“What magic did you get?” Princess Evelyn’s dad, King Valer asked calmly as his eyes blazed in fury.

“This is it.” Genevieve thought as she stared at the King’s blazing eyes.

“This is the night, Princess Evelyn is successfully manipulated by the Queen for the first time.” Genevieve thought as she stared beyond the King to the Queen behind him Playing along because too many deviations will change the future that she knew, Genevieve acted the role of Princess Evelyn splendidly.Full novel: I Transmigrated As The Disgrace Of The Royal Family. — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“What?” Genevieve asked in confusion not understanding why the King looked so angry.

“Are you deaf?!” The King boomed said as he slammed his hands on the table and Princess Evelyn began to shiver.

“I said what magic did you get?!” the King boomed.

“After the w-white light, ” Genevieve stammered.

“I was faster and I could breathe and I had enough strength to-” Princess Evelyn said as she trembled.

“My Lord.” The Queen said, stepping in as Princess Evelyn’s savior.

“She is far too young to know the extent of her powers.” The Queen said with an appeasing smile.

“I am sure that as time passes she will report every power she awakens to you, right daughter?” The Queen asked with a hard glare but as if blinded by that word “daughter” Princess Evelyn nodded quickly with a smile.

“Everytime I awaken a new power, I will always make sure to tell you, father.” Genevieve said quickly, trying her best to please the King but the King only glared at her and walked away.

“Does father hate me?” Genevieve asked in despair and the Queen held Princess Evelyn affectionately.

“Of course not, the King is just scared that the power that you hold would be too strong for you.

I will make sure that he sees you often” The Queen said sweetly and Princess Evelyn perked up.

“Really?” Genevieve asked happily.

“Of course.” The Queen said as she lied through her teeth.

“On another note, your sister, Princess Roselyn, is doing exceptionally well in her studies.

As your mother, I wanted to know how you are faring,” the Queen said sweetly and Princess Evelyn froze.

“I uh, I uh.” Princess Evelyn repeated and the Queen’s maids try to hide their laughter as the Queen’s eye blazed in amusement.

“It is okay if you don’t know much.” The Queen said kindly as she tried to hold in her own laugh.

“Do you at least know the Almarian language?” The Queen asked kindly.

“I do.” Genevieve said quickly desperate to prove her worth.

” I learned it all on my own.” Princess Evelyn declared confidently, hoping that the Queen would praise her.

“That is not a nice thing to say, daughter.” The Queen said in a chastising tone and Princess Evelyn froze.

“You had five maids, I am sure one of them must have taught you.” The Queen said with a pleasant smile.

“They really didn’t, i-” Genevieve said but when she saw the terrifying look in the Queen’s eyes, Princess Evelyn folded in on herself.

“You are right mother, one of the maids taught me.” Genevieve said quickly not wanting the Queen to hate her and the Queen smiled discreetly.

“I am only looking out for you.” The Queen said lovingly as she hugged Princess Evelyn.

“Saying things like that will only get you looked down on.” The Queen said as she kissed Princess Evelyn’s forehead.

“I love you Princess Evelyn.” The Queen said as she hugged her and poor Princess Evelyn hugged her back thinking that she had an ally.

“I will make sure to visit you tomorrow.” The Queen said and Princess Evelyn brightened up even more but as the Queen turned away, Genevieve looked at her with a dark glint in her eye.

“You knew that she was starved for love.” Genevieve thought as she watched the Queen discuss with her head maid said who stepped out of the room to fetch a woman with bright red hair and black eyes.

“You knew that if you showed her even a tiny morsel of affection that she would worship the ground you walked on but that wasn’t enough was it?.” Genevieve thought as her eyes hardened.

“You must be tired” the Queen said as she smiled at Princess Evelyn sweetly.

“Mina.” The Queen called and the woman with red hair and black eyes stepped forward.

“Take her and her maid to where they would be staying and remember to serve her tea.” The Queen said emphasizing the word tea.

“Understood.” Mina said as two other maids stepped forward as her helping hands.

“Princess.” Mina said politely.

“This way.” Mina said as she pointed to her left and Princess Evelyn nervously followed her.

The walk to Princess Evelyn’s new room was long and winding.

Every step towards her new room felt heavy as the eyes of the Queen’s maids followed her every move.

“This will be your room from now on.” Mina, Princess Evelyn’s new head maid said as she presented a room far more luxurious than Princess Evelyn’s old room.

“The servant quarters is in a building adjacent to this one so you must wake up on time.”a maid said to Myrah but Myrah’s eyes never left Mina’s back as she watched her every move.

Too soon, a maid from the kitchen brought the tea that the Queen recommended Princess Evelyn to take and the minute Genevieve saw it, Genevieve scoffed silently.

In the real world, there was a doll event by the author of the disgrace of the royal family and the clues to that event was hidden in the chapters.

Anyone who guessed the hidden word in the selected chapters for the event would be able to buy a specially made doll that held an incredible secret of the disgrace of the royal family.

As one of the loyal readers of the disgrace of the royal family, I was able to get the doll on my first try and the secret I got was “The tea offered by the Queen numbs the mind and steals reason till you’re nothing but a shell that can only move and attack on her command.” The Queen’s Room “How bothersome.” The Queen said as she smashed a vase and the maids by the door hurried to clean it up.

“Bring me the crystal ball!” The Queen yelled and two maids rushed to fetch it.

Once retrieved the two maids handed it over to the Queen and once the Queen said “You can all leave.” all her maids scampered out of her room like the room was on fire.

Once the Crystal ball connected, the Queen skipped unnecessary pleasantries and said “The first princess has awakened.”
