Billy finally arrived at Westville County Academy on his train. He entered inside the building into the city of Lonestar, the capital city of Westville. There were large buildings everywhere that Billy had never seen before. He entered inside a building and spoke with the receptionist.
"Um, hi. I'm Billy. I was here to try out for the academy," said Billy.
She opened up a tunnel. Billy went down into the tunnel and went into some underground facility. Inside the facility, he saw several Cowboys wearing badges. He saw some strange looking men that looked green and blue. A black man walked towards them.
"Hi, I'm Billy," said Billy.
"Nice to meet you, Billy. I'm Jay. I've heard all about you. I will be your instructor. We are putting you on a four-week training period. If you excel in that period of time, pass the test, and get your Marshal's license and become a cadet. If you fail our training sessions, you will be denied approval," said Jay.
Later on, Billy met with Sheriff Maverick and Coyote and shook their hands.
"Nice to meet you. You helped protect my pastor near my Church the other day. I appreciate it," said Billy.
"We are Marshals. That's what we do. So you're a man of faith?" asked Maverick.
"I sure am. Do you all follow Christ?" asked Billy.
"Yes. I'm a Christian," said Maverick.
"We fight outlaws here, not talk religion. You can go talk about that at church," said Coyote.
Billy looked over at him.
"I take it he doesn't," said Billy.
Coyote looked in anger.
"Mind your own business!" said Coyote.
"Where you spend eternity is my business," said Billy.
"Coyote, calm down. I don't care if he talks about his faith as long as he's working and doing his job while he does it," said Maverick.
Billy began his training and his sparring sessions, but everyone was instantly surprised at how fast, agile, and powerful he was. During shooting practice, he hit every one of his targets. During the weight training session, he lifted up several boulders bigger than what most of the Marshals could lift.
"Who is this kid?" they said as they looked at him in amazement.
"He looks like a toothpick, but he can lift more than me," said another bulky Marshal.
Billy dropped the boulder and laid down on the rock.
"Man, this is kind of boring. I already know how to do all this stuff. I thought I was going to learn how to do something cool I've never done before. I wonder when I'm going to get my license," said Billy.
Billy's next test was using his powers.
"To become a Marshal, you're going to have to learn how to use your powers. Most Westerners involved in law enforcement have some kind of special powers," said Jay.
"Yeah, I know. I already have powers. I got them when I was young and I learned how to use them when I went to martial arts school," said Billy. He demonstrated his power by powering up. He started glowing blue from his power and everything started shaking. He threw several blasts from his hands.
After weeks of training, Billy easily excelled in all his tests. Finally, he entered Sheriff Maverick's office and received his Marshal's license.
"You passed with flying colors, but you've only been given your cadet license for beginners, which means you're restricted from doing certain higher ranking missions," Maverick explained. "You understand the basics of fighting but still lack knowledge of advanced fighting skills. Even though you're a Marshal, you will still have to report every day to Lonestar Station for more advanced training," said Maverick. "With your badge, you have the authority to make arrests to outlaws even if you're off duty or haven't been assigned a specific mission. You have been dismissed for a few weeks until your second semester to begin your advanced training," said Maverick.
"Cool. Thank you. I'm a Marshal now. This is so cool. This will be so fun. Glory to God," said Billy.

During his break, Billy focused on ministry and his personal Bible reading and prayer. Billy told all his friends at church about how he got his Marshal license. Billy traveled to a nearby town and ate at a restaurant after giving thanks and blessing the food. Inside the restaurant was a beautiful 22-year-old bartender named Reba. She had long blonde hair and wore a long pink dress. She was serving liquor.
"We'll have some more," said the drunk Cowboys.
Billy looked over at Reba and the drunks and quoted Proverbs that said wine is a mocker and strong drink is raging.
The drunks looked in anger.
"You better mind your own business if you know what's good for you, Bible thumper," they said.
Later on, Billy was finally served his food and began eating it.
"This is delicious," said Billy.
While Billy ate, the drunk Cowboys at the bar got more and more drunk. Finally, a muscular Cowboy with brown hair came up to Reba and approached her.
"Hey there, beautiful. I think you're a really fine looking woman. I was wondering if sometime you and me, how about we go on a date," said the man who goes by Keith.
Reba looked in anger.
"Thanks, but no thanks. I'm not interested," said Reba.
Keith grabbed ahold of her.
"You're coming with me. Whether you want to or not," said Keith.
"Put me down, you creep," said Reba.
Billy turned around.
"Hey, let her go," he said.
Keith laughed.
"What are you going to do if I don't?" said Keith.
Billy showed him his license.
"I am a licensed Marshal. I said let her go," said Billy.
The whole restaurant began to laugh.
"It has to be a prank. He's just a kid. He's not a Marshal," they said.
"I don't know where you got your license. I don't even know if it's real, but you're just a little brat. You're nothing and I can break you in half," said Keith.
He let go of Reba and threw several punches at Billy but missed. Billy punched him and sent him flying through a table. The whole restaurant watched in astonishment. Keith got his gun and loaded it and shot, but Billy dodged it. Billy punched him again and knocked his gun out of his hand. Then he picked him up and slid him through the glass on the bar table and threw him into it. Keith was down on the ground severely injured.
Billy went back to eating his meal.
"Can I get seconds on this? This is delicious," said Billy.
Reba looked at him in shock. Keith's Cowboy friends were furious. They got up and aimed their guns at Billy while he ate. Billy ignored them and kept eating.
"Do you have any last words you'd like to say before you die?" they said.
"Look, guys. I'm trying to eat and I haven't been assigned to a mission yet. I'm not really supposed to fight yet. Can you at least try to kill me later until I finish eating?" Billy asked.
"Not happening," said the gunmen.
They fired their guns. Billy dodged every single one of their bullets. They began charging at him. Billy hit every single one of them with punches and kicks and knocked out every single one of them cold.
Reba looked stunned.
"You're so young. How did you learn how to fight like that?" she said.
"Well, it's kind of a long story. Let's just say I've been practicing since I was thirteen," said Billy.
"What are you doing in a place like this serving liquor? Liquor is way too strong. I'm not against a little wine, but if someone gets drunk, it's sin. You should not partake in someone's sins by serving this. You should get a new job," said Billy.
"I know. I'm an alcoholic. I drank socially and became hooked and now I don't know what else to do but serve alcohol. I'm constantly getting harassed by the drunks that come to these bars," said Reba.
"God loves you and sent His Son to die for you. You can turn your whole life around and become a born again new creature. We all have a past," said Billy.
"Thank you. My life will never be the same," said Reba.
"Don't thank me. Thank God," said Billy.
He arrested all the unconscious outlaws in the bar and took them to prison.

The next day, Billy was in an antique shop when a group of outlaws and bandits broke into the shop. They were big. Some of them had beards, wearing black and cowboy hats. They held up guns at the owners.
"Give us your best ones," they said.
The owner gave it to them. They ran out of the store and went back into the streets, only to run into Billy.
"Get out the way, kid. We're in a rush," they said.
"Not so fast. Those items don't belong to you. Return them back to where they belong. I'm a Marshal," said Billy, showing them his badge.
"He looks like he's like sixteen? How is he a Marshal? There's six of us and only one of you," said the bandits as they held up their guns. They fired but missed. Billy ran up at one of the bearded bandits and punched him in the face and knocked him out cold. Then he hit the other bandits with punches and kicks and sent them flying straight through buildings. He arrested them.

Meanwhile, Reba returned home.
"Something that boy said just rung so true to me," she said. She cleared her fridge of all her alcohol and got saved.
As she traveled through town, a bearded man with a black cowboy hat and a black suit came up to her and held her at gunpoint.
"You're coming with me."
He grabbed ahold of her and put her into his wagon.
"You're not going to make it out of this alive," he told her.
