” Could you please take us too….” Kevin told the Uber driver who simply nodded.
” But wait, my home isn’t in that direction.” Mia tugged at his shirt and whispered.
” I know, just trust me on this one, you’ll love it.” Kevin said, winking at the end.
Mia raised a brow, nevertheless, she followed him and got into the Uber.
The ride was a comfortable one and before long, they came to a stop.
Kevin and Mia got off before the Uber drove off.
” Where exactly is this place, and why did you bring me here?” Mia asked, still curious.
” Just come with me.” Kevin said before walking ahead, but he soon came to a stop when he noticed she wasn’t following, instead giving him a suspicious stare.
” The hell?” Kevin jolted, a bit taken aback.” I’m not kidnapping you if that’s what you’re thinking.” He said but she only continued to stare.
Kevin couldn’t help looking helpless, wondering what he did wrong.
” Pffthahahaha I can’t believe you were actually freaking out.” It wasn’t until she started giggling that he realised he’d just been played.
” Oh hardy har har har, very funny…” Kevin rolled his eyes.
” Oh lighten up will ya, it was just a joke.” Mia teased.
” Well some jokes aren’t exactly appealing to everyone.” Kevin said as he began walking ahead once more with her following.
The two of them soon entered a tailor store.
Where a middle aged man was behind the counter.
” Well aren’t you two a lovely couple.” The man said with a cheeky grin.
” You both looking to get your outfits set up from prom night.”
” Oh no….
He and I aren’t together.” Mia said, laughing nervously.
” Well you could’ve fooled me hahaha.” The man laughed.
” The name is Art, so how many I help you then.” Art asked.
” You remember me right?
I scheduled an appointment to discuss making a special item.”
” Huh?
Kid what are you talking about.” Art said, looking him over.
” I don’t think I’ve met you before.”
” Are you sure you didn’t get the wrong shop?” Mia turned to Kevin and asked.
Maybe you’re having some trouble remembering because last time I came in here I was big, red, with four arms and four eyes.” Kevin said, hoping that the man really hadn’t forgotten him.
Art was silent, instead observing him with a slowly squinting gaze.
The silence made Kevin feel a bit nervous, he didn’t know what would happen if the man had really forgotten him, plus he was really looking forward to this meeting.
” I’m just pulling your leg kid, of course I remember ya.” Art suddenly burst out laughing.
” I mean, that chunk of metal on your arm is kinda hard to miss.”
It appeared he knew it was Kevin from the beginning due to the Omnitrix’s logo.
Mia and Kevin were stunned at first before she began laughing as well.
” You really are a sucker, falling for two in a row.” She said.
Kevin’s eyes twitched a bit but he let out a breath of relief in the end.
” Come, let’s head inside so we can talk about your request a bit more.” Art said as he walked into the back room.
Kevin and Mia followed along.

What is this place.” Mia couldn’t help gasping after both of them arrived in Arts secret workshop.
With already made super suits all around her, some cooler than the last, coupled with how big the place was, she was at a loss for words how such a place was hidden underneath a normal tailor store.
” I’m guessing your friend didn’t tell you.” Art suddenly said.
” Welcome to my workshop, while I do dapple in prom dresses and wedding dresses, I also make super suits for heroes.”
” Think of it like some kind of side hustle.”
” You’re friend there got in contact with me some time ago.
Asking if I could help him make a suit for a friend of his.”
” What?” Mia paused for a moment, turning to glance at Kevin who was admiring a super suit behind protective glass.
Feeling her gaze on him, Kevin turned around.
” I figured you’d want a suit of your own, I mean I don’t need one since my abilities come with a costume.”
” So I looked up someone perfect for the job.” Kevin said with an awkward smile.
” And that’s how he met me.” Art finished his sentence.
” I must say, when I saw the hulking four armed guy, I was a bit worried, but when I heard he wanted a suit for someone else, I was more than happy to help.”
” B-But what about the cost–” Mia wanted to say.
” Already covered.” Kevin cut her off before smiling a bit.
” Well little lady, what do you say?” Art spoke up with a slight grin on his face.
” I…umm..I guess yes, No, I mean, sure, I’ll take one.” Mia blurted out, though her nervousness impeded her a bit.
” Wonderful.” Art said.
” Alright, we’ll be needing your measurements and specifications, also, if you already have a super hero name in mind, that could help speed up the process a bit.”
” A name?” Mia paused.
” I haven’t really thought of one yet.” She said.
” How about INVINCIBLE.” Kevin suddenly suggested.
” Huh?
Why that?” Mia asked.
” Well, for one, you’re the strongest and most stubborn person I’ve ever known.”
” Are you really trying to pick a fight now–” Mia grumbled but Kevin raised a finger to signal he wasn’t done yet.
” You also refuse to back down even when it seems like everyone’s against you…
And.” He said as he slowly approached her.
” You never hesitate to help someone you care for, even if it means putting yourself in harm’s way for them.” Kevin said, grinning a bit.
Mia turned silent, not knowing what to say.
Art on the other hand, couldn’t help chuckling to himself.
” You’re really sure you’re both not together?” Art joked.
Mia didn’t say anything, instead, silently staring at Kevin.
” I take it this is your own way of getting back at me.” She let out a puff of air.
Kevin paused for a moment before letting out a light laugh.
” You could say that.” He said.
” Fine.” She said, turning to face Art.
” Hey old man, let’s go with what he said.”
” Hehehe, alright lassy, just leave it to me.” Art said.

also, my university semester has basically started so updates might drop a bit but not completely, there’s also me trying to get paid, honestly these next few months are going to be hectic.
