“You’ve chosen to trust him, B?” Killer B nodded.
“Kurama told me we can trust him too!” Naruto had also decided to believe Ren.
The entire shinobi world understood that extracting a tailed beast from its jinchūriki normally meant immediate death.
But Ren had promised that neither Naruto nor Killer B would be harmed.
They were willing to trust him once.

Make whatever preparations you need, and then we’ll begin.” Ren gave the relevant people a moment to prepare before turning toward Obito.

I need to borrow it.” He held out his hand.
Obito looked away and tried to avoid answering.
The seal around his neck tightened.
Reluctantly, he took out the spare Rinnegan and handed it over.
“One eye should be enough, right?” Obito knew Ren intended to use the Rinnegan to control the tailed beasts.
He had no desire to tear the eye currently implanted in his socket back out.
It hurt far too much.
Ren glanced at him.
“One is enough.” He put the Rinnegan away.
Madara watched from the side, inwardly furious.

Why were they passing it around as though it were an ordinary tool?
“Let’s go.” Ren led everyone to a broad clearing outside Kumogakure.
At his signal, Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, and Tsunade moved to four separate positions.
“Four Red Yang Formation!” A massive barrier rose around the clearing.
It was extraordinarily powerful and nearly impossible to break from within.
However, the barrier had not been created to imprison anyone.
Its purpose was to contain the disturbance that would follow and prevent Kumogakure or any innocent bystanders from being caught in it.

“Summoning Jutsu!” Using the Rinnegan’s power, Ren summoned the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
Obito’s expression changed instantly.
First, Ren had somehow summoned the statue that was supposed to answer only to him.
Second, the Demonic Statue still contained the seven tailed beasts Obito had spent so much time and effort capturing.
The feeling was deeply uncomfortable.
His own exclusive summon was being controlled by someone else right in front of him.
“Come out.” Under Ren’s control, the Demonic Statue opened its mouth and released all seven captured tailed beasts.
The moment they regained their freedom, panic swept through them.
Each one went wild and attempted to flee immediately.
They charged in every direction, some of them rushing straight toward the gathered people.
Those that tried to escape were repelled by the Four Red Yang Formation.
The barrier gave them no path out.
The Four-Tails and Six-Tails, both overwhelmed by panic and rage, charged toward the crowd.
Even the Five Kage hesitated to intercept them.
“Hmph.” Madara stamped one foot.
A terrifying wave of chakra erupted from his body and crashed down upon both tailed beasts.
The Four-Tails and Six-Tails froze in fear.
In their panic, they began gathering chakra for Tailed Beast Bombs.
“You beasts had better settle down.” Madara manifested his Perfect Susanoo.
The towering warrior stepped forward and directly blocked both Tailed Beast Bombs.
Everyone inside and outside the barrier stared in disbelief.
