With Huo Boyan’s words in mind, Lin Yao dared not bring anything other than clothes. She followed the driver to the famous villa in the capital’s elite circle, Yuanxiang Hall.

She had thought the exterior of the villa was already luxurious enough, but little did she know that upon entering, the opulence inside was beyond anything she could have ever imagined.

A housekeeper was already waiting for Lin Yao inside the villa. The housekeeper stepped forward to take her luggage and introduced herself, “Hello, Madam. Welcome. I am the housekeeper serving you and the young master. You can call me Aunt Li from now on.”Full novel: After Being Dumped by the Scumbag, I Flash Married the Richest Man — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Lin Yao had never been treated like this before. Feeling restrained, she nodded politely to Aunt Li and followed her upstairs to Huo Boyan’s room.

“Madam, this is the young master’s room. Would you like me to help you unpack your clothes?”

Lin Yao quickly waved her hand. “No need, I can do it myself. By the way, Aunt Li, are there any other rooms available?”

“Other rooms? Madam, won’t you be staying with the young master?” Aunt Li looked at her with confusion.

Huo Boyan had only told her to move in, but he hadn’t said she would be staying in his room. However, she couldn’t say that to Aunt Li.

“I just want to find a room to store my own things. This room is already filled with his belongings,” Lin Yao casually made up an excuse to brush off Aunt Li.

Aunt Li glanced at the still spacious room but didn’t expose Lin Yao’s lie. She obediently led her to another guest room.

“Madam, it’s already noon. Is there anything you’d like to eat? I can prepare it for you now.”

Knowing that Lin Yao didn’t want her help with unpacking, Aunt Li didn’t ask again.

“Just make whatever is convenient. I’m not picky.”

Lin Yao didn’t dare make any demands, even though she was now Huo Boyan’s wife in name. However, she wasn’t sure about Aunt Li’s standing in the Huo family, so it was better not to make any unreasonable requests before getting familiar with her.

Aunt Li went downstairs, glanced at Lin Yao’s room, and after making sure she wouldn’t come out, took out her phone to make a call.

“Old Master, Madam has moved in,” Aunt Li said respectfully into the phone.

“Good! It seems that brat wasn’t lying to me! He really got married! What kind of person is she?” Old Master Huo exclaimed happily on the other end of the line.

“She’s very beautiful and seems like a good girl. Her personality also appears to be nice, but…” Aunt Li hesitated, unsure whether to say it.

“But what?”

“But Madam asked me to find her an empty room. It seems she doesn’t plan to share a room with the young master.”

After saying this, Aunt Li waited for Old Master Huo’s instructions.

Old Master Huo fell silent for a moment, recalling the marriage certificate photo the brat had sent him this morning. Since they had already registered, how could it be fake? He didn’t take it to heart.

He simply said, “Ah, young people have their own ideas. Aunt Li, for now, just focus on preparing good meals for the young couple. Let me hold my grandson as soon as possible. As for the rest, we old folks won’t interfere too much.”

Huo Corporation

Huo Boyan’s expression frightened Su Yuqing, who was standing at the door, making her almost too afraid to enter. With a pale face, she said, “Brother Boyan, I brought some lunch I made myself to see you, but your assistant actually dared to stop me from coming in!”

Su Yuqing complained while acting coquettishly, all the while watching Huo Boyan’s expression, afraid he might get angry.

Huo Boyan refused expressionlessly, “I told him to do that. Don’t come looking for me unless it’s important. I’m very busy right now.”

Su Yuqing was taken aback, not expecting him to say something so harsh without any hesitation.

Then she remembered that Boyan was now the company president, no longer the same as before. Realizing this, she immediately apologized,

“I’m sorry, Boyan. I know I was wrong. I’ll make sure to call you before coming to see you from now on. Please forgive me this once, okay?”

Huo Boyan frowned. He wasn’t unaware of Su Yuqing’s feelings for him, but he only saw her as a younger sister. Moreover, their families had been close friends for generations, so he couldn’t bring himself to lose his temper with her.

“As long as you understand.”

Seeing that Huo Boyan wasn’t angry, Su Yuqing immediately smiled and carried the lunchbox in her hand over to the sofa. Qin Hao, who had been standing nearby, closed the door and left.

“Boyan, stop working for now and come try the meal I made. It’s my first time cooking!”

She opened the lunchbox and placed it on the table. It looked quite appetizing, but Huo Boyan only glanced at it, showing no interest in eating.

“Yuqing, don’t make food for me anymore. I won’t eat it. I’m married now.”

Huo Boyan understood that if he didn’t clearly reject Su Yuqing, she would never give up.

So he had no choice but to tell her about his marriage, hoping she would stop focusing her feelings on him.

Su Yuqing stood up in agitation, unable to believe it. “What did you say? You’re married? To whom? Is it that Shen Qianqian?!”

“Not her. Someone you don’t know!” Hearing the familiar name from Su Yuqing’s lips, Huo Boyan felt a pang in his heart. How long had it been since he last heard that name?

“Not Shen Qianqian? Then who else could it be?” Su Yuqing pressed on, refusing to believe Huo Boyan was married and convinced he was lying to her.

Huo Boyan said, “Someone you don’t know. Don’t mention her name in front of me again!”

“I don’t believe it! You must be lying to me! You’re joking with me, right?”

Su Yuqing’s voice choked with sobs, tears falling into the lunchbox on the table. The scene would have moved anyone to pity, but the Huo Boyan before her was heartless.

“I never joke about such matters,” Huo Boyan said coldly, lowering his head to look at the documents in his hands.

Su Yuqing froze. Yes, based on her understanding of Huo Boyan, he would never joke about something like this.

Could it be that Boyan was really married?

Impossible!

No one but her was worthy of Boyan!

No matter who was by Boyan’s side now, Boyan could only be hers!

Su Yuqing wiped the tears from her face, her eyes filled with a hatred that would frighten anyone. She was determined to find out who that vixen was who dared steal her man!

“In that case, I won’t disturb you anymore, Boyan. I’ll be going now.”

Su Yuqing picked up her bag and left. She was in a hurry to investigate which woman had seduced Boyan and had no time for anything else.

“Go find out right now whether Huo Boyan is really married! I want all the information on that woman!”

As soon as Su Yuqing left the company, she immediately called someone, wishing she could tear the woman apart.

The moment Su Yuqing left, Qin Hao pushed the door open and entered. Just as he had expected, the lunchbox remained untouched on the table.

Mr. Huo would never eat the food Su Yuqing brought.

“Take this away and bring me another meal,” Huo Boyan instructed without looking up.

“Yes, sir. Mrs. Huo has already moved into your home.” Qin Hao reported Lin Yao’s movements to Huo Boyan and waited for his instructions.

Huo Boyan remembered that after Grandfather learned about his marriage, he had asked him to bring Lin Yao to meet him. He took out his phone and called her, and she answered quickly.

“Hello?”

A light and pleasant voice came through the phone, and Huo Boyan’s mood inexplicably improved.

“Come with me to see Grandfather tonight.”
