He planned on using these androids to help him manage his future organisation.
Rather than worrying about people and over exerting himself, he decided to try and approach he already learned from a certain someone.
This way, he could grow himself in the real world while still focusing on increasing his current capabilities.

Kevin headed downstairs when Codex told him she was done.
