When they came together, though he was experienced, he almost lost his composure in that fervor. Fortunately, Susu's desire was strong, and he brought her to that place without much effort. Afterwards, Susu nestled obediently in his embrace like a tamed kitten. Xin Che secretly sighed; this girl, nearly twelve years his junior, was so adept at stirring a man's heart. However, at this moment, he couldn't tell how much of her affection was genuine or if she was just playing along.

He was in the Bedroom, resuming the unfinished movie. But before the end credits, he began to tease Susu again. This time, the two of them were intimate for a long while, their movements fitting perfectly, with less of the initial awkwardness. Seeing how uninhibited she was, if they were mere acquaintances and not colleagues, Xin Che would never have believed she was a fresh graduate from the mathematics department of a top university.

The next morning, Xin Che looked at Susu, who had just woken up, and said casually, "We're both adults. We're just having fun together, don't take it seriously."Full novel: Love to Your Heart's Content — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Susu smiled faintly and said nothing.

Despite Xin Che's words, he and Susu fell into a passionate romance. They acted as if nothing had happened at the Company, and when they occasionally met, they didn't dare to look directly at each other, only a faint smile playing on their lips.

Once, when he went to the Risk Control Department to discuss business, he saw her in a meeting room with a floor-to-ceiling window. He deliberately sent her a message: "Miss me?"

Susu replied after a while: "Not yet."

He looked at his mobile phone screen, feeling a bit disappointed.

A moment later, Susu sent another message: "I've been trying hard to resist..."

Reading this message, a sweet warmth spread through him from the bottom of his heart.

As soon as the Weekend arrived, the two of them cast all their worries aside—like any ordinary couple, they held hands, hugged, and kissed in the street, without any reservation.

During this time, Chen Ming had not contacted Susu at all, and even Xiao Fei had disappeared from her world. Susu sent her messages several times; Xiao Fei was sometimes cold, sometimes didn't reply at all. Susu guessed that Xiao Fei might be displeased with her for leaving Chen Ming; although she felt a little sad, she didn't want to dwell on it. At this moment, she was immersed in her passionate romance with Xin Che and couldn't be bothered with other things.

It had been exactly one month since they got together. On Saturday evening, Susu stayed over at Xin Che's place again. The two of them, embracing on the bed, were interrupted by the vibration of Xin Che's mobile phone. He usually kept his phone with him or received calls from afar, but this time he was careless and had left it on the bedside cabinet.

Susu looked up and saw the incoming call name on the screen—"Wife." Her heart suddenly tightened, and her hands, which were around him, unconsciously loosened. Xin Che glanced back, quickly grabbed his phone, walked out of the Bedroom, and answered the call. The door was closed tightly by him, and Susu could only hear him say "Mm," after which there was silence.

After more than ten minutes, Xin Che returned to the Bedroom, without bringing his phone. Seeing her reading a book propped against the headboard, he sat down beside her. He had expected Susu to question him, force him to make a choice, or even throw a tantrum. But Susu didn't say a word. She simply put down the book she was holding and looked at him gently, as if nothing had happened.

Then Susu got up and straddled him, burying her chin in the hollow of his collarbone. One hand stroked his hair, while the other gently caressed his back, as if comforting his flustered heart. Xin Che wrapped his arms around her. Susu, with a smile, raised her head to meet his gaze, only to see his expression so cold, as if all past emotions had been drained away.
