“Alpha Vincent, there are reporters outside,” Gary whispered.

“They want to come in here.”

“Reporters?” Vincent asked, confused.Full novel: Ex’s Regret: Sold Me to the Billionaire Alpha — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“Why are they here?

Who called them here?”

Aurelie stood up and approached Mathew, who was still lying limply on the floor, in the fetal position to protect his stomach.

Aurelie immediately realized, when she heard Mathew talking in the bathroom, that he was most likely calling reporters.

He must be planning a cheap scenario where he would harass Aurelie, then the reporters would come in and catch them together.

Matthew would probably pay the reporters to run a story based on their photos, making it look like they were having an affair together.

That would provoke Vincent and tarnish Aurelie’s reputation as a cheating woman.

“You evil man!” Aurelie said, annoyed.

“You’re still trying to trap me in your evil schemes.

I don’t know what your little brain is made of, but it’s filled with nothing but evil plans and depraved deeds!”

With all her might, Aurelie threw her leg at Mathew.

One kick to the shin made him groan softly and clutch his leg.

Aurelie wasn’t satisfied.

She delivered another, harder blow to Mathew’s stomach, causing him to groan and pass out.

“Wow, Ms.

Aurelie, you’re really strong,” Gary said in amazement, examining Mathew.

“He’s already unconscious, Alpha Vincent.

What do we do now?”

Matthew threw another punch.

“Take him to the bathroom, Gary.

Just put him in the bathtub and lock the bathroom.

I’ll take care of the mess outside.

I bet those aren’t even real reporters.

They’re just paparazzi paid by that damn Damon!”

“Is there another exit here?” Aurelie asked Vincent, who was washing his hands, which were stained with Mathew’s blood.

“No,” Vincent said.

He looked at Aurelie through the mirror and smiled faintly.

“You’re truly clever, little rabbit.

You deliberately provoked Mathew and used me to solve your revenge problem, huh?”

“Why would I have a husband if I still have to deal with my problems alone?” Aurelie asked sarcastically.

Vincent chuckled.

He knew what Aurelie meant, and he had to admit that she was indeed very clever.

She’d trapped Mathew into his own evil scheme and then turned it around to use him.

Vincent shuddered slightly.

The seemingly gentle woman turned out to be more sadistic in her revenge.

She used subtle methods, played beautifully, and even didn’t hesitate to exploit her weaknesses to trap her opponent, then mercilessly sever them.

She must have planned everything quickly when Mathew started approaching her.

She even timed it perfectly.

“I didn’t know Mathew would call the press,” Aurelie said.

“I guess I was too kind, thinking he wouldn’t go that far.

Turns out he’s a true bastard.”

“He wants to tarnish your name as a woman who betrayed her newlywed husband, and he’ll also tarnish my reputation as a cuckold.

That would be embarrassing,” Vincent said.

“Now what should we do?”

Aurelie listened to the increasingly noisy voices outside.

“Open the door!

If there’s nothing wrong, why are you blocking us?”

“Who are you protecting inside?

Is it true that Alpha Vincent’s newlywed wife is having an affair with her ex-fiancée?”

“Come on, get out of the door and let us in.

Big news like this needs to be known!”

Vincent clenched his fists and prepared to walk out to confront the unruly reporters, but Aurelie shook her head to stop him.

“Looks like they’re going to be coming in here soon,” Aurelie said.

She walked over to Vincent and stood in front of him.

“Maybe Krit won’t be able to hold them back any longer.

After all, jerks like them need not only to be humiliated, but also to be exploited.”

Aurelie stood on her tiptoes, her hands gripping Vincent’s strong shoulders to keep from falling.

Then, instinctively, she kissed him shyly and hesitantly.

Her movements were awkward and stiff.

Her lips simply pressed against his, motionless.

Vincent was stunned for a moment.

He hadn’t expected Aurelie’s movement at all.

He laughed softly, sensing how awkward she was.

He grabbed her waist to pull her close to him.

“Little bunny, you’re going to make me lose my patience and want to eat you up, with this awful kissing.

I’ll teach you until you get the hang of it, baby!”

Then, in one swift motion, Vincent picked Aurelie up and carried her to the sofa, pinning her down on top of him, taking care not to crush her delicate, petite body beneath him.

Aurelie’s face was bright red, but she didn’t resist.

She wrapped her arms around Vincent’s neck in anticipation.

Her pink cheeks, her full, supple lips, and her beautiful eyes made Vincent unable to hold back any longer.

He bent down halfway.

Vincent pressed his lips to hers, caressing the corners of her mouth with light, teasing kisses.

Aurelie’s heart was beating fast, and her body felt warm all the way to her fingertips.

She accepted Vincent’s kiss shyly, and it made him both excited and curious.

He shifted position, worried.

Aurelie might feel uncomfortable in this position.

He reached for Aurelie again and this time gently pulled her up as he sat, so she was on his lap.

Vincent’s hands tightened around Aurelie’s waist and their lips pressed together.

He dominated the kiss, leading gently and warmly, making Aurelie more comfortable and less awkward, following the flow of intimacy he carefully built.

Vincent’s hands moved up to Aurelie’s neck, and his desire surged as he heard the soft moans that escaped her lips as his tongue explored her sweet, mint-and-strawberry mouth.

Vincent was no longer concerned about the reporters, who sounded like they were about to enter the living room.

He lost himself in Aurelie’s scent and softness in his embrace.

Her lips were so supple and sweet, and her fragrant body, her warmth and curves, felt so perfect in his hands.

Aurelie had never been kissed like this before.

It felt intense and stirred something untouched inside him slowly.

He responded freely to Vincent’s lips, sensing that they were giving him a pleasant sense of comfort.

In the bathroom, Mathew began to regain consciousness.

He realized he was in a bathtub.

Matthew winced as he felt the corner of his chapped lip sting and the dried blood that had caused his mouth to open.

He moved to get out of the tub, but from behind, his shoulder was pressed back in.

Matthew gasped and saw Gary staring at him, laughing.

“Where are you going?” Gary asked sarcastically.

“Are you going to mess with my Alpha and his wife again?

Have you learned your lesson?”

Mathew gritted his teeth in pain and tried to struggle, but he had no strength.

Gary chuckled and grabbed Mathew by the collar of his shirt, pulling him out of the tub and dropping him to the floor.

“You’re lucky Alpha Vincent didn’t kill you after you touched his wife.

You’re the stupidest man alive, Mr.

Damon!

You handed Ms.

Aurelie over to Alpha Vincent, and then you try to take her back?”

“It was just a mistake,” Mathew hissed.

Meanwhile, outside, Krit couldn’t hold back the reporters any longer.

They pushed him aside and opened the living room door.

One of them, a news reporter who mostly pursued sensational stories, had received a call from Mathew a few hours ago.

“Do you want a story that will make your media outlet sell like hotcakes and become a trend?”

“Of course.

What happened?”

“Just come to the Flying Fist Boxing gym.

You’ll see for yourself what happened.

Take lots of photos and videos of the event and write a good story.”

“That’s for sure.

I hope it’s really good news.”

“Don’t forget to bring as many of your other reporter friends as possible.

You don’t want to miss a good story, do you?”

“Alpha Mathew, is this about you and your girlfriend, Ms.

Fiora?”

“Tsk!

Don’t bring my girlfriend into this.

My ex-fiancé is here.

She’s trying to flirt with me again, and I’ve been trying to avoid her, but she’s looking for me at this gym.”

“Hmm, that’s interesting!”

“Just come!”

The reporters pushed open the door and snapped photos frantically, hoping for scandalous photos of Aurelie cheating on Mathew—only to catch the newlyweds kissing passionately.

From the bathroom, Mathew could hear the reporters coming in.

He shuffled away from Gary and tried to scream for help.

But he was too weak, and his mouth hurt terribly.

Gary laughed softly, grabbed a towel from the hanger, and covered Mathew’s mouth.

He then led Mathew to the door and even opened it slightly, allowing Mathew to witness the scene of Aurelie and Vincent kissing intimately.

Helpless and trapped, Mathew trembled with anger and shame.

“Suffer the consequences of your actions, you cunning Alpha!” Gary hissed sharply.
