“Brother Yan, I was wrong.”
Li Yan let out a cold laugh and lightly grazed Li Yu’s nose with a flick of his finger. “Little creature, what did you do wrong? Where did you go wrong?”
“I,” Li Yu started.
Before Li Yu could finish his explanation, Li Yan closed his eyes and stilled himself for a moment, appearing to suppress something. When he opened them again, his gaze had turned piercingly cold.
“Even though you are full of lies, I still like you so much! What should I do about this? I cannot stop myself from thinking about your relationship with that dog of a man!”
A thin film of sweat coated Li Yu’s back, making his clothes cling stickily to his skin.
Meanwhile, Li Yan’s fingers traced restlessly along Li Yu’s spine, moving like a venomous viper lying in wait.
Li Yu shifted his waist uncomfortably, desperate to slip free from Li Yan’s touch.
Li Yan took in the sight and mocked him internally. How amusing, did the boy truly believe he could escape his clutches like this?
“Tell me, for a little liar full of falsehoods like Xiao Yu, what should I do to make him learn his lesson? After all, verbal warnings have already been given, yet he still does not listen!” Li Yan deliberately placed heavy emphasis on the words “not listen.”
Looking at Li Yan’s sullen face, Li Yu felt a jolt of dread. He turned his head aside, refusing to look at him any longer.
Seeing his unwillingness to communicate, Li Yan was not angered, but rather smiled. “Turn your head back!”
Li Yu shut his eyes, ignoring Li Yan’s order.
Li Yan pinched Li Yu’s chin gently with two fingers, only to have Li Yu shove his hand away in disgust.
“You probably do not know yet about the recent plunge in the Zhou Corporation stock, do you? I am wondering whether I should acquire that company just for fun. After all, life has been quite dull lately.”
Li Yu could not help thinking sarcastically: Do whatever you want. What is the point of telling me? Can I even stop you from destroying someone else’s life’s work?
Observing Li Yu’s calm expression, Li Yan had expected that he was still unaware. Wrapping an arm around Li Yu in a leisurely manner, he continued, “My darling truly keeps his ears shut to the outside world. Do you seem unaware that the Zhou Corporation is the largest enterprise belonging to Zhou Lu’s family? So you do not care if it gets acquired, right?”
“Then again, aren’t the two of you together? After the acquisition, I could even have Zhou Lu’s family draw foot-washing water for you two at the company, so you can enjoy your sweet love together. Wouldn’t that be wonderful?”
Li Yu’s pupils shrank violently. What did he just say? The Zhou Corporation, Zhou Lu. Was Zhou Lu the heir of the Zhou Corporation?
Li Yu had never looked deeply into Zhou Lu’s family background, not because he did not care, but because he wanted to get to know Zhou Lu naturally over time and learn about his family straight from his own lips.
Li Yu had thought it through before. Regardless of whether Zhou Lu was rich or poor, he would never look down on him. He liked Zhou Lu simply for who he was!
Although staying at his place that first day had been an accident, after Li Yu followed Zhou Lu into that villa, his previous assumptions were shattered.
The house was vast and luxuriously decorated. His family was certainly very wealthy!
Even though both of them were men, they were evenly matched in standing and deeply in love, so his family probably would not object too strongly, right?
Li Yu had harbored such sweet thoughts back then.
“Why are you doing this?”
Seeing the look of hatred swirling in Li Yu’s eyes, Li Yan curved his lips into an upward tilt. His gaze was profound, and he spoke in a careless tone:
“What kind of question is that? As a businessman, shouldn’t I prioritize profit? Acquiring them can earn me tens of billions more, so why wouldn’t I do it?”
“Spare them, I beg you!” With tear-filled eyes, Li Yu bit down hard on his lip.
Li Yan’s breathing grew heavier, carrying a trace of anger. “Let go!”
Following Li Yan’s order, Li Yu obediently released his bite, but a bead of blood slowly trickled from his lip.
Seeing that vivid drop of crimson at the corner of Li Yu’s mouth, Li Yan could no longer suppress his inner desires and kissed him madly.
Licking the bleeding wound, he rubbed his lips against Li Yu’s mouth forcefully. Li Yu could only be forced to tilt his head back, enduring wave after wave of invasive plunder.
Only when Li Yu felt he was on the verge of suffocating did Li Yan finally release him in satisfaction.
“Swallow it!” Li Yan narrowed his cold eyes, harshly snapping as he noticed the motion Li Yu was about to make.
“Just try showing even the slightest trace of displeasure!”
Li Yu wiped his lips, forcing down all the nausea surging within his chest, not daring to show the slightest bit of revulsion.
