’s keepInventory rule and block rules protection, they didn’t have to worry about cave-ins at all.

Soon, buckets of pure lava rolling with blazing bubbles were brought up to the surface.

The reason why he didn’t pour the portal directly underground was because Roya considered that entering and exiting the Nether would be frequent in the future, and placing it in the center of the surface position would be more convenient for defense and transportation.

Carrying a water bucket and a lava bucket in the center of the open space, Roya began a wave of extremely counter-intuitive “casting” operations.

Water met lava, and accompanied by sizzling white smoke, blocks of extremely hard, deep purple-black [Obsidian] generated out of thin air.

In just over ten minutes, a massive obsidian framework with an internal space of ten by ten rose from the ground amidst the Hive City ruins filled with the smell of waste engine oil.

Immediately afterwards, Roya walked to the workbench, and using an iron ingot and a piece of flint dug out from underground earlier, crafted a [Flint and Steel].

Titus, Kahn, Battle Sister Captain Ilia and others who had been guarding nearby all involuntarily swallowed a mouthful of saliva as they looked at this huge obsidian doorframe exuding an extremely oppressive aura.

“My Lord…” Ilia tightly grasped the pendant on her chest, her voice carrying a trace of awe and unease, “What sacred place does this magnificent black door lead to?” Roya walked to the portal, looked back at everyone, and a wicked smile curved the corner of his mouth: “This is the door leading to the Nether.” As soon as his voice fell.

“What?!” Ilia’s face turned instantly pale.

She abruptly drew her crusade sword, and the six Battle Sisters also faced a formidable enemy.

“The Nether…

could it be the Warp?!

My Lord, that is the domain of the Archenemy!” Titus and Kahn also stiffened all over, instinctively raising their Bolters and staring intently at that doorframe, as if a Greater Daemon would rush out from inside the next second.

Seeing everyone looking like they were facing a formidable enemy, Roya couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

“Alright, put your guns down, I was just teasing you!” Roya waved his hand and explained, “It’s not the Warp you’re thinking of.

It’s just a different dimensional space filled with lava and minerals.” Hearing this, Titus, Ilia, and the others finally let out a long sigh of relief, their tense muscles relaxing slightly.

“Click.” Roya didn’t say any more nonsense.

He raised the flint and steel and tapped gently against the inside of the obsidian framework.

A cluster of sparks burst forth.

The next second, accompanied by an extremely low hum, the ten-by-ten huge doorframe was instantly filled by a slowly rotating, semi-transparent distorted light curtain emitting an eerie purple light.

The air faintly drifted with the scent of sulfur and ashes.

“Titus, Kahn, call three more Space Marines converted into Villagers, bring your weapons and pickaxes, and come with me.” Carrying an iron sword, Roya took the lead and walked into that purple distorted light curtain.

Titus and Kahn took a deep breath and, bringing three Lamenters wearing Terminator armour, followed in without hesitation.

Accompanied by a ripple resembling water waves, their figures completely disappeared inside the portal.

Ilia and the Battle Sisters stood outside the door, staring intently at the portal emitting a purple eerie glow.

Although Roya had explained that it wasn’t the Warp, the extreme frenzy and scorching heat emanating from inside the door still made their hearts extremely tense.

They gripped their weapons tightly, guarding the portal in the center like statues, not daring to relax for even a second.
