For seven days they did the deed without any stop. Though Karna could do it for an infinitely long time, they stopped since Hidimbi was getting tired.

Karna chuckled. He had already told Hidimbi that he had recently gotten a divine blessing. So, now after powering up, he wanted to win some kingdom and become a king.
Hidimbi suggested an Ekachakra kingdom, because it was just a vassal kingdom ruled by a weak king with a small army. So it would be very easy to take it over.
But it was in the opposite direction from Hastinapura. So, going there would have delayed the meeting with his village girls, and he didn’t want that.
What’s more, that kingdom was very small, so there was no point taking it over in the first place, when the king of Ekachakra was going to just surrender to him in the future. So Karna thought, why waste time there?

’’ Never remove your protection or harm yourself ever again’’ Hidimbi said seriously, and her eyes were watery. Karna was sure that if he denied her, it was going to make her cry.
" Well, well, alright, " Karna said.
Hidimbi nodded and carefully held his wrist. She was a little more than a foot taller than him; Karna was 6’2 and his aging stopped at around 22. So maybe he wouldn’t grow more, unless some unexpected power gain happened.
Hidimbi suddenly raised her head.
"There were people ahead’’ after saying that, she closed her eyes and started moving her lips like saying something without noise.
Soon her body size shifted, and she turned small, about the same height as his. Her clothes turned into a red saree, and her horns disappeared. Her clean black hair was tied into a loose braid. In the middle parting of her hair, a red line of sandoor appeared — a red line of vermilion powder— and right at the start of that red line on her forehead, a small jeweled pendant (maange-tikka) was hanging down. It was the sign that she was married.
Karna shook his head and chuckled.
"How do I look, husband?" Hidimbi asked.
"You were prettier before," Karna simply told the truth.
Hidimbi giggled.
While Karna’s ears picked up the voices ahead, from the sound, they were some young men talking with each other.

There, Duryodhana saw an opportunity, so he gifted a kingdom to Karna, bringing a great archer to his side.
