"That’s enough." He raised a hand to cover his mouth.
From the back, slowly, some other hands started tracing Prince’s thighs, chest, waist, and neck.
He looked back; there was only a tree, but from the other side of the tree.
No— not only the other side, but he was also actually surrounded by the heavens.
Ugh.
’Why are there so many girls here? Not only Class C’s but Class D’s girls also?’
Fingers didn’t stop tracing Prince’s body, and then a hand slowly reached out for his pocket where the black flag was.
He instantly grabbed the hands that were reaching out for his pocket. "Do you think your tricks will fool me, Elisha Dumien?"
The hands tracing his body pulled back all at once, not out of choice, it seemed, but as if something else were pulling the strings.
He looked around, shocked by what was happening.
"Hey Lord Prince, do you need some help?" A female voice from above his head cut through the tension, coming from a branch of the tree.
He looked at the voice; it was Lacy La Senin—an arcane magic user and assassin-class student.
She used her mind-controlling magic on the nearby students of Prince and made them withdraw their hands.
"Thanks, Princess Lacy."
She jumped off the tree. "Ohh my, it’s for both of our families’ connection after all."
Every other girl present there stepped backward.
"Well then, Elisha Dumien, where is Kale Sandrium from class C?"
She muttered something that couldn’t be heard clearly.
’Wait, if she’s here to stall time for Kale, that means...’
’Shit! How could I be so careless?’
He grabbed Lacy’s hands and used Shadow Steps.
"Lord... pr...ince" Lacy’s voice came out in broken gasps. And he used Shadow Steps non-stop, with a totally panicked face,to find someone.
Someone with silver-white hair, and deep-blue eyes.
He didn’t have time to interrogate her properly, and dragged a struggling assassin-class student along with him.
Shadow steps.
’Shit! Shit! Shit!’
Shadow steps.
Shadow steps.
Shadow steps.
After covering more than half of the forest in 2 minutes, he looked quite exhausted.
Then he stopped using both Shadow Steps and Black Eclipse, doubling over with his hands on his knees, completely out of breath.
’Is this my limit? I was holding Black Eclipse until now, but.’
"Hey, isn’t she Snow from your class, Lord Prince?" Lacy pointed at the figure standing far from them.
He looked in the direction of her fingers and found the girl he had been searching for.
But she was not alone. She lay on the ground, helpless, as if her legs stopped supporting her.
The monsters started circling her.
For one horrible second, Prince’s entire body refused to move, caught somewhere between the part of his mind screaming at him to act.
Very far from the monsters, Prince caught a glimpse of a guy with shining blue eyes, waving at him with a smile, and then he vanished.
Prince’s stomach twisted, competing with his expressions.
’Did he already know this would happen?’
’I can only use Shadow Steps one more time.’
’I have to save her this time!’

Many system screens appeared in front of him, but what he saw was only his 2% divinity and his four new skills.
Prince felt a sudden surge of energy coursing through his veins.
The monsters, saliva dripping from their jaws, lunged at her.
Snow closed her eyes, as if she had accepted that she was going to die now.
Without wasting even a single second, he teleported straight into the middle of them.
As he stepped inside the circle, he bent on his knees and held Snow’s cold body in his arms tightly to his chest. His hands covered the back of her hands.
’Shadow armour!’
Boom!
A dark colored armor covered his back. Though he couldn’t manifest it properly on his body, so only the back of his body got covered, that blocked the monster’s attack and saved him from getting hurt.
Thwaak!
The monster stepped backward in disbelief that their attack didn’t even faze him.
She opened her eyelids and saw a blonde-haired guy with crimson red orbs holding her cool body tightly to his chest.
"P-P-Prince?"
He flashed a gentle smile. "Hey, how many times do I need to tell everyone that I’m not P-P-Prince. I’m Prince!"
