After the dodgeball match and other competitions, the atmosphere across the field was heating up once again.

The announcer’s voice echoed throughout the stadium.

The entire field erupted with cheers and applause.

“Each team must have 7 players on the field.

All teams have 10 minutes to complete their preparations.”

Hearing this, everyone immediately started forming their teams.

Ran looked at his team and let out a deep sigh.

“Can these people actually play Kabaddi…?”

His team was still short of three players.

Just then, Ami, Yui, and Ami’s mother walked toward him.

“Why?

Don’t you trust us?” Ami asked while raising an eyebrow.

Ran immediately straightened his posture.

“N-No!

I was just thinking about strategy.”

“You’re lying.”

“100% lying.”

Yui and Ami’s mother said at the same time.

Ran lowered his head in defeat.

“Fine…

I was scared.”

Everyone burst into laughter.

Meanwhile, the Red Team was making its preparations.

The captain of the team was Kang Nari.

He was a teacher at Ami’s school.

However, at the moment, he was paying less attention to the match and more attention to Ami.

“Today I’ll perform so well that Ami will definitely be impressed…

and then maybe…”

A strange smile appeared on his face.

“Then she’ll become my girlfriend…”

Thud!

A boy standing behind him lightly pushed him.

“Sir!

You’re daydreaming again.”

Kang Nari instantly returned to reality.

“W-What?

No!

I was just planning our strategy.”

The players nearby started whispering.

“Strategy or wedding preparations?”

“Looks more like wedding preparations to me.”

Kang Nari’s face immediately turned red.

Standing in the distance, Ran watched everything.

He held his head in frustration.

“Why is this guy so dramatic…?”

At the same time, another competition was about to begin on a different side of the field.

The announcer said,

“Next is the children’s Three-Leg Race!”

Ten children were paired up, with one leg tied together with their partner’s.

Their goal was to cross the finish line ahead of everyone else.

The Writer excitedly commented,

“Wow!

This is going to be really interesting!”

Just then, the Principal grabbed the microphone.

“Start the competition!”

The Writer remained silent for a few seconds.

Then he muttered,

“Why can’t this Principal ever sit quietly?”

The Principal glanced at him.

The Writer immediately corrected himself.

“I mean…

what inspiring leadership!”

The Principal smiled.

The Writer let out a sigh of relief.

“That was close…”

At that moment, both Kabaddi teams lined up facing each other.

The joking and laughter gradually disappeared.

The crowd’s excitement grew louder.

The players’ eyes were focused on only one thing—

Victory.

And with that…

The Women’s Kabaddi Match was about to begin.

The announcer then declared:

“The player lists for the Women’s Kabaddi Match will now be displayed on the big screen.”

The names of both teams appeared on the giant screen.

The crowd applauded.

Ran looked at the screen and then at Kang Nari.

“Wait a minute…”

“Isn’t this guy on both the White Team and the Red Team?”

The entire field fell silent for a few seconds.

Sweat formed on Kang Nari’s forehead.

“U-Uh…

that’s a system error!”

Ran let out a deep sigh.

“No…

I’m pretty sure the system isn’t the problem.”

Standing beside him, Ami nodded.

“I agree.”

The entire field instantly burst into laughter.

😆

Just as the Women’s Kabaddi Match was about to begin, the scene shifted to another corner of the sports field.

A special competition for the children was about to start.

The announcer enthusiastically explained,

“In this event, two friends will have one of their legs tied together.

They must work as a team and race to the finish line.

A total of five pairs will participate!”

The children immediately became excited.

Some were confidently stretching their legs, while others were worried about falling before even taking a single step.

One little boy looked at his friend and said, “Don’t worry!

We’ll definitely win!”

His friend nodded confidently.

“Yeah!

As long as you don’t trip us.”

“Hey!

Why are you blaming me already?”

The nearby children burst into laughter.

Seeing the adorable scene, the Writer smiled.

“Aww…

this is going to be a really interesting competition.”

Some children were busy making strategies.

Others were arguing over who was the faster runner.

The atmosphere was cheerful and full of excitement.

Suddenly, the Principal picked up the microphone.

“Ready…

Start the competition!”

The Writer blinked.

“Can this Principal ever sit quietly for even five minutes?”

The Principal slowly turned his head toward him.

The Writer immediately changed his expression.

“I mean…

what an energetic and inspiring Principal!”

The Principal nodded with satisfaction.

The Writer wiped the imaginary sweat from his forehead.

“That was close…”

Meanwhile, the children happily ran toward the finish line, stumbling, laughing, and helping each other whenever someone lost balance.

The audience couldn’t stop smiling as they watched the heartwarming race.

And just like that, another fun-filled event of the Sports Meet began.

✨😊

“Alright, let’s start the game!” 😁

As soon as the referee blew the whistle, the Women’s Kabaddi Match began.

The first raider from the White Team was Kim Minji.

“Kabaddi…

Kabaddi…”

She moved forward cautiously, but because of Red Team’s strong defense, she couldn’t touch anyone and safely returned to her side.

The score remained 0-0. Find the original chapter at g.com.

Now it was Han Sohee’s turn from the Red Team.

She stepped onto the field with a confident smile.

“Just watch.

I’m going to eliminate everyone.”

“You say that every time,” one of her teammates laughed.

Han Sohee headed straight toward Seo.

“Let’s start with you!”

However, Seo suddenly changed direction at the last moment.

Han Sohee lost her balance, and the White Team quickly surrounded her.

“Hey!

Hey!

That’s cheating!” Han Sohee shouted.

Within seconds, she was declared out.

The entire field burst into laughter.

“Already in the first minute?” Ran muttered.

Now Shin Chaewon entered the field for the White Team.

With lightning-fast speed, she tagged a player standing in the right corner and eliminated her.

The Red Team immediately formed a trap around her.

“Let’s see you escape now!”

But Chaewon suddenly ducked down, tagged another player, spun around, and sprinted back to her side.

White Team had already secured 3 points.

Score: White 3 – Red 0

Next, Kwon Ara entered for the Red Team.

The moment she stepped in, she rushed straight toward Seo and tagged her.

“W-What?!”

Before Seo could even react, Ara had already returned safely.

Score: White 3 – Red 1

Now Ami entered the field.

The crowd erupted into applause.

Ami charged directly toward Kwon Ara, successfully tagged her, and returned safely.

Score: White 4 – Red 1

But then Park Jiwon entered for the Red Team.

She immediately eliminated two White Team members.

The score quickly changed.

White 4 – Red 3

After that, Ami attempted to eliminate Jiwon.

However, this time the Red Team was prepared.

They surrounded Ami from all sides.

Ami struggled to break free, but during the intense clash, she fell badly.

“Ahhh!!”

Her scream echoed throughout the field.

The match was immediately stopped.

Ran was the first to rush toward her.

The medical staff quickly examined her.

Fortunately, the injury wasn’t severe, but her arm was badly hurt and she needed rest.

Ran angrily started walking toward the Red Team.

But Ami grabbed his hand.

“Ran…

it wasn’t intentional.”

The Red Team players immediately apologized.

After some time, the match resumed.

However, after Ami left the field, White Team’s morale dropped dramatically.

One after another, their players were eliminated.

Eventually, the entire team was wiped out.

Ran took a deep breath.

Then he sent four substitute players onto the field.

He leaned closer and whispered something into their ears.

Suddenly, confidence appeared in all of their eyes.

“Now go out there and play properly.”

The match restarted.

The score was tied.

White 4 – Red 4

One of White Team’s substitute players entered the field.

She charged directly into the center of Red Team’s defense.

Everyone thought she would be trapped.

But in the next moment, she eliminated Yoo Jimin and two other players.

The entire stadium was shocked.

White Team had made an incredible comeback.

But Red Team wasn’t going to back down.

They called in their strongest substitute player.

The moment she stepped onto the field, Seo Yuna’s eyes widened.

“Wait…

that’s our school’s Karate Champion!”

A wave of excitement spread through the crowd.

The girl entered the field calmly.

Her footwork and agility amazed everyone.

Even Ran started watching her carefully.

“A Karate Champion in a Kabaddi match…?”

From that point onward, the match became even more intense.

Both teams fought with everything they had for every single point.

Eventually, only Seo remained on the White Team.

Meanwhile, the Red Team still had two players left.

Seo launched her final raid.

The entire stadium held its breath.

But she couldn’t succeed.

Then the Karate Champion stepped onto the field.

She quickly closed the distance between herself and Seo.

For a brief moment, it looked as if she was about to launch a decisive attack.

Seo’s eyes widened.

But then…

The girl suddenly stopped.

She froze right where she was.

The two stared at each other.

For several seconds, the entire field became silent.

Then the referee’s whistle echoed across the stadium.

“Game Over!”

The Red Team had won.

Without saying a word, the girl stepped back and returned to her team.

Ran and the others immediately rushed toward Seo.

But Seo continued staring at that mysterious girl.

As if she was trying to understand something about her.

And with that mysterious atmosphere lingering in the air…
