He could feel that the danger level was still within his limit and he could certainly survive without any problems, so he actually wanted to stay and try to stay until the end of the class to continue observing more so that he could discover more.

Unfortunately Bran is with him and he wasn’t sure if Bran could tolerate the danger that he felt was coming if they didn’t leave the classroom.

So after answering the question, he quickly dragged Bran out.Full novel: We Tried Dodging Our Marriage, Now We’re Solving Irregularities (BL) — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

When they got farther away from the classroom, Bran said, “They were targeting us, right? That teacher’s questions kept becoming difficult whenever it’s our turn to answer. What could their punishment be as they seem to be eager to punish us?”

“They’re indeed targeting us, good thing you’re also good with the topic that they were discussing and only wasn’t able to answer the last one,” Eli said and then added, “As for what the punishment is, I don’t know, but it’s certainly a good thing for all of them as it seems that even the students there were dissatisfied when we are able to answer properly.”

As for their punishment, Eli had a hunch that their punishment was actually related to why the teacher was invisible and why the students have no expressions at all.

Unfortunately he couldn’t verify his guess as they would also be in danger if they continued staying there.

“Yes, and the classroom was also getting creepier. Mr. Arne, how can you even identify where the teacher was, and properly speak with him? I didn’t even dare to look around everywhere and continued to stare at the presentation so that it wouldn’t be noticed that I couldn’t see that teacher at all.”

“Just follow the source of the voice, and look at the direction where the others were facing, and after getting used to it, once you focus your attention you’ll notice that there’s actually a faint gray line outlining the teacher so I can still see where that teacher was at even when he got very near our seats without even speaking.”

“Huh? The teacher actually went to our seats without even speaking?” Bran quickly asked.

“Yeah, you didn’t see it because you’re pretending to be dizzy at that time. That’s also why I pulled you a bit to the side when we had to go out of the classroom.”

“Oh, then it’s good that I was holding my head down. Actually at that time I was indeed a bit dizzy because I was very afraid because I couldn’t answer. But even though I had my head down I didn’t notice anything even though you said that the teacher was actually nearby. Thankfully I was looking down, if not then he could probably notice that I can’t see him at all,” Bran said with obvious relief.

“Yeah, it’s good that you weren’t looking anywhere at that time,” Eli said with a nod.

If Bran wasn’t looking down at that time as he was pretending that he was dizzy, then Eli would certainly make him look down to hide his expression from the invisible teacher.

Because with just seeing Bran’s expression, then his wandering eyes would quickly give away that he couldn’t see the teacher at all.

From what the teacher did at that time, Eli knew that being unable to see the teacher was actually punishable; that’s why the teacher went near them at the end without even speaking.

Eli thinks that there’s probably a restriction around the teacher in that classroom, that’s why the teacher didn’t immediately use the tactic of going near them without making any sound. This chapter is updated first at g.com.

If the teacher did that at the beginning when he still hadn’t noticed the faint gray outline around the teacher, then they would have certainly been punished already, so there’s certainly restrictions on their actions.

However, whatever restrictions are with the teacher, it seems that it’s disappearing over time; that’s why the teacher was able to get near them.

It seems that the warning of danger that he was sensing was related to restrictions. It seems that the place they were in was filled with restrictions and overtime those restrictions were getting looser; that’s why he could feel that it would be dangerous if they stayed in the place they were in after a long time and it’s better for them to leave earlier.

However, he still hadn’t found any clue on how those restrictions work and if they could do something to strengthen those restrictions so that they could have more time searching for clues on how to get out and return to reality.

“Mr. Arne, are we going back to the garden already?”

“No, let’s go and check the clinic. I did say that we have to go to the clinic. We still have a lot of time before the one-hour agreement.”

The timeline is clearly messed up so they had to look for more clues because they weren’t sure that they would be sent into another timeline again, which wouldn’t be good as he hadn’t found the connection between the timelines that they were in.

So, he wanted to check the clinic and look for student records in the clinic to see if he could see something there.

“The clinic? Isn’t that a very dangerous place according to horror movies, and what if Mr. Randel and Mr. Felle already checked that place?” Bran said, but still honestly followed where he was going.

“Yes, it’s dangerous according to movies, but it’s really worth checking it out as there might be more clues there. And according to the path that those two took, they’re not going to the clinic. If they’re going to the clinic then it would certainly be the last part that they’re going to check,” Eli said with certainty.

With the direction that the two took, Eli knew that they’re probably going to check the library first as there’s almost no people there, and then go to the main office nearby which often contains all the records of the students.

With Ren’s personality, he wouldn’t risk immediately going to the clinic once they finished checking the office, which was obviously already very risky.

If they did not succeed in getting anything out of the office, then they’ll probably go and check the security room which contains most of the security camera records in the school as it was also near that office.

However, Eli thinks that they’ll probably get nothing out of those security cameras even if they check it out because those cameras don’t seem to be working at all.

With Ren’s personality, he wouldn’t continuously expose Sean to danger if they really gained something already, so they’ll probably only check out the clinic if they still have time to go after checking out a lot of places in the direction where they went.

That’s why, even though he also knows that clinics are indeed dangerous according to movies, it’s still better to check it out.

Ren is certainly going to check on student records which would certainly give them a lot of information about the place where they were in, so he also had to check the clinic while he could sense that the incoming danger is still manageable and isn’t life-threatening.

He wanted to see if there’s a connection between Elmer and Lenny to the place where they were currently in.

According to past messages, emails, pictures, and other things, Elmer had certainly visited their school clinic many times if Lenny wasn’t the one who visited to get band aids and other things for Elmer.

Elmer had certainly suffered some from the schoolmates that he had before, so it couldn’t be avoided that he would sometimes have some injuries when fighting with them.

So, he had to check the clinic for such records as they certainly have logbooks and other things available for students visiting the clinic, whether they just got medicine or stayed in the clinic.

He also had to check if there are log records to see if there’s something more amiss with the current school that they were in.

The condition of the students and teachers in the school that they were in is clearly weird, so he wanted to see if there are some records that would help in identifying why such weirdness exists at all.

In the classroom, a few of those that were writing weren’t taking notes but were writing something else. While he continued observing and answering the teacher’s questions and helping Bran, he still continued paying attention to those students and he was also processing what they had written based on how their hands were moving.

He might not be 100 percent sure, but he could still tell most of the repeated words that those people had been writing.

Those few were actually repeatedly writing a lot of the same words, ‘Run away!’

And the other words that he had immediately understood from those hand strokes were, ‘F*ck! Lenny and Elmer you’ll pay!’
