Thanks for all the support!

From the corner of his eye, Shisui saw Yuto being attacked by three Kumogakure spies, and his heart sank.
He tried to break away and support him, but Oroi’s Lightning Release forced him back, blasting blackened cracks into the ground.
“Don’t get distracted, Konoha brat!”
Oroi grinned viciously and formed hand seals.
Lightning formed a barrier around his body.
“Your opponent is me!”
Shisui’s three-tomoe Sharingan spun rapidly.
He clearly saw the danger on the distant battlefield.
Yuto’s chakra was nearly exhausted, yet he was still fighting three chunin with no regard for his life.
Tsukimi’s left arm was dripping with blood as she desperately tried to break through the Lightning Release blockade.
At that moment, Shisui deeply regretted his decision.
He should not have brought only Yuto and Tsukimi to capture the Kumogakure spies.
He had been too confident in his own strength and had not expected an elite jonin like Oroi to be among the spies.
If Oroi had only been an ordinary jonin, Shisui would definitely not have struggled this much.
Based on his performance in the original story, Shisui should have been able to think of these things.
But right now, he was still young, far from as mature as he would be when he taught Itachi.
Besides, most members of the Police Force were carrying out patrol missions inside the village.
Even if Shisui had realized from the start that the mission might be difficult, it would have been hard to gather more manpower.
“Body Flicker Technique!”
Shisui’s figure suddenly blurred, but at the instant he flashed forward, lightning cut him off.
Oroi’s Lightning Release chakra burst across his skin, opening tiny sprays of blood.
“I told you.
You are not going anywhere.”
Boom!
Flames suddenly rose from Yuto’s direction, and the shock wave from the explosion tore away half the treetops.
Shisui’s pupils contracted sharply, the soaring flames reflected in his Sharingan.
Oroi took the chance to slam an elbow into him and smash him into the rock wall.
“Worried about your teammate?
You should worry about yourself.”
Yuto staggered out of the smoke from the explosion.
Half of his body was burned, and blood dripped down his charred skin.
His bloodstained mouth twisted into a grin, and he roared at the three spies.
“Is that all you’ve got?
Kumogakure trash can’t even kill a genin?”
Kakui flew into a rage.
Lightning Release chakra wrapped around his blade again.
“You’re dead!”
The three spies lunged at the same time.
Steel and lightning flashed together once more.
Seeing this, Tsukimi grew frantic.
Shisui was being held back by the Kumogakure jonin and could not assist.
If this continued, Yuto’s life would be in danger.
Ignoring the injury on her left arm, she forced herself to form hand seals.
“Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Jutsu!”
Several fireballs forced back the spy holding her in place.
Tsukimi immediately leaped toward Yuto, but she had not expected the spy to avoid the Phoenix Sage Fire Jutsu with the Substitution Jutsu.
Squelch!
A kunai sank deep into her right leg, and Tsukimi dropped to one knee with a muffled groan.
What a perfect chance!
Yuto thought excitedly.
Tsukimi was now in a life-or-death situation.
If he risked his life to rush forward and save her, it absolutely would not count as suicide.
He could definitely collect the compensation money.
And if he died saving Tsukimi, he would surely earn her tears too.
The payout would rise to at least two hundred million.
Today, no one could stop him, Yuto Uchiha, from getting himself killed.
The ninja blade was already stabbing toward Tsukimi’s back.
In that flash of lightning, Yuto used the Body Flicker Technique and slammed into Tsukimi, knocking her away.
The lightning-wrapped blade pierced his chest with a wet sound.
Blood splashed across Tsukimi’s pale face.
Trembling, she caught Yuto’s falling body, and the tomoe in her Sharingan spun wildly.
“Why…?”
Tsukimi’s voice broke apart.
Yuto coughed up blood and laughed softly.
“Because protecting my comrades is my ninja way.”
After delivering the perfect final line for Tsukimi to remember him by, a ferocious smile tugged at the corner of Yuto’s mouth.
He clutched the ninja blade piercing his chest with both hands.
Under the horrified gaze of the spy behind him, he actually pulled the blade out of his own body by force.
Blood sprayed like a fountain, but he seemed unable to feel pain.
Squelch!
The tip of the blade stabbed precisely into the spy’s throat.
Disbelief froze in the man’s widened eyes.
Yuto spun and kicked the corpse away.
The bloodstained ninja blade flipped in his palm and returned to his grip.
The remaining three spies were intimidated by his reckless fighting style and did not dare step forward for a moment.
“Is this guy…
a monster?”
One of them was trembling.
Yuto’s body had long since been pushed past its limit.
Only willpower kept him standing on the verge of collapse.
He spat out bloody foam and stepped forward.
Every step left a bloody footprint on the ground.
“Next.”
Seeing this scene, the tomoe in Shisui’s Sharingan contracted sharply, and his ocular power surged like a tide.
His figure split into dozens of afterimages in the air.
Each afterimage charged toward Oroi with sharp killing intent.
This was his signature technique, the Phantom Body Flicker Technique.
The afterimages, impossible to distinguish between real and false, surrounded Oroi completely.
“Genjutsu: Sharingan!”
Oroi’s vision twisted instantly, and a powerful wave of dizziness struck him.
But he was an experienced elite jonin.
He bit the tip of his tongue and forced himself to stay awake as Lightning Release chakra erupted around his body in a blinding flash.
“Don’t think you can get away with that!”
He roared and formed hand seals.
“Lightning Release: Heavy Current!”
Violent lightning exploded from around his elbow, and several of Shisui’s afterimages vanished in the lightning.
However, the real Shisui had already used the opening to break through the blockade and race toward Yuto.
“As if I’ll let you!”
Oroi’s eyes went bloodshot with fury.
He knew very well that if Shisui joined the other battlefield, his subordinates would have no chance of surviving.
Even if Oroi lost his own life, he had to buy his subordinates a chance to live.
As a Kumogakure spy, he had long since become exhausted by day after day of disguise.
If even one of his subordinates could escape this place, then paying with his life would be worth it.
Violent Lightning Release chakra surged into his legs, and his speed suddenly increased.
This was a secret technique Oroi had created by imitating the Lightning Release Chakra Mode.
It could greatly increase his speed.
However, his body was far inferior to that of the Third and Fourth Raikage.
After using the technique for only a few seconds, his legs would become unbearably painful, leaving him unable to continue moving.
Oroi flew forward and locked his powerful arms tightly around Shisui.
Shisui tensed his arms and used all his strength to struggle free, but his physical strength could not compare to Oroi, who came from Kumogakure.
To support Yuto in time, Shisui drew a kunai from his ninja pouch and stabbed it hard into Oroi’s back.
Blood sprayed out.
But Oroi acted as if he could not feel pain.
His arms remained locked like iron clamps.
Blood spilled from the corner of Oroi’s mouth as he roared at Kakui and the others.
“Kakui!
Do it!
Kill those two brats!”
Hearing him, ruthlessness flashed in Kakui’s eyes.
Lightning Release chakra wrapped around his blade once more as he rushed toward the heavily injured Yuto and Tsukimi.
Tsukimi gritted her teeth and forced herself up, trying to form hand seals.
But her chakra was exhausted, her vision blurred, and her trembling fingers could not complete the seals.
Yuto staggered in front of her, raising the bloodstained ninja blade across his chest.
Although the wound in his chest was still gushing blood, his eyes remained wild.
“Come on, you Kumogakure scum!”
Come on.
Kill me.
Yuto laughed wildly inside.
Wonderful.
He could finally die.
My old world, wait for me.
I’m about to return.
Just then, a kunai wrapped in a special seal shot into the battlefield from a distance.
A flash of golden light followed, and a blond young man appeared beside the kunai.
Yuto knew nothing about any of this.
Because he had lost too much blood, he had already collapsed.
A smile still hung on the corner of his mouth as he believed he was about to return to his old world with two hundred million in cash.
