Li Tong watched the chat for a while before changing both her profile picture and username to blank. None of her Big Brothers were in the group, and she had only stayed in this apartment a handful of times. Almost no one in the neighbourhood had ever seen her.

There were very few belongings here, so she clapped her hands and went from room to room, filling every wardrobe in the men’s bedrooms with clothes.

Only now, after remaining tense for so long, did Li Tong finally began to relax. She returned to her bedroom, collapsed onto the bed, and fell asleep the instant her head touched the pillow.

When she woke again, it was already past two in the afternoon.

The temperature had noticeably dropped.

Time inside the Small World was shared by everyone. As long as even one person entered it, the countdown would begin.

After waking up, she yawned, teleported to where her Big Brothers were resting, and ate lunch while keeping watch over them.

Lunch was sliced beef served over rice, cooked with hot pot soup base, accompanied by a cup of well water.

The system could provide ready made meals directly from storage.

Once she had finished eating, she simply tossed the bowls and chopsticks into the system’s recycling bin.

She leaned against the bedside, watching a television drama she had downloaded earlier.

A little after six in the evening, all five of them were automatically ejected from the Small World.

With her tiny arms and legs, there was no way Li Tong could move four grown men.

After several failed attempts, her little face flushed bright red from exhaustion, and she collapsed onto the floor, panting heavily.

Forget it.

Fortunately, the living room was covered with a thick carpet.

She took five quilts and pillows directly from the system, placed them beside the men, then set up two portable heaters next to them before collapsing onto the sofa, too tired to move another inch.

The four men finally woke shortly after six the next morning.

After stretching their bodies, they turned and noticed their Little Sister curled up asleep on the sofa.

Realising she had stayed beside them the entire time filled their hearts with warmth, and smiles naturally spread across their faces.

Xiong Ji carefully picked her up and carried her into the bedroom, gently tucking her beneath the duvet on the large bed.

Qin Shuo glanced at the pair from behind and muttered under his breath,

“Damn. I was one step too late.”

The four men examined themselves.

Every scar on their bodies had vanished.

Their bodies felt warm, light, and completely renewed.

Li Tong was always a light sleeper. Just after Xiong Ji finished tucking her in, she drowsily opened her eyes.

“Baby’s awake? Did Big Brother wake you?”

“Big Brother!”

She became fully alert in an instant, immediately sitting upright and carefully looking him over from head to toe.

“How do you feel? Your scars are gone!”

Xiong Ji thoroughly enjoyed having her soft little hands holding onto him. The corners of his lips curved upward as he gazed at his Little Sister with affectionate eyes.

Li Tong opened their status panels and quickly checked them. After confirming that everyone’s Health had finally reached one hundred, she happily knelt on the bed and threw her arms around him.

Xiong Ji wrapped both arms tightly around her slender waist, gently caressing it while greedily breathing in the scent that completely captivated him.

Had she looked into his eyes at that moment, she would have seen the intense longing and unhealthy obsession hidden within them.

She chatted away excitedly, but he did not hear a single word.

Lowering his head, he quietly kissed the top of her hair.

In truth, even if he had kissed her openly, it would not have mattered.

The four brothers had protected their Little Sister far beyond what was normal.

Since childhood, the only people around her had been the four of them.

They had competed to change her nappies, bathe her, and feed her when she was little, insisting on doing everything themselves.

As a result, Li Tong had long since become accustomed to every form of physical closeness they shared.

In her understanding, these were simply normal interactions between family members.

Unable to restrain himself any longer, Xiong Ji gently lifted her chin and lightly brushed her lips with his in the briefest of kisses.

“Hey! Big Brother, were you even listening to what I was saying?”

Li Tong pouted as she lightly pounded his firm, well defined chest with her tiny fists. Even when she was angry, she looked irresistibly adorable.

The other three men entered the room as well.

Seeing that their Little Sister was awake, they all crowded around her.

Jiang Xun smiled.

“Not sleeping anymore, little sweetheart?”

“I can’t fall back asleep. Are you all hungry? Let’s eat.”

Qin Shuo reacted the fastest.

He swiftly scooped her up with one arm and carried her toward the dining room.

With a casual wave of Li Tong’s hand, an entire table full of breakfast appeared out of thin air.

Steamed siu mai, wontons, steamed buns, soya milk, fried dough sticks, and countless other dishes covered the table.

The men ate quickly.

As soon as they finished, every pair of eyes turned toward their Little Sister.

Outside, the raging wind was so violent that even the high rise building trembled slightly.

Bang!

Crash!

Smash!

The sudden explosion of shattering glass startled Li Tong, who had always been timid.

Qin Shuo immediately pulled his precious Little Sister onto his lap and softly comforted her.

His strong, muscular arms wrapped around her as he gently patted her back again and again.

“It’s alright. Don’t be scared. The wind just shattered someone else’s windows.”

Soon afterward, the same sounds echoed repeatedly, accompanied by terrified screams from other residents.

Curled safely in Qin Shuo’s embrace, Li Tong felt completely secure.

At that moment, the doors of the two neighbouring apartments opened.

Neighbour A: “Did your windows shatter too?”

Neighbour B: “What are we supposed to do? Every window in our flat has broken! The wind’s so strong we can’t stay inside anymore!”

Neighbour A: “Same here. We tried hiding in the bathroom, but the wind was so powerful it even ripped the bathroom door apart!”

Neighbour B: “Property Management refuses to answer the phone. My child is still boarding at school, and I’m so worried I don’t even know which problem to deal with first!”

Knock! Knock! Knock!

Neighbour B: “Why are you knocking on this door? Doesn’t this flat usually stay empty?”

Neighbour A: “Someone’s here. I was taking my child to school this morning and heard people come back.”

Knock! Knock! Knock!

Neighbour A: “Neighbour! Could you open the door? I’m from next door.”

Knock! Knock! Knock!

No one inside paid any attention to them.

All four men’s attention remained fixed entirely on their Little Sister.

Unfortunately, the two women refused to give up.

With all four hands pounding on the door together, the relentless knocking soon became unbearably irritating.

Wearing an expression of obvious displeasure, Nan Qi got up and opened both security doors.

Outside stood two housewives in their thirties.

Both of their husbands worked away from home and were rarely around.

The moment they saw the handsome man standing before them, both women’s cheeks immediately flushed.

Nan Qi said nothing.

He silently counted to three before preparing to close the door.

“Wait, wait! Don’t close it!” Neighbour A hurriedly called. “Handsome, are you here all by yourself?”

The two women openly craned their necks, trying to peek inside.

Unfortunately for them, Nan Qi stood like an impenetrable wall, completely blocking their view.

They could not see a thing.

Neighbour A shyly lowered her head before looking up at him through her lashes.

“Handsome, your windows didn’t shatter? Could you let me and my children stay here for a while? Our place is uninhabitable now, and it’s freezing out here in the corridor.”

She pulled her two primary school aged children in front of her as she spoke.

Neighbour B quickly added, “Could you lend your older sister a power bank, handsome? My phone’s dead, and I’m all alone at home.”

Nan Qi looked at them coldly.

“I only came out to tell you two things.”

“Stop banging on the damn door. You’re annoying.”

Bang!

The door slammed shut without the slightest hesitation.

Leaving the people outside staring blankly at one another.
