I’m motivated now!
Yosh!

In a remote, dark alley in The City, a masked figure holding a bag ran, his eyes shining with glee, and behind him security officers pursued.
“Stop right there!” One of the officers shouted.
“Hehehe, catch me if you can!” The masked man shouted as he weaved through the alleys of The City, feeling immensely grateful to the one who killed the seven guardians of the globe.
Although they were the same number as the Seven from Vought, the seven guardians of the globe were noticeably more justice-driven, being able to track and detain any criminals in minutes—during the era of the seven guardians of the globe, no criminal dared to act.
“Stealing a purse from an old woman, didn’t your mom teach you some manners?”
A voice drifted from above, and the thief skidded to a stop, slowly raising his head in horror to see a handsome boy hovering mid-air.
His hair and clothes swayed with the wind, and his blue eyes stared at him from above.
Jack vanished, appearing in front of the masked man in a flash, and lightly punched his chest.
_Boom!_
The masked man was sent flying, crashing into the wall and weakly slumped down to the floor.
Jack turned to the two stunned officers and agreed.
“I’ll leave the rest to you.”
_Boom!_
With a visible shockwave, Jack flew up to the sky, and it was only when he was above the clouds did he twirled in the air like a girl.
“I must have looked badass!” Jack grinned like an idiot.
It was only a person who had once been a normal human who would understand how great the feeling of transitioning to a supe is.
“Number 1 thing to remember in the path of being the perfect superhero is — the entrance!” Jack muttered as he drifted through the sky lazily, a wide grin plastered on his face.
“Next should be the costume, but that would be planned later. First, I should complete my debut!”
Jack’s eyes sharpened and he descended.

_Wee!_ _Wee!_
Police sirens spread through the air of The City as five police cars sped through the asphalt road, pursuing two fast-moving cars.
(A/N: In _Invincible_, Mark later moved to Chicago, but sometimes the city he lives in is called The City both in the cartoon and the comic, so I’m using that to better integrate other worlds)
Inside the police cars, the policemen kept talking into their walkie-talkies, seeking reinforcement.
Suddenly from above, searing red beams cut through the asphalt road.
The two cars at the front drifted to a stop, and two men — twins — stepped outside.
“Face the car and put your hands behind your back!” A policeman who had stepped out of his car shouted, pointing his gun at one of the brothers.
“Heh! Brother, did you hear that?!” One of the brothers with a scar across his left cheek shouted, flames bursting around his arm.
“I think these officers need some flames!”
_Swoosh!_
He threw a ball of burning flames at a police car.
“Run!”
An officer shouted, and the others scattered, running in different directions.
_Boom!_
The car exploded, and the culprit smiled viciously.
“Hahaha! Watch them run! I like leaving the law flustered!” The scarred brother laughed in pleasure, but the other brother didn’t share the same feeling, his eyes cautiously scanning the surroundings.
“Felix, don’t get distracted. Someone stopped us, most likely a supe —”
“I’m here.”
A voice from the side interrupted the man’s words.
Jack gripped the neck of the scarred brother and lifted him up, the man’s legs dangling helplessly as his body burst into flames.
But with his indestructible body, Jack ignored the attack.
“Let my brother go!” The other brother shouted as he opened his palm, freezing ice mist gushing out in a wave.
_Zoom!_
Jack turned to the attack, and his eyes flared a bright red, firing two beams of hot red lasers.
The two attacks clashed, and there was no intense struggle.
Jack’s lasers easily pierced through the ice and struck the hand of the ice man, burning through it.
“Ahh!!!” The ice man screamed in pain, the gushing ice mist dissipating.
Jack turned to the scarred man, now unconscious from the stranglehold, and threw him away before turning back to the ice man.
“Do you like ice?” Jack smirked.
“I’ll give you ice.”
_Whoosh!_
Jack blew softly at the ice man.
Ice mist colder than the man’s own struck him, freezing him solid.
Jack turned to the policemen, gave them a nod, and shot up to the sky.

The hours slowly ticked away, and Jack kept moving throughout the city saving civilians, stopping a bank robbery, catching a purse thief, and helping the police deal with criminals too tough for them.
Although crimes were common in The City, he was neither the only hero nor the only debuting one, although he hadn’t forgotten to casually drop his name during the bank robbery:
Superboy.
A name now famous not only in the police department but also in the media.

“Huu… today has truly been an exhausting day,” Jack sighed as he drifted through the clouds, staring at his system.
[Name: Jack Davis]
[Age: 18]
[Template: Superboy-Prime]
[Current synchronization: 0.3%]
[Current Abilities: Laser beam, super strength, super regeneration, flight, super speed, enhanced hearing and eyesight, indestructible body, X-ray vision, cold breath, Bio-field, perception manipulation(low)]
“It only increased by that much?” Jack muttered, “But now that I think about it, it seems reasonable. Superboy-Prime can be ranked in the top 30, if not higher, in the DC world. If it goes too fast, it would just be ridiculous.”
After drifting through the clouds for minutes, Jack finally stopped above his house and smiled.
“I still need some sleep. After all, I’m a student. The best persona for a perfect hero,” he muttered, smiled, and then shot downward.
Unknown to him, his name and figure were already on almost all the news channels in The City.
