“Well then, where should we look for your lover?” Shimian Tu held the Sunset Ocean Hotel map.

“We split up. Once you find him, contact me immediately.” Lou Yuxi gave instructions without hesitation.

Shimian Xiong headed to the amusement park, Lou Yuxi went to the aquarium, and Shimian Tu went to the forest park and zoo.Full novel: After I Moved Seven Times, the Seven Yandere Childhood Sweethearts Still Found Me Every Single Time — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Meanwhile, completely unaware of everything, Luo Chenxuan was still playing the game. When Wang Tianwen’s final round ended, the announced score was unchanged for everyone else, but his own score had dropped to zero. It meant that in all three rounds, Wang Tianwen had touched nothing.

Li Hao angrily grabbed his collar. “Do you even want to win? Can you stop acting like some spoiled young master?! At this rate we won’t even be able to afford lunch!”

“You have no right to tell me what to do. It’s my turn, I’ll play however I want!”

They exploded into yet another heated argument. Their shouting drew the attention of Shimian Tu, who was patrolling the area.

She followed the sound and found them arguing. That didn’t matter much—but then she saw Luo Chenxuan.

She couldn’t understand why this man fascinated Boss Gui Hu so much. From their brief interaction last time, he was indeed a good person… but only that. For her, everything in life existed for fun; she had no burdens, no attachments. She did things simply because they amused her.

Something about Luo Chenxuan always made her want to look for something interesting in him. She even found herself anticipating what he might do next.

She was just about to call Boss Gui Hu when Luo Chenxuan’s round of the blindfold-tag game began.

Shimian Tu was intrigued. “Why are they blindfolded? This looks fun…” She stared, fascinated. Instead of calling, she decided to watch first.

Luo Chenxuan’s first round started.

Li Hao and Jiang Wan both shouted for him, while Wang Tianwen remained silent. Shimian Tu watched from the side and also noticed the little girl who kept darting between different trees.

Shimian Tu thought for a moment. It seemed touching a person earned points. And that little girl… might be the jackpot—she ran everywhere and was probably hard to catch.

“Alright then, let me give you a little help~”

She climbed up a tree with swift, graceful movements, weaving through the branches until she positioned herself above Luo Chenxuan.

When the little girl ran behind Li Hao’s tree again, Shimian Tu suddenly leaped and delivered a sharp kick to Luo Chenxuan’s back, sending him stumbling straight toward the girl’s direction. She vanished behind a tree in an instant.

Luo Chenxuan couldn’t resist the force and crashed into the tree hard, startling the person behind it.

“Dude… I’m not going anywhere, you didn’t need to charge at me like that.”

“I didn’t—!”

Luo Chenxuan tore off his blindfold and looked back. The center of the area was empty.

Since the little girl and Li Hao were hiding together, even the girl got startled.

When the second round started, another powerful push struck his back, sending him flying once more. Luo Chenxuan felt like whoever was doing this held a personal grudge.

In the third round, just as he sensed another kick coming, he turned sharply in an attempt to grab the culprit. Shimian Tu couldn’t stop in time and her foot crashed directly into his stomach, sending him spinning backwards into a tree.

He sat on the ground in pain after the cycle ended.

“I can’t… I think… something’s latching onto me… she seems to hate me… every time it’s a push strong enough to launch me…”

Li Hao helped him up and patted him. “Bro, don’t start with ghost stories~ That’s just your determination to win giving you strength!”

“Absolutely not… that was a flying kick… I could feel it clearly…”

No one believed him.

The little girl calmly tallied the points nearby.

“Alright, this round is over. Chubby brother’s total is 10 points.”

“Yes!!” Li Hao hugged Luo Chenxuan tightly. “That’s my bro!!”

“Sister gets… 14 points.” Jiang Wan seemed satisfied.

“Fierce-faced brother still has 0.”

Wang Tianwen scoffed dismissively. Li Hao ignored the young master with the spoiled-rich-kid disease.

“Lastly, trickster brother’s total is…”

“24 points.”

“HOW MUCH??!”

“Impossible!” Wang Tianwen immediately snapped. “You definitely calculated wrong! He only had 3 points! Even catching you three times would be just 18!”

“But big brother caught me and someone else at the same time~”

“What?”

“I never said I only hid behind one tree! I can run, you know. Big brother caught both me and someone else twice—that’s 8 points each time. Last time he caught just me, so +5. That adds up to 24.”

At that moment, Wang Tianwen realized how naive and foolish his assumptions had been. The other two stared at Luo Chenxuan with admiration.

“Bro, how did you even do that?! Are you cheating?”

“Cheating? I almost died out there! That’s the only thing I was close to!”

“You’re too humble!”

Jiang Wan smiled. “Well done~”

“Alright! Then it’s my turn to catch you all now~” the little girl said as she stood in the center.

The group stared, waiting for her to put on her blindfold.

“Why are you all staring at me? I’ll get embarrassed~”

“No… aren’t you going to blindfold yourself?” Li Hao asked.

“Huh? I told you already—I don’t need to be blindfolded~”

“But isn’t that only when you’re hiding?”

“I never said that. I never need a blindfold at all~”

“How is this fair?! You’ll just pick people and deduct points however you want!”

“Eh? But you accepted the game~ If you didn’t want to, you could’ve refused. But you didn’t~”

The group realized arguing was pointless. They put on their blindfolds and hid behind the trees.

The round began.

Li Hao shouted first. “Deduct from me!”

Luo Chenxuan followed. “I have the most points! Deduct mine!”

“No, bro! We need your score for the team! Deduct mine instead! But promise me one thing.”

“What?”

“Today’s lunch and dinner… I’m counting on you…”

Luo Chenxuan didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.

Jiang Wan added, “We should split evenly. Each of us loses five points, and the one with zero keeps zero. That way everyone still has spending money.”

“That’s fair. I agree,” Luo Chenxuan said.

Li Hao nodded.

The little girl smiled innocently and began choosing.

When her round ended, the group nervously removed their blindfolds.

“Tell us! Our scores!”

“Mmm~ since you’re so impatient… alright~” Visit g.com for the full chapter.

She cleared her throat theatrically.

“Fierce brother: 0 points. Chubby brother: 10 points. Big sister: 14 points.”

“Didn’t we agree to split evenly?! Why did you deduct everything from my bro?!”

“Because he had the most points. The more you have, the more responsibility you bear.”

Wang Tianwen chimed in, fanning the flames.

“It’s fine. Even losing 15, I still have plenty left.”

“But… but… that’s so unfair…”

“Wait. I never said I deducted big brother’s points. He still has 24.”

“What??” Li Hao and Wang Tianwen spoke in perfect unison for the first time.

“You forgot what this score is called? It’s called friendship points~ When you’re friendly and united, you won’t lose anything~”

“So…?”

“Yes~ So I didn’t deduct anything at all~”

Everyone exhaled in relief. Li Hao instantly turned on Wang Tianwen.

“Zero-point fierce bro~ Sorry~ but my bro is still sitting pretty at 24~”

Wang Tianwen gritted his teeth in silence.

“How did she even see us as a friendly team…?” Jiang Wan muttered helplessly.

The game ended. The little girl transferred their scores and left.

When they walked away, Shimian Tu, who had been observing, quietly followed.

“I think I just discovered something very fun~”

She decided not to tell Boss Gui Hu yet and play with Luo Chenxuan a bit longer herself.

The group followed a small trail, realizing the game had consumed much more time than expected. Hungry, they decided to eat first.

After wandering around, they found an outdoor restaurant in the forest park. It had everything… but the prices were outrageous. Some dishes cost 50 points, even the cheapest cost 10.

“This is daylight robbery!”

A staff member approached to ask what they wanted to order.

“This is way too expensive!”

Then they noticed a group of students at a table piled high with food.

“Hey… that uniform’s from our school. Where did they get so many points?”

The students noticed them. The leader, a tall and muscular guy, approached with a smile. “Wanna eat something?”

“No… we’re good. But can we ask how you guys got so many points?”

“Ah, our secret to getting rich? We don’t really want to say~”

“Understandable…”

“But since fate brought us together, we can share a little tip.”

The big guy and his three companions stepped out the door and gestured for them to follow.

Luo Chenxuan sensed something was wrong, but the starving Li Hao and the points-obsessed Wang Tianwen had already followed. He had no choice but to go too.

Once they reached a secluded spot, the big guy and his companions pulled folding knives from their waists.

“Our money-making method~ is robbing your points!”
