— “Divine Recovery.” Bronya felt warmth spread through her body, as if she were standing in the sun.

Healing her wasn’t hard.

Evanescia could have done it herself because she was an Emanator of Abundance.

Zane’s Holy Spirit power slowly flowed into Bronya, fixing tissues that had been damaged for a long time.

The light healed her amygdala bit by bit, making it like new, and the holy energy reconnected her broken emotional circuits.

The chip in Bronya’s brain was connected straight to her nerves.

But now, the Holy Spirit’s power ignored the chip, created new nerve endings, and joined the cut ends together.

With Nihility—the chip and Bronya were no longer in the same dimension.

As Zane fixed her legs, he motioned with his hand and the chip flew right into his palm.

“That’s it?” Evanescia reached out, obviously wanting to grab it.

Zane quickly moved out of the way.

“Wait.

I just thought of a better game.

Cocolia likes controlling people, right?

Let’s see how she likes it.” He casually tossed the chip to Silver Wolf.

Evanescia’s eyes lit up.

This was going to be fun.

Ten seconds later, the light around Bronya started to fade.

Clack.

The bulky exoskeleton on her legs broke apart, showing smooth, straight legs.

Bronya’s toes touched the floor, and for the first time in years, she stood up by herself.

“Take a few steps?” Zane asked with a gentle smile.

“…” Bronya bit her lip nervously, her heart beating fast.

She was afraid…

She was scared that this hope, so close she could almost touch it, might just be a dream.

She looked down at her pale toes, curled on the floor.

She took a deep breath, gritted her teeth, and tried to move them.

Her toes twitched.

A rush of joy filled her.

She took a careful step, then another.

Soon, she was jogging lightly across the living room.

“I…

I CAN WALK!” Feeling the floor under her feet almost made Bronya cry.

“Short stack, take this!” Kiana’s playful side kicked in.

She jumped forward, hugged Bronya, and they rolled onto the carpet.

Kiana’s hands moved fast, tickling Bronya’s armpits and sides.

Elysia giggled and crouched nearby with a feather duster, joining in by tickling the soles of Bronya’s feet.

“Kyaa!

Hehehe…

Let…

let go!

Idiot Kiana, let me go right now!

Hahaha…

It tickles!

Hahaha!” Bronya felt unbearably ticklish.

She laughed so hard that tears ran down her cheeks before she could stop them.

Then her laughter stopped.

Bronya stopped moving.

She touched her wet cheeks, then felt the corners of her mouth, still stuck in a smile.

“I…

I can make expressions?” “Well?” Zane walked over smiling and pulled the two girls apart.

“How do you like the welcome gift from your old man?” “I love it!” Bronya nodded quickly, her eyes going red again.

“Thank you, old man!” “Time to eat,” Zane was in a good mood, so he raised both arms and cheered.

“We’re leaving Nagazora City today.

Let’s have a big feast to celebrate Bronya’s recovery!” Himeko’s Hyperion was already on its way.

Once it arrived, they only needed to board the ship and head straight for St.

Freya Academy.

The villa was filled with noise and excitement.

Everyone searched the cabinets and fridge, grabbing the best ingredients they could find.

Once again, Elysia, Furina, and Raiden Mei took charge of the cooking.

Before long, mouthwatering aromas filled the entire house.

By the end of the meal, the girls had eaten so much their bellies were round.

They slumped into their chairs, not wanting to move at all.

Looking at them, you might think Zane had thrown a wild party all night and somehow made everyone pregnant.

—•——•——•——•——•——•— High above the clouds, Cocolia’s aerial battleship hovered in silence.

“Lady Cocolia, we have a problem!” “We’ve detected the Hyperion, the exclusive floating battleship of St.

Freya Academy’s Valkyrie Squad V.

It’s approaching at maximum speed!” “Estimated time until visual contact: thirty minutes!” The adjutant’s heels clicked quickly on the floor as she hurried into the central command room.

“Useless!” Cocolia’s brows drew together as she shouted a string of curses at her subordinate.

Damn it.

Their window had closed.

She still hadn’t heard from Bronya.

The whole plan was falling apart right before her eyes.

“Send out the order.

All hands prepare for immediate retreat!” Cocolia made the decision without hesitation, waving her hand sharply.

She was out of options.

With Zane here, there was no way she could get Raiden Mei today.

They were deep in the Far East branch’s territory, and starting a big fight with Schicksal now would be a terrible idea.

“Yes, Ma’am!” The adjutant looked relieved and quickly left the room.

Cocolia frowned as she sent Bronya a heavily encrypted message.

[Bronya, Mother has to leave for a while.

I will create an opening for you at the Academy.

You must find a way to bring Raiden Mei out.

That is the only way Mother can bring Seele back.] Bronya read Cocolia’s message and felt only disgust.

—•——•——•——•——•——•— The aerial battleship’s engines roared as it sped up to escape.

But just a moment later— BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMM!!

A deafening explosion shook the sky.

The whole hull trembled, almost coming apart.

Inside the command room, the lights flickered.

Cocolia, caught off guard, was thrown forward and hit her forehead hard on the main console.

She saw stars for a moment.

“DAMN IT!

WHAT HAPPENED?

REPORT THE SITUATION!” Her anger disappeared as soon as she looked at the main monitor.

She went pale.

“Bronya??” Outside the window, a familiar small figure blocked the battleship’s path.

The strangest thing was that the girl was riding a flashy hoverboard.

What the hell?

They were two thousand meters above the ground!

“No, wait!” Cocolia shook herself back to reality.

That wasn’t Bronya.

Even if she looked and acted almost the same, Bronya couldn’t pull off something like this.

It was that copy!!

—•——•——•——•——•——•— Silver Wolf floated in front of the ship with one hand out.

A huge diamond-shaped shield made of glowing blue pixel blocks covered a big part of the sky in front of her.

The battleship had just crashed straight into it.

Next to Silver Wolf floated a girl in a fancy blue outfit, looking like she belonged in a circus.

She held tightly to the back of a huge magical seagull made of flowing water.

“Damn her!

Ram straight through!” Cocolia yelled, her heart racing.

“Full power!

Break through it!” What kind of monster was she facing?

“Yes, Ma’am!

Engines at maximum output!” The battleship’s engines roared to life.

The main thrusters blasted out huge columns of exhaust as the ship charged straight at Silver Wolf.

“Yo, in a rush to feed?” Silver Wolf lifted an eyebrow.

“Ahhhhhhhhh!

It’s coming right at us!” Furina had never seen anything like this in her life.

Terrified out of her wits, she squeezed her eyes shut and hid behind Silver Wolf, almost in tears.

“It’s huge!

Little Wolf, hurry up and do something!” She still didn’t get why Zane had made Silver Wolf bring her along to catch Cocolia.

She felt like dead weight.

“Heh.

Furina, is this your first time seeing something this big?” Silver Wolf looked back and gave her a wink.

“Don’t worry.

Even if this is a tough raid, I can get us through it easily.” She turned back to the charging battleship and snapped her fingers.

Snap.

In a flash, the huge pixel shield broke into countless tiny blocks.

They flew through the sky like a flock of birds, heading straight for the battleship.

In less than a second, the whole battleship was swallowed by pixel blocks and disappeared.

Now, in the clear sky high above, only a huge floating screen was left.

“Let’s go!” Silver Wolf smiled, grabbed the utterly confused Furina, and jumped right into the giant pixel screen.

—•——•——•——•——•——•— At that moment, the Hyperion finally arrived.

Inside the bridge, Murata Himeko stood in her striking red dress, her military coat draped over her shoulders.

She stared out the window, eyes wide and lips parted in shock.

Not believing what she saw, she rubbed her eyes and looked again.

Only then did she slowly turn to her just as shocked adjutant.

“Does that scene…

look exactly like a retro pixel game to you?” The adjutant’s worldview had shattered just as thoroughly.

Did that little girl really pull an entire aerial battleship into a video game?
