**Chapter 5: You’re Safe**
The nurses were dumbfounded as they watched the frail omega walk in, cradling a sixteen-pound fat cat. The atmosphere was thick with the tension of a big argument that had just been resolved.
“Mr. Xiao, do you want to continue?”
The doctor’s scalpel, specifically for removing implants, gleamed brightly as he lowered his voice, “This time, act a bit more convincingly!”
“Meow?”
Not canceled yet?
The orange cat’s eyes turned cold.
It seemed like if Xiao Yu dared to mess with him again, he would walk back to Moscow on his own paws, never to meet again.
Xiao Yu, whose arms were sore and tired, finally spoke after a long pause, canceling the surgery on the spot. He opened the carrier and said to the cat, “Please get in, Your Highness.”
The big loaf of bread, with its Russian iron paws, resolutely stepped inside.
— All was well again.
The more Xiao Yu looked, the more he liked it.
This cat wasn’t just chubby and nice to touch, it was also incredibly smart. If it were to take the college entrance exam now, it might score higher than he did back then.
The omega’s long, fair hands turned the steering wheel, the sexy and fragile veins clearly visible, as the car smoothly hit the road.
Do those hands get regular care?
They were completely different from Leon’s rough, calloused hands.
The cold, big loaf’s mouth was pressed against the iron mesh, like two dollops of light cream, ready to burst from the passenger seat.
A pair of emerald green cat eyes were intently studying the young master’s features when he heard a soft laugh.
“Baby, you have such a temper, it’s like you’re a person.”
The cat froze for a moment, then suddenly got excited and scratched the iron mesh, meowing several times.
The proud top athlete didn’t like interacting with the opposite sex, but if Xiao Yu could understand his current situation, Leon would be willing to take this omega as his little brother!
Xiao Yu thought the cat was upset again and quickly said, “Okay, okay.”
“You’re a cat, you’re the noblest, fattest, purest cat!”
O·Leon·range: “…Meow.”
Xiao Yu still had more than half a year before graduation. His family was urging him to join the group for experience, but he used the excuse of starting a business to decline, spending most of his time freely.
Before long, they arrived in front of a café.
Leon clearly heard him take a deep breath as he opened the passenger door, seemingly preparing himself mentally to lift the super fat cat.
The omega’s slender arms and legs were so weak that Leon could usually lift him with one hand.
Now he had fallen to the point of being carried by an omega?
A hint of self-mockery flashed across the fluffy round face.
As soon as the cage door opened, the fat cat leaped out, landing heavily. As a cautious feline, this Russian big loaf didn’t hide its footsteps at all, showing absolute confidence in itself.
Is Orun so outgoing?
Xiao Yu jogged to catch up with the cat heading into the store, pondering whether to buy a dog leash for the cat, “Wait, brother!”
In less than two minutes, the orange cat’s adorable face almost turned as dark as a Siamese cat.
It was a matchmaking meeting.
Leon felt a wave of displeasure.
Xiao Yu compared the photo his mom sent on his phone, confirming that the gentle and refined alpha in front of him was indeed his blind date, a well-mannered elementary school teacher, looking very homely.
“Hello, I’m Xiao Yu.”
The omega’s arrival brought a wave of noble and exquisite fragrance.
His appearance was so striking that the man opposite him blushed instantly, stammering, “Hello, I…”
Before he could finish, a heavy, furry figure suddenly passed by.
A paw viciously stepped on a certain spot of the blind date, causing the alpha’s face to turn green with pain. He wanted to cry out, but had to maintain his composure in front of Xiao Yu, smiling as he asked, “Is this your cat?”
The omega stared at the blind date’s face, deep in thought.
The cat suddenly turned its face to look at Xiao Yu, its gaze sharp, its voice low and tiger-like, full of a beastly aura: “Moo.”
Confirmed.
He’s not suitable.
The cat’s tail stood up like an antenna, its unremoved balls proudly on display.
The omega suddenly stood up.
Leon was startled, thinking Xiao Yu understood, but then Xiao Yu asked the man in a harsh tone, “Do you think I’m stupid just because my grades weren’t good? How dare you show your face here!”
The high-end, stylish café was already quiet, and the conflict here instantly drew everyone’s attention.
The alpha’s face turned red with embarrassment, looking around nervously.
Xiao Yu, full of anger, stormed out with the cat.
In moments of anger, people have endless potential. He didn’t even feel the weight of Orun.
Just as he was about to open the car door, the alpha who had chased after him pressed down on it.
“Xiao Yu, I know you still remember the past, but those were childhood mistakes, long gone. Besides, I wasn’t the instigator, I was just a bystander. Why can’t you give me a chance?”
The omega laughed in anger.
“Give you a chance? Who do you think you are?”
He almost couldn’t hold onto the cat in his arms, stretched long by Leon, the iron-blooded judge’s gaze darting between the two faces.
Xiao Yu’s beautiful, shrewd fox eyes narrowed, shooting out pure hatred.
“I really thought that dog liked me back then. The first time I ever ordered flowers was to give to him, and what happened?”
“You all mocked me behind my back, made fun of my illness, said I was releasing pheromones to seduce alphas at a young age, and wanted to take turns dating me. Ha, didn’t expect you actually wanted to date?”
Thinking of those who ridiculed and insulted him.
Harboring such thoughts behind his back, Xiao Yu felt a wave of nausea.
The alpha panicked, “But I really—”
He was about to muster all his energy to throw a “Even if I marry eight times, it won’t be your turn,” but suddenly his hand was empty, and an orange flash passed before his eyes, followed by the alpha’s shrill scream!
He was shocked to see the man stagger back.
Blood seeped through the fingers tightly covering his face, looking like he was seriously injured.
The stout, round loaf stood on all fours, eyes fierce, whiskers taut and upright, like a tiger in attack mode!
Xiao Yu didn’t expect his little cat…
To protect him.
A surge of intense emotion and complex feelings washed over him, anger dissipating, and the omega’s eyes instantly turned red with tears.
He solemnly called out the cat’s full name: “Orun Zhi…”
Leon instantly snapped back to reality: “.”
“Meow!”
Get in the car!
Seeing Xiao Yu about to leave, the alpha, with his battle-damaged face, still tried to stop him, only to be beaten up again by the descending fat cat.
He must have been beaten silly, actually thinking this cat had trained in boxing, each move well-practiced.
The omega, in a panic, got into the car only to realize his little orange cat had already left afterimages.
He shouted, “Baby, let’s go!”
Four large white mangosteens kicked the alpha’s ribs, using the force to fly through the open car window, rolling onto the leather seat, and the cat’s paw pressed the window shut with a slap!
The car sped away in a cloud of dust.
Xiao Yu’s heart was racing, he was frightened, his dark, shiny eyes wet and glistening, the whole car filled with the sweet and slightly bitter scent of oranges.
He twitched his nose, vaguely catching a whiff of vodka.
It wasn’t until they had driven far away that he pulled over by the roadside.
In the long silence, only the sound of panicked breathing could be heard, Xiao Yu like a trembling little leaf.
Leon calmly stared at the beautiful young man gripping the steering wheel in a daze, inexplicably understanding the perverse pleasure of those who liked to make omegas cry. Watching a beauty in tears, lost and panicked, was also a kind of enjoyment.
But even more enjoyable was the warmth after a hero saves the beauty.
At this moment, the young, aloof alpha boxer was moved.
The majestic cat perched on the carrier jumped onto his lap, meeting Xiao Yu’s bewildered eyes, meowing in a low voice: “Meow meow meow…”
Небойся, ты в безопасности.
(Don’t be afraid, you’re safe.)
Just as he was about to lick away the falling tears, Xiao Yu suddenly hugged the cat tightly, pulling out his phone to call a friend—
“Holy crap, you guys come out quick, my cat has become a spirit!”
