The next day, when Song Qingxian opened her eyes, Lu Nanzhan was standing by the bedside, staring down at her. His dark eyes were unfathomable.

Beside him crouched a wolf. It was powerfully built, its fur sleek and glossy, its deep green eyes flashing with a vicious, sinister light.

Song Qingxian was startled. To her, Lu Nanzhan and this ferocious wolf seemed exactly alike, both radiating a terrifying aura that made people instinctively fear them.Full novel: Transmigrated Into a Novel: The Plan to Save a Yandere Sickly Paranoid Villain Boss — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

The wolf appeared hostile toward her, baring its sharp fangs.

Song Qingxian’s voice trembled slightly. “Azhan…”

“Shuangye.” Lu Nanzhan’s tone carried a hint of displeasure.

Instantly, Shuangye became obedient. It withdrew its fangs, and the sinister light in its green eyes faded away.

“What is it?” Song Qingxian faintly sensed something was off about Lu Nanzhan’s expression.

The number above his head had become 85.

Lu Nanzhan’s lips curved into a strange, cold smile. He lifted a phone in front of her. It was her old mobile, the only communication device she had left, which he had confiscated as well.

On the screen was a message:

“Qingxian, do you have time today? Let’s meet and discuss how to deal with him.”

His voice was icy, like it came from hell itself. “So it seems he still doesn’t know you’ve been brought back.”

Song Qingxian shook her head desperately. “It’s not what you think…”

“I’m rather curious,” Lu Nanzhan said as he leaned closer, his tall frame pressing in with overwhelming pressure and suffocating intensity, “how exactly you two plan to deal with me.”

“You clearly sleep beside me every day, and we even have a baby. So why are you still thinking about dealing with me?”

“I didn’t…”

“Xianxian, didn’t you say you wouldn’t lie to me anymore? Why aren’t you being good?”

He straightened and began replying to the message. Song Qingxian tried to grab the phone, but one of her hands was still cuffed to the bed and she could not reach him.

“Alright, Brother Chiyan. Send me the location.”

After replying, Lu Nanzhan showed her the screen.

“Xianxian, this is your way of speaking, isn’t it?”

Song Qingxian pressed her lips together in silence. In the novel, this was indeed how she spoke to Lu Chiyan. From childhood, she had always called him “Brother Chiyan.”

“Do you know,” Lu Nanzhan’s voice turned colder, “every time you call him Brother Chiyan, I feel like killing him.”

Song Qingxian felt the bloodlust in his gaze. “Azhan, what are you going to do?”

Lu Nanzhan sat on the bed and wrapped an arm around her shoulder. “What if I capture him and feed him to Shuangye?”

Shuangye was an intelligent wolf, seemingly able to understand human speech. Hearing its name, its green eyes flashed sharply.

Song Qingxian felt that with Lu Nanzhan’s level of madness, he was truly capable of doing it.

She grabbed the edge of his clothes. “Azhan, he’s your brother.”

Lu Nanzhan’s eyes turned as cold as thousand year frozen ice, his tone full of mockery.

“Brother? Xianxian, I have no family. I have nothing. How could I possibly have a brother?”

Seeing his cold and ruthless expression, Song Qingxian slowly released her grip on his clothes.

She wanted to save Lu Nanzhan too, but clearly, he had already become completely inhuman and insane.

She herself was already trapped, with no freedom at all. She could not even save herself, so how could she possibly save someone else?

The phone screen lit up again. Song Qingxian caught a glimpse of another message from Lu Chiyan:

“Don’t move. I’ll come to your place to find you, so he won’t notice.”

Lu Nanzhan’s hand tightened around the phone. His knuckles turned white, veins bulging on his hand. With sheer force, he almost crushed the device before violently throwing it aside. It hit the carpet with a dull thud.

Then he suddenly grabbed Song Qingxian’s chin, forcing her to look at him. His voice was vicious.

“He knows where you live, doesn’t he? You’ve been meeting him behind my back?”

Song Qingxian felt as though her jaw might be crushed.

Of course Lu Chiyan knew where she lived. After escaping, he had been the first person she contacted.

Thinking of this, Lu Chiyan actually seemed like the rare “clear-headed male lead” in this world. In the novel, no matter how Song Qingxian tried to please or seduce him, he remained unmoved, devoted only to Song Qinglan.

To him, Song Qingxian was nothing more than a scheming, malicious white lotus, a disposable pawn he could use.

Thinking this, Song Qingxian felt a strange heaviness in her chest.

She actually sympathized with the “Song Qingxian” in the book.

For some reason, she could feel such strong empathy toward a villain character in the story.

Lu Nanzhan was extremely dissatisfied with her distraction. His grip tightened again.

“Xianxian, why aren’t you behaving? I already told you, you are not allowed to see him. What do I have to do for you to listen?”

Song Qingxian groaned in pain. “It hurts…”

“Hurts?” Lu Nanzhan took her hand and pressed it against his chest. “But I hurt more here. Xianxian, do you know how much pain I’m in?”

“Let go of me.”

He released her chin. Her skin was already red. Lu Nanzhan lowered his head and kissed her chin gently, then moved upward and bit her lips.

“Mm…” She gasped in pain.

Lu Nanzhan extended his tongue, licking the blood from her lips. His eyes were tinged with a blood red glow, like a ruthless lone wolf.

A faint, bloodthirsty smile appeared in his eyes.

“Xianxian, I like it.”

Song Qingxian stared at him, trembling violently, her eyes filled with fear and disbelief.

He was insane. He was terrifying. Even worse than she had imagined. He was like a bloodthirsty, merciless beast devoid of humanity.

“You’re crazy!” she finally shouted.

Lu Nanzhan’s hand slowly traced over her body.

“Even if I am a madman, I am one you created.”

Song Qingxian stiffened.

Lu Nanzhan becoming what he was today was indeed something the original Song Qingxian could not escape responsibility for.

For two years, she had lied, schemed, and hurt him repeatedly. She had taken pleasure in tormenting him, crushing every bit of warmth he tried to give her.

Lu Nanzhan had always been solitary, cold, and unstable, but Song Qingxian had truly turned him into a monster.

Both of them were covered in sharp thorns now, hurting each other over and over.

Song Qingxian’s peach blossom eyes were moist and shimmering as she looked at him, fear mixed with a trace of pity.

Seeing her expression, Lu Nanzhan’s lips curved coldly.

“You feel sorry for him, don’t you?”

“I don’t.”

“I know you hate me. It doesn’t matter anymore. Xianxian, I don’t want to hold back anymore. This time, I’m going to kill him.”

With that, Lu Nanzhan turned and walked out.

Song Qingxian reached out to grab him but caught nothing but air.

“Azhan…” She called after him.

His steps paused for a brief moment, but he did not turn back and continued walking out of the room.

The number above his head surged to 90.

Song Qingxian’s heart pounded violently.

Lu Nanzhan was really going to kill the only relative who shared his blood.

Bloodlust and fratricide.

He was truly walking down a path of no return.

She could not stand by and watch him completely lose his humanity.

She had to find a way to warn Lu Chiyan, and make sure he did not go to the motel.
