…every step forward becomes a step toward revenge.” The golden portal slowly closed.

Silence returned.

Two figures stood atop a towering mountain.

One wore a black warrior mask adorned with crimson patterns.

The other wore a crimson warrior mask marked by black textures.

Beyond them stretched an unfamiliar world.

Snow-covered mountains pierced the clouds.

Dense forests covered the valleys below.

Far in the distance, a magnificent city rested beneath the morning sun.

This world…

Was nothing like Warzo.

Neither brother spoke.

They silently looked toward the distant horizon.

Home no longer existed.

Only revenge remained.

“The road to vengeance is never marked.

It is carved by those who refuse to surrender.” KING finally broke the silence.

“Ring.” The silver ring on his finger emitted a faint blue glow.

A calm male voice answered.

“Yes, Master KING.” KING looked toward the distant city.

“Where are we?” Ring immediately responded.

“We are currently located on Planet Kaazar.” “This planet is several million light-years away from Planet Warzo.” “The nearest civilization is the Imperial City.” “At your current flying speed, the journey will require approximately one day.” Ring paused.

“There is additional information.” KING remained silent.

“The Imperial City belongs to the Yun Zia Empire.” “It has been ruled by the Royal Yun Family for over ten thousand years.” “The members of the royal family possess considerable strength.” “Although they are unlikely to defeat either of you individually…” “…it is recommended that unnecessary conflict be avoided.” “If your existence becomes known…” “…future complications may arise.” KING folded his arms.

“Are you giving advice…” “…or orders?” Ring remained silent.

Shadow quietly looked at his own ring.

“Ring.” A gentle female voice answered.

“Yes, Master Shadow.” “Do you know…” “…who destroyed our world?” Silence followed.

Several moments passed.

Then Ring spoke softly.

“I’m sorry.” “I cannot answer that question.” Shadow lowered his hand.

“I understand.” Neither brother asked another question.

“Some answers are hidden…

…not because they are forgotten.

…but because the time to know them has not yet arrived.” After several moments…

KING spoke again.

“Ring.” “If we’re going to keep talking…” “…you need a proper name.” Ring answered.

“I currently possess no designated name.” “You may assign one.” KING looked toward Shadow.

“What do you think?” Shadow remained silent for a brief moment.

Then answered.

“Ray and Rin.” KING nodded once.

“It suits you.” Ray and Rin remained quiet.

After several seconds…

“It is acceptable.” KING simply turned toward the distant city.

“Let’s move.” Shadow nodded once.

“Agreed.” The two brothers leaped from the mountain.

One dressed in black.

One dressed in crimson.

Both disappeared into the sky.

One day later…

Massive stone walls appeared before them.

The Imperial City.

Thousands of citizens entered and exited through the enormous gates.

Merchants shouted.

Children ran through the streets.

Life continued peacefully.

As though the destruction of Planet Warzo had never happened.

Shadow observed the city.

“So…” “This is the Imperial City.” KING looked ahead.

“It will do.” The twins walked toward the entrance.

“Halt.” A guard stepped forward.

His spear blocked their path.

“No one enters the Imperial City without a permit.” His arrogant eyes carefully examined the two masked strangers.

KING’s hand slowly moved toward his sword.

Before he could speak…

Shadow raised his hand slightly.

KING stopped.

Silence returned.

“Strength without patience creates enemies.

Patience without strength creates victims.” KING looked at his ring.

“Ray.” “We don’t have a permit.” Ray immediately answered.

“Understood.” A document slowly materialized from the ring.

“Present this.” KING accepted it without another question.

The guard examined the document carefully.

Within seconds…

His expression changed completely.

His arrogance disappeared.

He immediately lowered his head.

“My deepest apologies.” “I failed to recognize your identities.” “Please forgive my disrespect.” Neither KING nor Shadow answered.

They simply walked past him.

The guard remained bowed until they disappeared into the city.

Inside the Imperial City…

The streets overflowed with life.

Food stalls lined both sides of the road.

Blacksmiths hammered glowing steel.

Adventurers walked through the crowded marketplace.

For the first time since leaving Warzo…

The twins stood inside another civilization.

Shadow glanced toward his ring.

“Rin.” “How was that permit created?” Rin answered calmly.

“We both possess the ability to create certain objects.” “Official documents.” “Maps.” “Basic equipment.” “And various support items.” “Our abilities will gradually become available as you move forward.” Shadow nodded.

“I see.” Neither brother spoke again.

They quietly walked through the busy streets.

After a while…

A modest hotel appeared at the end of the road.

KING stopped.

“We’ll stay here.” Shadow nodded.

Without another word…

The twins entered the hotel.

Neither of them noticed…

High above the city…

A lone figure stood atop a rooftop.

His eyes remained fixed upon the two masked brothers.

“Interesting” he whispered.

“We have a guest…” “But I don’t think so we’re receiving guest.” End of Chapter .

“Every city hides countless secrets…

…and every journey begins with someone watching from the shadows.”
