After eating and drinking their fill, the group decided to walk to the performance venue, which happened to allow them to digest their food while strolling through the small town.
By the time the group arrived at the performance venue, it was already a bit late, so they could only sit in the seats toward the back.
The exquisite performance of the actors left people filled with wonder. Even though their seats were relatively far back, it did not affect the viewing experience in the slightest.
Throughout the nearly two-hour performance, there was not a single moment that wasn’t brilliant. After the show ended, everyone was still deeply immersed in it, and the two elderly people even wanted to come back and watch it again the next evening.
Chu Wanchen would certainly not refuse her grandmother and grandfather’s request. She agreed on the spot and stated that they must come earlier tomorrow to try and grab seats further to the front.
