After Billy evangelized, it began a radical revolution of Christian conversions across the country. The chief of the North Tribe converted. Northern Heights was now still a majority pagan country, but with more Christians. The country was now a democracy. Tensions began rising in the country between pagans and Christians and Christians were still oppressed. Tensions began to rise into a civil war in the country. Moonlight began to kill Christians and lead a revolt against Chief Tala.
Chief Tala and his army of both Christians and pro-freedom pagans fought with Moonlight and his army of pagans.
"I don't like having to fight against my son, but I'm left with no choice," said Chief Tala.
In Moonlight's meeting, he declared war.
"Christianity is the religion of the Cowboys and the enemy of the natives used to manipulate and control us. It's used to destroy the natives and our culture and we will not accept that poison in this country! The Christian converts are traitors of our country and the nature gods," said Moonlight.
In the West, many Marshals were found dead all around Westville County. The Marshals began to investigate it. As two Marshals went looking at night for the perpetrators, they were both shot dead. A mysterious man with brown hair stood over them with a gun. He had brown hair and a black cowboy hat. He smiled looking down at them and walked off.
At the Lonestar Marshal station, a report was made of the multiple murders of law enforcement. Billy and the Marshals had a meeting.
"There's been serial killers going around targeting Marshals. They're the New Dawn Outlaws, led by the outlaw Silas. Their goal is to revolutionize the West and turn the West into a society of anarchy. We must find them," said Sheriff Maverick.
Over in Arrowtown, Reba helped join a ministry in reaching people struggling with alcohol.
"I just wanted you to know I did the same thing, but Jesus turned my life around. You don't need this. It will ruin your life," said Reba.
Meanwhile, Jolene began helping within roles of law enforcement. She worked in the department of forensics and intelligence.
"Well, it looks like I'm going to get to see you a whole lot more," said Jolene as she walked up to Billy at the station with a smile.
Billy smiled.
Dr. Stan had a meeting with Willa.
"Billy is a human, but he is not an ordinary human like you and I. He belongs to a superhuman group of people called the Crozans. They were part of the colonial movement during the Westward expansion," said Dr. Stan. "Not every person or superhuman in the West is a Crozan, but a lot of them are, especially superhumans. Your son started unlocking his Crozan power during his puberty phase. When he began fighting and training, his Crozan cells naturally started to multiply, which rapidly made him superhuman quicker," said Dr. Stan.
In the desert town of Dust Bowl, there lived a group of Marshals that worked for Unit B of Westville County, including Sheriff Austin, a former comrade of Sheriff Maverick who was constantly in tension over how much Maverick constantly surpassed him. With him was his team. On his team was a man with black hair. His name is David. On his forensics team is a woman with blonde hair named Jessica. Another one is a blue man, Wiggles. Another one is a Hispanic named Carlos. The other is a man with black hair and glasses named Dean.
"Sheriff Maverick is whining and griping there's serial killers targeting Marshals. He's calling for help. He just felt like he needed to come crawling back to me. He's so incompetent, he never changes," said Austin.
"You're so cute. Can we go on a date?" said Jessica to David.
"This girl is really annoying. Does she really have to be on my team?" asked David.
Suddenly, someone threw a blast at him.
"Look out," said Dean.
They turned around and it was some of the New Dawn Outlaws. One of them was green, the other one was a bald man, the other one had black hair, the other one was a man wearing a mask.
"So you're some of the New Dawn Outlaws? You made a big mistake coming in this town and picking a fight with us," said Sheriff Austin. "Get ready," he said.
Carlos, David, Wiggles, Dean, and Austin all came up to them and aimed their guns and energy blasts. The New Dawn Outlaws smiled.
Coyote was investigating the group when suddenly a large blast was thrown at him. He turned around. It was a Cowboy with a beard.
"Who are you?" he asked. "Are you one of the New Dawn Outlaws?" he asked.
"You hit the nail right on the head. My name is Sawyer," he said.
"Why are you attacking Marshals? Marshals protect people. A society with anarchy cannot survive," said Coyote.
"There can be no freedom without anarchy. We are not just anarchists, we are freedom fighters," said Sawyer as he threw a blast.
Coyote dodged it and smiled.
"I'm about to show you the reason why I was promoted to Lieutenant," said Coyote as he powered up with a massive amount of energy with lightning coming out.
David started fighting in hand-to-hand combat with the green man and throwing blasts at each other. The green man had the ability to stretch his hands. He grabbed ahold of him and slammed him several times into the ground. David got back up.
"I've never seen those powers before. It's my turn," he said as he started to fire lasers out of his fingers. They hit the green man, but he quickly recovered.
"You can regenerate too," said David.
"Yep," said the green man.
David rolled his eyes.
"Great. You just had to make my job harder," he said.
Carlos started to fight with the man with the mask. The masked man made an energy sword with his hand and tried to slice Carlos with it, but Carlos dodged it.
