here…

….

Abomination slowly pushed himself out of the crater.

“Cough…!”

A mouthful of dark blood splattered onto the cracked pavement.

He looked down at his chest.

His normally thick, mutation-enhanced skin had been scorched black.

Several ribs on his right side were visibly fractured, while a deep burn stretched from his shoulder down to his abdomen.

The flesh around the wound continued to smolder as if ordinary fire refused to leave his body.

“What…

What kind of fire is this?”

No matter how quickly his enhanced healing factor worked…

The infernal flames stubbornly clung to his wounds before finally dying out.

Abomination slowly raised his head.

“….”

His eyes locked onto the infernal Camaro standing silently amidst the smoke.

The black vehicle remained perfectly still.

Orange-red hellfire danced across its body, illuminating the thick cloud of dust surrounding it.

Only a shadow was visible within.

The battlefield became eerily quiet.

Even Hulk stopped roaring.

Every soldier.

Every civilian.

Every helicopter pilot.

Every news camera.

Watched the mysterious figure.

Then…

Click.

The driver’s door slowly opened.

One boot stepped onto the shattered asphalt.

Then another.

A tall figure emerged from the flames.

As the dust gradually settled…

The entire battlefield finally saw him.

Silence.

Absolute silence.

Even Abomination’s arrogant expression disappeared.

Standing beside the infernal Camaro was the Ghost Rider.

He wore a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled over his head, giving him the appearance of death itself walking among the living.

A blazing skull rested beneath the hood, every inch of polished bone illuminated by roaring orange-red hellfire that flickered between the cracks of the jaw and eye sockets.

Within those hollow sockets burned two molten embers, glowing with an ancient, merciless intelligence that seemed capable of seeing straight through a person’s soul.

Across the front of his hoodie was a large skull emblem engulfed in infernal flames, while the back bore the symbol of a pair of fiery wings spreading outward like those of a fallen angel.

His sleeves and shoulders constantly leaked streams of living hellfire that wrapped around both arms before gathering around his clenched fists.

Black cargo pants and heavy combat boots completed the outfit, yet even the boots burned with flames that left scorched footprints wherever he walked without consuming the ground beneath them.

Around him, the air itself shimmered from the supernatural heat, making it seem as though the Spirit of Vengeance had stepped directly out of Hell.

No one spoke.

Many of the soldiers unconsciously took a step backward.

One young private swallowed hard.

“…What…”

“…What is that?”

Another soldier answered in a trembling voice.

“I…

I don’t know…

But whatever it is…

it isn’t human.”

Meanwhile…

Inside the Ghost Rider’s mind…

A familiar green interface appeared.

“Important Character Contact Confirmed”

“Target: Emil Blonsky (Abomination)

Reward: +500 XP”

“Current XP: 535 / 100

System Level Up!

Level: 2

Next Level Requirement: 1000 XP

Current XP: 475 / 1000”

Another notification immediately followed.

“Template Synchronization Increased”

“Template: Zarathos

Previous Synchronization: 40%

Current Synchronization: 42% ”

Finally…

One last message appeared.

“New Character Template Reward available.”

“The Host may claim it once the current battle concludes or whenever the Host chooses.”

The Ghost Rider gave a slight nod.

“Later.

This isn’t the time.”

Before the System disappeared, another familiar voice echoed through his soul.

Zarathos.

“The sinner before us…”

The ancient Spirit’s voice burned with anticipation.

“His soul reeks of blood.”

“Thousands cry out for vengeance.”

“Destroy him.”

The Ghost Rider’s flaming gaze never left Abomination.

“I intend to.

But first…

I need to know which Emil Blonsky stands before me.”

The Ghost Rider’s thoughts raced.

Comic version…

A cold, calculating Cold War spy.

A ruthless killer.

A monster long before becoming Abomination.

There is almost nothing left worth saving.

Then another possibility.

The cinematic version…

A decorated British Royal Marines commander.

Arrogant.

Power-hungry.

But still capable of returning to human form.

Unlike the comics…

he eventually gains complete control over his transformation.

If it’s that version…

There may still be a chance.

Zarathos snorted hearing his reason.

“Mercy is wasted upon killers.”

The Ghost Rider remained silent.

“…”

Across the battlefield…

Abomination slowly stood upright.

He rolled his shoulders before glaring at the flaming figure.

“You…”

His deep voice echoed through the ruined streets.

“Who the hell are you?”

Without waiting for an answer…

He roared and charged.

The ground shattered beneath each step.

Just then…

“HULK SMASH!!”

A gigantic green blur descended from above.

BOOOOOM!!

Hulk crashed directly onto Abomination’s back, driving him into the pavement.

The impact created another crater.

Hulk’s fists immediately began raining down.

Punch after punch.

Each blow shook the surrounding buildings.

Hulk had only one thought.

‘Betty.’

This monster had tried to hurt Betty.

That alone was unforgivable.

Abomination snarled before planting both feet against Hulk’s chest.

With a tremendous kick…

He launched Hulk away.

Unfortunately…

Hulk’s massive body was sent flying toward a group of terrified civilians hiding behind an overturned city bus.

Several children screamed.

A mother instinctively shielded her son.

They had nowhere to run.

The Ghost Rider moved.

One moment he stood beside the Camaro.

The next…

He vanished.

A trail of blazing fire marked his path.

Before Hulk could crash into the civilians…

The Ghost Rider appeared.

Planting both feet firmly into the ground, he thrust both hands forward.

BOOOM!!

His palms met Hulk’s enormous shoulder.

The force carved two deep trenches beneath his boots as he absorbed the impact.

Hellfire exploded around them.

With a powerful twist of his body…

The Ghost Rider redirected Hulk’s momentum.

The giant green body slammed harmlessly into an empty intersection instead.

Dust filled the air.

The civilians stared in disbelief.

“…He…

He saved us.”

Hulk slowly climbed back to his feet.

Seeing someone interfere with his fight immediately fueled his anger.

“HULK ROAR!!”

His thunderous bellow shook the nearby windows.

The Ghost Rider calmly turned toward him.

Nearby, lying among the wreckage, was a thick steel chain torn from a construction crane.

The Ghost Rider reached down.

His gloved hand wrapped around it.

Instantly…

Orange-red hellfire raced across every link.

The entire chain ignited.

The flames didn’t melt the metal.

They transformed it.

Each link glowed with infernal runes as the chain became a weapon of judgment.

The Ghost Rider slowly rested it over one shoulder.

Its burning links rattled ominously.

Finally…

He spoke.

His voice sounded as though countless souls were speaking together from within an endless inferno.

“Your battle has already claimed the lives of countless innocents.”

The burning chain slowly unfurled.

“End this conflict.”

The flames around him intensified.

“Or stand before Judgment…”

His blazing eyes shifted between both monsters.

“…and answer for your sins.”

For several seconds…

No one dared breathe.

Then…

Abomination laughed.

“Hahaha…”

His laughter quickly became louder.

“Hahahahaha!”

He pointed mockingly at the Ghost Rider.

“Judgment?”

“You actually think that costume and a few fancy flames are going to scare me?”

His grin widened.

“I’ve fought armies.

I’ve crushed tankers.”

“And now…”

He cracked his neck.

“I’m going to crush you too Bony man.”

The Ghost Rider didn’t move.

“….”

He simply tightened his grip on the burning chain.

Behind the flaming skull…

Those molten eyes burned even brighter.

The Spirit of Vengeance had already reached its verdict.

Only the sentence remained.

The battlefield erupted once again.

Abomination let out a furious roar before grabbing a massive slab of broken concrete from the shattered roadway.

With a powerful spin, he hurled it toward the Ghost Rider.

The several-ton chunk of concrete tore through the air with frightening speed.

“Die!”

The Ghost Rider didn’t move.

Instead…

He casually swung the infernal chain.

WHOOSH!

To everyone’s disbelief, the burning chain unnaturally extended dozens of meters.

Its glowing links wrapped perfectly around the flying slab.

The Ghost Rider planted one foot behind him.

Then rotated his entire body.

Using the slab’s own momentum…

He flung it straight back.

BOOOOOOM!

The massive projectile streaked toward Abomination even faster than before.

Abomination’s eyes widened.

“…!”

With no time to dodge, he drove his fist forward.

CRAAASH!!

The concrete exploded into thousands of fragments.

The shockwave blasted across the battlefield.

But before anyone could react…

“HULK!!”

Hulk launched himself through the air.

The enormous green giant descended toward the Ghost Rider like a living meteor.

The Ghost Rider calmly looked up since he never took his eyes of hulk.

Then…

Moved.

He sidestepped at the very last instant.

Hulk crashed into the road behind him.

BOOOOOOM!!

The ground collapsed beneath the impact.

Before Hulk could rise…

The Ghost Rider’s chain came alive.

Like a flaming serpent.

It wrapped around Hulk’s right arm.

Then his left.

His legs.

Finally…

His neck.

The Ghost Rider pulled both ends of the chain tight.

CLANG!!

Every burning link locked together with infernal power.

Hulk immediately struggled to get free.

He pulled by brute force.

Twisted.

Roared.

Yet the chain refused to budge.

The soldiers watching from the streets stared in complete disbelief.

“…No way.”

General Ross lowered his binoculars.

“What…

What am I looking at?”

Inside the command helicopter, every officer wore the same stunned expression.

“A normal steel chain…

is restraining the Hulk?”

“That’s impossible.”

Ross ignored them.

His attention remained fixed upon the burning figure.

‘Who are you…?

What exactly are you…?’

Only minutes earlier, this flaming monster had appeared from nowhere.

Now…

He was simultaneously holding back the Hulk while exchanging blows with Abomination.

It completely shattered everything Ross thought he knew.

…

“HULK!!”

The Hulk roared in fury.

The muscles throughout his body visibly expanded.

His veins bulged.

His shoulders broadened.

The chain groaned under the increasing pressure.

The Ghost Rider immediately recognized what was happening.

‘His anger…

It’s increasing again.

The stronger his rage becomes…

The stronger he becomes.’

‘If this continues…

He’ll evolve into something far worse.’

Without hesitation, the Ghost Rider leaped onto Hulk’s back.

Still gripping both ends of the infernal chain, he balanced himself effortlessly.

Like an experienced rider taming a raging bull.

Then…

He spoke.

Not to Bruce Banner.

But to the one standing before him.

“Hulk.”

The green giant froze for a second hearing it.

“….”

For the first time since the battle began…

He stopped struggling.

No one…

Ever called him Hulk.

They always shouted…

“Banner!”

“Bruce!”

“Monster!”

“Creature!”

“Experiment!”

Even the military referred to him by Bruce Banner’s name.

The one name Hulk despised.

But this…

This stranger…

Called him…

“Hulk.”

The Ghost Rider continued.

“Hulk.

I need you to listen.”

That single sentence reached something deep within the green giant.

Meanwhile…

Abomination roared at being ignored.

“Don’t ignore me!”

He sprinted toward them before leaping into the air.

“So you’ve forgotten who your real enemy is!”

The Ghost Rider never even turned around.

He simply spoke one word.

“Go.”

The infernal Camaro, which had been resting several dozen meters away, suddenly roared to life on its own.

VROOOOOOOOOM!!

The flaming vehicle shot forward.

Straight toward Abomination.

“…What?”

The monster barely had time to react.

BOOOOOOOM!!

The infernal Camaro slammed directly into his chest.

The impact launched him through the side of a nearby office building.

Concrete exploded outward.

The vehicle didn’t stop.

Its wheels continued spinning.

Pushing.

Driving.

Pinning Abomination against multiple collapsing walls.

“No…”

Abomination dug both feet into the floor.

His muscles bulged.

He pushed with everything he had.

Nothing happened.

His eyes widened in realization.

‘Impossible.

A few minutes ago…

I crushed military tanks with my bare hands.’

‘So why…

Why can’t I stop one car?!’

The Camaro’s infernal engine only roared louder.

Its burning tires continued forcing him backward through another wall.

The Ghost Rider finally answered.

Without even looking.

“Because…

The one pushing you…

isn’t the car.”

The words echoed calmly across the battlefield.

“It is Judgment.”

…

Behind him…

Hulk remained strangely quiet.

The Ghost Rider loosened the chain slightly.

Not enough for Hulk to escape.

Just enough that it no longer felt like a restraint.

More like…

A guiding hand.

“I understand you.”

Hulk slowly looked up at him.

“You wake up…

And every time you do…

People try to kill Hulk or to capture you for their gain.”

The giant’s breathing slowed.

“Hulk didn’t ask to be hunted.”

“Hulk didn’t ask soldiers to shoot him.”

“Hulk didn’t ask to become a monster.”

The Ghost Rider slowly turned Hulk’s attention toward the surrounding streets.

“Hulk.

Look.”

The giant reluctantly followed his gaze.

Dozens of civilians stood watching.

Children.

Parents.

Elderly people.

Some hid behind cars.

Others peeked from broken buildings.

Every single one of them looked terrified.

Not just of Abomination.

Of Hulk too.

The Ghost Rider’s voice remained calm.

“They don’t know the difference.”

“They only see two monsters destroying their city due to their fight.”

Hulk lowered his head still thinking how even Banner’s hate him for no reason.

The Ghost Rider continued.

“I know Bruce isn’t the only one inside.

I know Hulk is here too.”

The green giant looked back at him.

There was no hatred in those burning eye sockets.

Only understanding.

The Ghost Rider spoke the words Hulk had unknowingly longed to hear since the day he first existed.

“I accept Hulk.”

Silence.

“I don’t fear Hulk.”

Another silence.

“And…”

The Ghost Rider slowly released one side of the burning chain.

“I will help both Bruce…

and Hulk.”

The enormous green giant stared at the flaming skull for several long seconds.

Something inside him…

Something buried beneath endless anger…

Quietly trembled.

No one had ever separated Hulk from Bruce.

No one had ever spoken to him as though he were his own person.

No one had ever looked at him…

And simply…

Accepted him.

For the first time in his existence…

Hulk heard the words his heart had always wanted.

Not “Banner.” Not “Monster.” Not “Weapon.”

Just…

“Hulk.”

And someone saying…

“I accept Hulk.”
