GASP! Still reeling from the shock, Mason Hughes respectfully led her over to sign the contract. Anyone who could casually swipe ninety million from a bank card usually had an account balance of no less than a billion. And with a billion in liquid assets, their total net worth had to be in the tens of billions!

Rian Sinclair gave Ash Sinclair a kick. "Get over here and sign this, little brother."

Ash looked completely bewildered. "Huh? Didn’t you say you’d give it to me when I graduated, Rian?"Full novel: The Rebate Tycoon: Spend on Him, Get Rich — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Rian rolled her eyes. "I’m putting it under your name."

"Huh?"

Finding him annoyingly slow, she grabbed him by the ear. "What do you mean ’huh’? Just sign it."

After a bewildered Ash finished signing his name, Rian took the car keys handed to her. Mason finally sorted out his complicated feelings. He wondered how a ninety-million car could be so casually registered under someone else’s name.

[DING! Detected that the Host has tipped a target with a 90-point beauty score exactly ninety million. You have received a cashback of nine hundred million! Please check your balance promptly!]

Hearing the system’s broadcast, Rian’s lips curled up into a smile. Her bank account balance had successfully entered the billionaire tier.

Having processed his shock, Mason reached out a hand to Rian. "Congratulations on the new car, Miss. Could I get your contact information? We will notify you immediately whenever we get any good cars in."

Seeing his polite attitude and lack of the typical arrogance expected of a big boss, Rian was more than happy to make this kind of friend. She readily gave him her contact details.

Jason Rivers, who had followed them, watched in awe as this very young girl bought the Ferrari LaFerrari in full. He hurried over and asked rather presumptuously, "Miss, could I get your contact info?"

Rian frowned at the guy who had popped out of nowhere to block her path, looking completely impatient.

[DING! Spending target detected! Beauty score: 88 points. Qualifies for spending. Please tip the target as soon as possible to receive cashback!]

Rian hadn’t expected a random guy off the street to qualify for cashback. Were handsome men just everywhere nowadays?

[Not quite, Host. In your city, handsome men make up 30% of the population, but in your immediate vicinity, the ratio is 49%. Furthermore, your brother is also a handsome man. There is a saying here that attractive people flock together. According to system scans, 60% of your brother’s friends are handsome.]

Listening to the system’s explanation, Rian sized up the man who had run over to them. His immediate demand for her contact info left her with a poor impression of him.

Before she could even speak, Ash noticed someone actually asking for his sister’s number right in front of him. This guy clearly didn’t take him seriously at all!

Ash stepped in front of Rian to shield her. "What do you think you’re doing? Why should we give you my sister’s number? Seriously, man, just walking up and asking for a girl’s number—who taught you how to hit on people?"

His eyes were full of disgust, though a tiny hint of validation peeked through. The pickup attempt was cliché, sure, but didn’t this just prove how outstanding his sister was?

Jason looked at the defensive Ash in front of him, then at the frowning Rian behind him. For a moment, he suffered in silence, unable to defend himself.

Ash had no desire to hear Jason out. Anyone trying to take advantage of his sister—and doing it right to his face, no less—clearly thought nothing of him! Did this guy think his sister was that easy to pick up?

Before Jason could even figure out how to respond, Ash was already pulling his sister away. He kept muttering to her as they walked, "Rian, that guy is definitely up to no good. Next time you run into someone like that, stay far away. If he dares to bother you again, tell me. I’ll beat him so hard he won’t be able to find his way home."

Rian only smiled at her younger brother’s overprotective mode and didn’t say much. After all, if someone really tried to mess with her, it was hard to say who would be the one getting beaten up.

Back when they attended the same high school, getting hit on was a regular occurrence. Rian had long since learned how to handle it effortlessly. This kind of thing was an absolute breeze.

"Miss Sinclair, I need to handle the registration and put on the license plates," Mason said from the side. "You can come back in twenty minutes to pick up the car. You could take a stroll nearby, or give me an address, and we can deliver it to you later."

Rian naturally understood. "I’ll come back and pick it up later."

She bade him farewell and left the dealership with Ash.

Inside the dealership, Jason finally snapped out of it, only to see the siblings walking out the door. He didn’t have the thick skin to chase after them, so he could only turn to Mason with a bitter smile. Seeing Young Rivers like this, how could Mason not know what was on his mind?

"Don’t look at me. I gave you such a major client’s contact info, and you ended up pissing her off. If she gets mad and blocks my number, where would I go to cry? Who would I sell my cars to? So, Young Master Rivers, you’ll have to figure this out on your own."

"Mason, if you hadn’t refused to sell me that car, would I be in this mess?!" Jason felt incredibly wronged. He had lost control for a second and just blurted out what was on his mind to her.

"Young Rivers, I’m a businessman. She just offered way too much, so my hands were tied. If you can offer me that kind of money, I’ll source another one for you, how about that? Besides, is a guy like you ever short of cars to drive?" Mason looked at Jason with a smile. He knew exactly how this kid operated.

He only wanted the car for the novelty of it. Jason knew very well that the novelty would wear off, so he couldn’t bear to spend a fortune on a car he didn’t particularly love.

Jason ground his teeth in frustration. He was interested in the car, sure, but it wasn’t a must-have. He had purely wanted to borrow it for a spin, but Mason had stubbornly refused to let it go. Jason understood why, of course; if a car meant for exhibition was lent out beforehand, it would lose some of its mystique.

The really wealthy buyers wouldn’t want it afterward either. After all, once Young Master Rivers had already used it to show off, buying it would be pointless. Therefore, Mason’s stance was that Jason had to buy it outright. But Jason couldn’t bring himself to do it since he didn’t love the car that much. Now that someone had actually snatched the car right out from under his nose, he was the one who wanted to cry.

Mason sipped his tea with a smile. A young woman who could casually drop tens of millions definitely had an extraordinary background. Yet, in Argent, Mason had never heard of anyone named Rian Sinclair in the upper-class circles. So, who on earth was she?

Mason called over the sales assistant who had served Rian. "For Miss Sinclair’s car, register it with that license plate I set aside earlier."

The sales assistant was surprised but wasn’t foolish enough to question her boss. Acknowledging the instruction, she immediately went to prepare it. Beside him, however, Jason couldn’t sit still anymore.

"Wait, Mason, you spent a fortune buying that plate! You’re just giving it away?" He just felt it was a bit of a waste; after all, that license plate number was seriously epic.

But Jason also understood Mason’s intentions. He just wanted to curry favor with her. If Jason were in his shoes, he would probably do the same, right? After all, who else could drop ninety million as easily and casually as drinking water?

Meanwhile, outside the dealership, Rian and Ash were walking away.

Rian raised her hand to check the time. "When does your evening study session start?"

Ash spoke up after being asked, "Rian, didn’t we go to the same high school? It’s only been a few years, and you’ve already forgotten? Or are you..."
