The house wasn’t that much different from his old home.
After touring the exterior, Kevin stepped outside and took a look around at the neighborhood.
Kids riding on their bikes, car’s driving by at a safe pace, peaceful scenery.
It was safe to say that this place wasn’t too bad.
Plus the location he was satisfied with since it wasn’t too obvious for what he had in mind going forward.
” Alright, I’ll take it.” Kevin turned around and said.
Paul was more than pleased to hear it since he’d been expecting him to look through the other options first.
This time around, Paul didn’t make him wait and handed him the keys to the house, informing him that he could move in immediately while he finished up on the paperwork.
This Kevin was glad to hear, having good relationships really did make a difference sometimes.
Kevin watched Paul get into his car before leaving, then he headed into the house, it was already furnished like he preferred.
” Well codex, this will be our new home.” Kevin said after placing her down on the sofa.
” My sensors detect that it’s lacking a few home essentials.
Would you like me to procure them?” She asked.
” That doesn’t sound like a bad idea.” Kevin thought as he stared at the empty spot where a flat screen should be.
” How much have you made so far?”
” Approximately $204,078,559.89.” she said.
Kevin realised that her income rate had slowed down a lot, but he figured it was to be expected if he didn’t want her to get caught.
Plus with her limited hardware, there was a limit to how much trades she could control at a time without burning herself up.
Nevertheless, turning $5 million into $200+ in less than an hour was still a wind fall.
After allowing her to use some of the materials to procure appliances such as a fridge, flat screen, sound system e.t.c and have them delivered.
He also made sure to include some items from the tech store into that list.
Once she was done with that, he had her look up upcoming businesses in need of funding in the area.
He knew it’d be too risky to keep on profiting from stocks so he decided to create a back up.
Once she was done, he had her access which of them had the highest potential in the long run.
She finished quickly before giving him a specified list of what he wanted.
90% were tech companies, 5% being pharmaceutical companies, and another 5 being logistic companies.
Each were suffering from issues that ranged from lack of financial funding, visibility, resource issues.
The three company types caught Kevin’s attention because he already had several ideas for solving the problems they were facing.
With his mind made up, he had Codex formulate an offer for each and everyone of them.
” Sir, is there a hidden meaning behind you purchasing all of them?” Codex asked.
” Am I not productive enough?
If you’d like I could earn more income in less time.”
” No codex, I don’t need you to do that.” Kevin blurted out.
” I’m not saying your inadequate, and I’m not simply purchasing those companies for financial reasons alone.”
” Let’s say I wanted to build you a better hardware, and expand your reach so you could assist me better.
If I were to constantly procur the materials through normal means, then it wouldn’t be long before people start to notice.”
” But by using these companies as a cover up, you could theoretically gain what you want without alerting those you’re worried about.”
” Exactly.” Kevin said with a grin.
He was glad Codex could learn with time and wasn’t built for a singular purpose, that only proved that her potential truly was unimaginable.

Paul later came by to finalise the documents, afterwards, the delivery company arrived with all the stuff Osborne ordered.
Two men carried his fat flat screen into the house.
” Leave it to us, Sir.
We’ll have all this set up in no time at all.” One of them said as they walked past him.
” Thanks, I appreciate it.” He stood by on the lawn as the both of them got to work.
It wasn’t long after they arrived that a car drove onto his property.
Seeing the car, his eyes lit up.
” She’s as good as knew, took us awhile but you shouldn’t have any problems.” A bearded man, who was one of the mechanics that worked on it, stepped out and tossed Kevin the keys.
Kevin caught the keys, a light smile on his face.
” Thanks for bringing her in.” He said.
” Want me to call you an Uber.”
” That’s mighty kind of you, Sir.” The mechanic said, he didn’t refuse.
After calling the Mechanic an Uber.
Kevin noticed someone staring at him from across the street.
She looked like she was filming, which he found a bit strange.
He crossed the street and walked up to her, but it seemed she was far too busy taking pics of his house to notice.
” Are you guys seeing this.”
” Look at the size of that flat screen, it’s huge.”
” Who even needs a bed that big?”
” If you ask me, I think there’s something shady going on here…” She said.
‘ Shady?’ Kevin raised a brow.
Up close, he realised that she was streaming, and she looked close to his age, around 18-19 if he had to put a finger on it.
With nice cute pig tails he couldn’t help but find familiar.
” Umm…
Can I help you?” Kevin gently tapped her on the shoulder.
” Ahhh!” The girl, startled, jumped back in fright.
But seeing some guy Infront of her, she let out a breath of relief.
