After leaving the police station, they continued driving forward until they spotted a large shopping mall.
“Do you want to stock up on supplies there?” Chen Qingzhou asked Gu Nuan.
She looked over at the building before nodding.
“Sure.”
Chen Qingzhou parked the RV and extended his spiritual threads to investigate the area. He discovered that all the zombies were gathered behind the building, fighting a group of survivors. Not a single zombie remained inside the mall.
“We can go in. All the zombies are fighting a group of people behind the building.”
He got out of the vehicle and carefully helped Gu Nuan down.
“I’m fine. You don’t have to be so careful.”
Seeing how considerate Chen Qingzhou was made Gu Nuan’s heart feel warm.
The two of them entered the mall and headed straight to the basement level, where supermarkets were usually located.
There were still plenty of goods left in the supermarket. Gu Nuan swept through aisle after aisle, storing supplies in her System Space, though she deliberately left some behind for other survivors.
“What about these? Should we stock up on them too?”

“We’re security guards from several nearby commercial buildings. Where are you two headed?” the apparent leader asked Chen Qingzhou.
“We’re heading towards Haicheng.”

“Boss, that’s their vehicle. It looks incredible,” one of the thin security guards whispered to the leader.
“That woman is gorgeous. I’d have the time of my life if I got my hands on her.”
He rubbed his hands together with a thoroughly disgusting grin.
“Hmph. Just wait. Sooner or later, she’ll be mine.”
He then turned to the others.
“You lot, go get ready. We’re leaving too. Find as many vehicles as possible and load up on supplies. Empty everything from the supermarket warehouse downstairs. There are enough of us that everyone who can drive gets a vehicle. Here’s the warehouse key.”
The leader tossed the key to the skinny guard.
“Got it, Boss. You can count on me.”
The skinny guard grinned.
“My name’s Da Xiong. Don’t worry.”
He immediately called over several others.
“You, you, and the rest of you, come with me.”
Just then, a woman wearing a tight red dress walked over to the leader.
“Big Brother, why were you gone for so long? I missed you.”
She deliberately pressed herself against his arm in a flirtatious manner.
“Haha. There were too many zombies, so it took longer than expected. Looking at you, I can already tell what you’re after.”
He wrapped one arm around her hips and led her into a nearby bedding store, where there was a bed inside.
Not long afterwards, the woman’s suggestive laughter echoed faintly from within.
“Louder! That’s how I like it.”
Meanwhile, Chen Qingzhou and Gu Nuan got back into the RV and continued driving.
After making another circuit through the city, Gu Nuan felt hungry again.

She took out some desserts.
