Foros’s gaze swept over the mountain of power armor on the ground.

He took a deep breath, looked solemnly at Roya, and nodded: “My Lord, the armory of the mother of tears currently preserves two intact sets of indomitus-pattern terminator armour.

I will immediately send brothers aboard a Thunderhawk Gunship to retrieve them.” The corners of Roya’s mouth curled up.Full novel: Warhammer 40K: Starting With The Power Of Minecraft — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

The Terminator blueprints were about to be in his hands.

This was an absolute treasure in the Space Marine arsenal.

Although some said this thing was incredibly fragile and could be instantly shredded by Genestealer claws, it did not diminish its power in the slightest!

Just as Foros waved over a vox-operator to issue the order, chaotic and heavy footsteps echoed from the ruined passage behind the defensive line.

An Astra Militarum scout scrambled into the clearing, his chest heaving violently, his voice hoarse and cracking: “Sir!

Orks!

Countless Orks!” The scout swallowed hard and pointed toward the outer perimeter of the Underhive, shouting, “This time, they’re led by a Mega-Armoured Nob!

He’s almost as big as a Dreadnought!

And he’s got dozens of Ork Warbosses with him!” The air suddenly fell silent.

Roya’s mouth twitched.

The previous wave of just three Ork Warbosses had almost flattened the Astra Militarum’s defensive line.

And now, a Mega-Armoured Nob that was infinitely close to a Warlord had arrived?

Along with dozens of ordinary Warbosses?

Roya turned his head, his gaze staring directly at Foros’s bright yellow power armor.

The Lamenters Chapter.

Wherever these Space Marines went, disaster followed.

They had been on the ground for less than half a standard hour, and the Ork forces had already multiplied exponentially.

Their metaphysical bad luck was completely confirmed today.

Noticing Roya’s strange look, Foros felt his cheeks burn slightly.

As the Chapter Master, he was well aware of how terrible his brothers’ “luck” was.

Wherever they went to support, the battlefield situation would instantly deteriorate.

This had already become an inescapable shadow over the Lamenters.

Foros took a step forward and drew the power sword from his waist, attempting to save the situation: “My Lord, leave that Mega-Armoured Nob to me.

Once the Terminator armor arrives, I will immediately equip it and, with the aid of Brother Calculis’s psychic powers, slay him.

You only need to oversee the rear.” “No!” Roya refused without a second thought.

There were only two sets of Terminator armor in total, and he wanted to go head-to-head with a Mega-Armoured Nob?

If a piece of the armor got smashed and the dropped items weren’t enough to complete the blueprint, where would he go to craft the Terminator blueprints under these circumstances?

Roya pointed at Foros’s breastplate and said sternly, “You will change into your new equipment right here.

That Mega-Armoured Nob is my target.

No one is allowed to interfere!” With that, Roya flipped his wrist.

A blocky, pixelated iron sword appeared in his hand.

Foros froze in place.

Did this Lord intend to solo a Mega-Armoured Nob with a crude, square piece of iron?

Roya ignored everyone’s astonishment.

He turned and strode toward the front lines.

With his spawn point right behind him, his hunger bar full, and his health bar maxed out…

He didn’t need defense at all.

At the end of the passage, a deafening battle cry had already reached the defensive line.

“Waaagh!!!” The sound waves shook rust off the ceiling.

The metal floor vibrated violently.

A monster over four meters tall smashed through the abandoned pipes ahead and stepped onto the battlefield.

It was covered in thick, pieced-together steel plates, its right hand equipped with a roaring, oversized Power Klaw, and its left hand carrying a crude firearm modified from four linked heavy Bolters.

This was the Mega-Armoured Nob.

Behind it, a dense black tide of Ork Boyz surged out like a flood.

Dozens of massive Ork Warbosses were mixed among them, their eyes glowing red.

And behind them were thousands more Ork Boyz.

The Mega-Armoured Nob immediately spotted Roya standing at the very front of the defensive line.

“Humie!

Crush!” The Mega-Armoured Nob roared, the firearm in its left hand spitting a half-meter-long tongue of fire.

A torrential rain of bullets swept across the position.

Instead of retreating, Roya advanced.

Harnessing the power of his power armor’s legs, he cracked the adamantium floor beneath his feet.

He charged into the hail of bullets, completely ignoring the heavy Bolter rounds striking his body.

At the edge of his vision, the red heart health bar occasionally flashed and depleted as he took damage, but it was instantly restored to full health by his maxed-out hunger bar.

The distance between them closed.

The Mega-Armoured Nob raised its massive Power Klaw, tearing through the air with crackling blue force-field arcs, and slammed it down toward Roya’s head.

Roya gripped the hilt of the iron sword with both hands, channeled power from his waist, and swung violently upward.

There was no technique to this strike.

It was a pure, full-force upward swing.

*Bang!* An incredibly dull collision sound exploded.

The iron sword clashed with the Power Klaw.

The Mega-Armoured Nob’s originally ferocious expression instantly froze.

A terrifying force, completely defying the laws of physics, surged back up through the Power Klaw.

This absolute, monstrous strength poured into the Mega-Armoured Nob without reservation.

The Mega-Armoured Nob’s massive body was forced back three steps by this single strike.

The thick veins on its arms burst one after another, spraying blood.

“Is that it?” Roya sneered, stepping forward and slashing the iron sword three times in succession against the opponent’s chest.

*Thud!

Thud!

Thud!* Three dull thuds echoed.

A strange red light flashed across the Mega-Armoured Nob’s heavy armor.

It stumbled backward repeatedly, completely unable to maintain its footing.

At the rear position.

Having finished changing his gear, Foros stood behind the barricade, holding his Bolter, his gaze locked onto Roya.

As he watched Roya’s fighting style, his brow furrowed deeper and deeper.

“Brother Kahn,” Foros said in a lowered voice.

“This Lord’s swordsmanship…

is it a bit too straightforward?” Kahn raised his Chainsword to saw through an Ork Boy charging at him, wiped the blood from his visor, and nodded vigorously in response: “It’s hard to describe.

The Lord is suppressing the xenos entirely through bottomless brute strength.

There are no tactical movements, no footwork coordination.” Titus chimed in from the side: “I think we should find a battle brother skilled in swordsmanship to instruct Lord Roya later.” Everyone nodded in agreement.

They didn’t dare to imagine how terrifying a swordsmanship-proficient, immensely powerful Roya would be!

In the center of the battlefield, the Mega-Armoured Nob was completely dazed by Roya’s onslaught.

The monstrous strength and armor it took pride in were utterly useless against this humie swinging a piece of iron around.

It tried to fight back, but Roya swung his sword incredibly fast, and the force behind each strike was absurdly massive.

“Waaagh!” The Mega-Armoured Nob grew completely desperate.

Giving up on defense entirely, it swept its Power Klaw outward, intending to trade blow for blow.

Roya didn’t dodge at all.

The iron sword stabbed straight toward the Mega-Armoured Nob’s face.

The Power Klaw slammed into Roya’s waist.

Four red hearts dropped.

The iron sword pierced the Mega-Armoured Nob’s eye socket.

*Bang!* A red light flashed violently.

The Mega-Armoured Nob let out a shrill scream, its massive body falling backward.

Over four hundred Lamenters Space Marines had now fully equipped their brand-new mk vii aquila power armor.

For a long time, this Chapter had suffered from a severe lack of supplies.

To protect their patched-up, battered power armor, they had often been held back in battle.

But that was no longer necessary.

That Lord had promised that if their equipment broke, they could simply replace it with new ones!

“For the Emperor!

For the Lord!” Foros roared his battle cry.

Four hundred giants clad in brand-new power armor surged out of the barricades, unleashing two hundred percent of their combat capability.

No longer worried about armor damage, they crashed directly into the ranks of the Ork Warbosses.

Chainswords roared frantically, and Bolters fired at point-blank range.

The physical advantage the Ork Warbosses took pride in collapsed instantly before the Space Marines, who were now completely cutting loose.

The Astra Militarum position had transformed even more dramatically.

The old, worn-out firearms that were on the verge of running out of power were discarded.

Those Astra Militarum soldiers holding brand-new M36 Lasguns were filled with high morale.

Dazzling red laser beams formed an impenetrable wall of light.

The charging Ork Boyz fell in droves.

Kahn took the lead, his Chainsword shredding three Orks in a single breath.

He listened to the continuous roar of Bolters and sweeping lasers behind him and couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

“This is the first time in hundreds of years I’ve ever fought a battle with such abundant resources!” Kahn roared, charging once more into the Ork tide.
