Teachers walked with files in their hands.

Being one of Gujarat’s best schools meant every student was chasing something.

A rank.

A trophy.

A position.

A dream.

In XI-A…

The atmosphere was slightly different.

Because of one person.

“Mitsuri Kanroji.” Kabir leaned back on his chair.

“I still can’t believe someone with pink hair actually joined our school.” Rohan looked up.

“Her hair color isn’t important.” Kabir nodded.

“True.” A pause.

“But it is very noticeable.” The class laughed.

Dhruv entered with his books.

“Morning.” “Morning, Dhruv.” He sat down and opened his notebook.

Mitsuri entered a few seconds later.

The whispers started again.

She smiled awkwardly.

Dhruv noticed.

This time, instead of immediately looking away…

He gave a small smile.

“Morning.” Mitsuri looked surprised.

Then smiled back.

“Morning.” A tiny interaction.

Nothing more.

But it was their first normal greeting.

— Scene 2 – The Curious Classmate During mathematics class…

Mitsuri struggled to find one formula.

She quietly checked her notebook.

Dhruv noticed from the side.

He pushed his notebook slightly toward her.

The formula was written there.

Mitsuri looked at him.

“Thank you.” Dhruv nodded.

“You’re welcome.” The teacher continued teaching.

No conversation.

No drama.

Just help.

Naina whispered to Mitsuri.

“He’s like that with everyone.” Mitsuri looked at Dhruv.

“Really?” “Yeah.” “He helped Rohan yesterday too.” Mitsuri smiled.

“That’s nice.” — Scene 3 – Deep’s Plan Begins Meanwhile…

Class IX-B.

Deep sat dramatically on his chair.

Alya looked at him.

“I already know that face.” “What face?” “The face you make before doing something stupid.” Deep placed a hand on his heart.

“I am offended.” “You should be.” Deep ignored her.

“Mission name.” He stood up.

“Operation Pink Hair.” Alya stared.

“…You actually named it?” “Of course.” “Why?” “Because every important mission needs a name.” “This is not a military operation.” “It involves friendship, emotions, and strategy.” Alya sighed.

“You’re helping two people talk.” “Exactly.” “Humans really make everything complicated.” Deep smiled.

“That’s why life is interesting.” — Scene 4 – Alya Meets Mitsuri Lunch break.

Alya walked toward XI-A.

Mitsuri was sitting alone near the library courtyard.

Alya approached.

“Hi.” Mitsuri looked up.

“Oh, hello.” “I’m Alya.” “We met yesterday.” Mitsuri smiled.

“Yes.

Deep’s girlfriend.” Alya blinked.

“You remember?” “He talks loudly.” Alya laughed.

“That sounds exactly like him.” She sat beside Mitsuri.

“So how are you adjusting?” Mitsuri looked around the campus.

“It’s bigger than my old school.” “Everyone is friendly.” “But…” She hesitated.

“Everything feels new.” Alya nodded.

“I understand.” “Don’t worry.” “You’ll get used to it.” Mitsuri smiled.

“Thank you.” A small friendship began.

— Scene 5 – Cricket Ground After school.

The sound of a cricket ball hitting a bat echoed across the field.

CRACK!

Dhruv’s shot went straight between the fielders.

The senior captain caught the ball.

“Good shot.” Dhruv removed his gloves.

“Thank you.” “You’ve played before?” “Since childhood.” The captain nodded.

“Your timing is good.” Dhruv smiled.

“But I still have a lot to improve.” The captain noticed that answer.

Most students wanted praise.

Dhruv wanted improvement.

Interesting.

— Scene 6 – Society Discovery Evening.

Sunrise Residency.

Deep walked beside Alya.

“So…” “The important information?” Alya looked at him.

“You mean the normal information?” “Yes.” “Mitsuri lives here.” Deep stopped walking.

“…What?” “House No.

11.” “Are you serious?” Alya nodded.

Deep looked toward the houses.

Then smiled.

“Fate.” Alya immediately replied.

“Society planning.” “Same thing.” “No.” “Close enough.” — Scene 7 – The Park Meeting The society park was full of children playing.

Dhruv arrived after cricket practice.

Deep waved.

“Dhruv!” Dhruv walked over.

Then stopped.

Mitsuri was there.

“Hi.” “Hi.” A small silence.

Deep immediately jumped in.

“So!” “You both live here.” Mitsuri smiled.

“I didn’t know.” Dhruv looked around.

“Welcome to Sunrise Residency.” “Thank you.” Alya smiled.

“You’ll like it here.” “It’s a peaceful place.” Mitsuri looked around.

Children laughing.

Neighbors talking.

The evening breeze.

“I think I will.” — Scene 8 – Urvi Arrives A voice came from behind.

“Dhruv.” Everyone turned.

Urvi stood there with grocery bags.

She looked at the group.

“Oh.” “Guests?” Dhruv nodded.

“Friends.” Urvi smiled.

“Nice to meet you all.” Deep immediately whispered to Alya.

“His sister is cool.” Alya nodded.

“She is.” Urvi looked at Dhruv.

Then at Mitsuri.

A small teasing smile appeared.

Dhruv immediately noticed.

“Di.” “I didn’t say anything.” “You were going to.” “I was thinking.” “Same thing.” Everyone laughed.

— Scene 9 – The First Group The evening continued.

They talked about school.

Clubs.

Teachers.

Subjects.

Deep told embarrassing stories about himself.

Alya corrected half of them.

Dhruv laughed more than usual.

Mitsuri noticed.

He wasn’t just the serious boy from class.

He was someone who enjoyed simple moments.

Before leaving…

Mitsuri looked at everyone.

“See you tomorrow.” “See you.” She walked toward House No.

11.

Dhruv watched for a second.

Then turned back.

“Deep.” “Yes?” “Don’t start anything weird.” Deep smiled.

“No promises.” — Scene 10 – Mitsuri’s Journal Night.

Mitsuri sat near her window.

She opened her journal.

> Today was better.

I made my first friend here.

I also met Dhruv’s sister.

Everyone in Sunrise Residency feels warm.

Dhruv laughs more with his friends.

I think…

I want to know more about him.

She closed the journal.

Outside…

The lights of Sunrise Residency shined quietly.

A new student had arrived.

But she was no longer alone.
