Several shadowy figures stepped out from its depths, led by a sickly young man covered in pale hands.

They advanced toward Class 1-A.

No one knew what was happening.

“What’s that?

Is this like the entrance exam?

Another surprise test without warning?” “Don’t move!” Aizawa snapped.

His tone told them everything.

This was not training.

The man covered in hands was Tomura Shigaraki.

Yuto recognized him at once.

His eyes sharpened.

“They’re villains.” Class 1-A reacted in different ways.

For most of them, this was the first time they had ever faced real villains.

Shigaraki swept his gaze over them like he was looking at prey.

“Thirteen,” he said.

“And Eraser Head too?

According to the schedule we obtained, All Might should have been here today.” Aizawa’s voice went cold.

“So your target is All Might.

He ran into something on the way and couldn’t make it here.” Shigaraki scratched at his neck.

“Where is he?

We brought so many people all the way here.

All Might.

The Symbol of Peace.

And he’s not here.” His arms opened slightly, and his gaze crawled over the students again.

“If we kill these kids, will he show up?” Dark mist gathered beside him.

Kurogiri bowed with disturbing politeness.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you.

We’re the League of Villains.

Forgive our sudden visit to U.A.

High School, the home of heroes.

We came here to end the Symbol of Peace, All Might.” His golden eyes narrowed within the mist.

“He is not here, but that does not change our objective.

If we kill you, All Might will come.” A wave of malice swept toward the class.

Kirishima stared at them.

“Villains?

Are they insane?” “They broke into a hero school?

That’s stupid.” Yuto’s expression stayed calm.

“They would not appear here without preparation.

Someone among them can probably jam the sensors.

They knew our class schedule, chose the right location, and warped in directly.” He looked at the black mist.

“It sounds absurd, but they aren’t weak.

This is a planned attack against All Might.” “All Might?” one student said.

“He’s the No.

1 Hero.

Are they crazy?” “Why would they come after someone that strong?” Yuto did not explain further.

He knew All Might was already wounded.

His hand moved toward Wado Ichimonji.

“If villains are here, then we fight.” Aizawa stretched out one arm and stopped him.

Yuto’s reaction surprised him.

Among the students, only Yuto and Bakugo were showing obvious fighting spirit.

Bakugo was Bakugo.

Yuto was different.

Was he that confident?

“Thirteen,” Aizawa said.

“Evacuate the students and try to contact the school.

The villains prepared for this, so this is going to be troublesome.

Take the students out of the USJ and call for backup.” Midoriya stepped forward, worried.

“Sensei, are you going to fight them alone?

Your Erasure Quirk is amazing, but against that many villains…” Aizawa’s Binding Cloth unfurled as he moved in.

“A hero who can only do one thing won’t last long.” His eyes turned red.

The villains’ Quirks vanished, and his Binding Cloth lashed out.

A moment later, several of them were down.

“Aizawa-sensei is amazing!” “His close-combat skills are way stronger than I expected!” “With his goggles hiding his eyes, the villains don’t know whose Quirk he’s erasing.

That makes him even more dangerous.” Groans filled the USJ.

Aizawa moved like an assassin, using his Erasure and martial arts to tear through the villains.

For a moment, he held the entire group back by himself.

Thirteen hurried the class.

“Everyone, we need to run.” The students began to move.

Yuto did not.

His feet stayed rooted to the floor.

Ochaco grabbed his sleeve.

“Yuu-kun, what are you doing?

Hurry!

The villains are right there.” “There are too many of them,” Yuto said.

“Aizawa-sensei is fighting like that because he is trying to protect us.

He forced his way into the middle of the villains to keep them away from us.” His gaze stayed on Aizawa.

“But his Quirk is not suited for a long battle against a crowd.

He is strongest in short surprise attacks.

This is different from his usual work.” As if proving him right, Aizawa’s movements began to slow.

His breathing grew heavier.

Sweat slid down his face.

The villains surrounded him, pressing him from every direction.

“Aizawa-sensei is fighting to protect us,” Yuto said.

“If we are the ones being protected, then when invaders attack U.A., we should protect it too.” His thumb pushed Wado Ichimonji from its sheath.

“That’s what heroes do.

That’s why people respect them.” Steel flashed.

Running away was not an option for Yuto.

Thirteen stared at him.

So this was Yuto Kanzaki.

A student with the kind of presence that could pull others forward.

“You should still escape,” Thirteen said.

“Leave this to me and Aizawa…” They stopped.

The atmosphere around Class 1-A had changed.

Panic, worry, and fear had not vanished completely, but something hotter had risen in their place.

Bakugo clenched his fists.

“Kanzaki, this is the first time I’ve agreed with you.

Running doesn’t suit me either.

We’re fighting.” Kirishima grinned.

“Yeah.

That’s manly.” Tsuyu nodded.

“Yuto-chan is right.

If we run, Aizawa-sensei will be in serious danger.

We’re students, but we are also future heroes.” Todoroki’s expression remained calm.

“Retreating would be the sensible choice.

But we can’t abandon our teacher.” Aizawa heard them and ground his teeth.

“You idiots.

Why aren’t you running?

Idiots.

Every last one of you.” Even as he said it, warmth stirred in his chest.

Class 1-A really had changed after Yuto arrived.

Was this what All Might had seen in him?

“How moving,” Shigaraki said.

“This is exactly why I hate Pro Heroes.

A crowd of hypocrites pretending to be noble.” Then he moved.

He moved in a blur, rushing toward Aizawa with clear intent to kill.
