Bipolar Overbearing CEO (15)
Such a Song Chubai seemed even more appetizing.
That absurd thought added some fertilizer to the seed named desire, and it quietly broke through the soil. Perhaps, very soon, it would grow into a towering tree.
Granny Lu, having finished tidying up the bowls and chopsticks, walked out of the kitchen and happened to witness this exact scene.
Her arrogant grandson was actually rubbing Song Chubai’s stomach, which was truly a rare sight.
It seemed that her grandson really liked the little fellow Song Chubai.
Granny Lu thought with a gentle smile, then quietly slipped back into the kitchen so as not to disturb the two of them.
On the sofa, Song Chubai’s eyelids grew increasingly heavy.
Getting sleepy after a full meal had always been his habit, and coupled with the fact that Lu Chenhan’s massage felt so comfortable, he could not help it and fell asleep leaning against Lu Chenhan’s shoulder.
Feeling the warmth radiating from his shoulder, Lu Chenhan lowered his gaze and looked at Song Chubai.
A faint pinkish hue shone through his porcelain-white skin, and his lips, which were very suited for kissing, carried a light watery sheen under the light, making them look even more tender.
He really was a captivating little fellow.
Lu Chenhan picked him up in his arms and walked upstairs.
His bedroom had always been kept in the old family estate. Although he rarely came back to stay, Granny Lu always had the room cleaned regularly, and even the bedsheets and quilt covers were periodically replaced with new ones.
Lu Chenhan carried Song Chubai into his bedroom and placed him on the bed.
He sat down on the edge of the bed, looking at the fast asleep Song Chubai with deep eyes.
His left hand embraced Song Chubai’s waist, his thumb rubbing back and forth against the soft flesh of his waist.
Although separated by clothing, he could clearly feel his body temperature and the smoothness of his skin.
An unprecedented tingling sensation spread from his fingertips, surged into his heart, and quickly flowed from his heart to all his limbs. It seemed as though it wanted to leave this strange tingling sensation in every part of his body before quickly gathering back together, surging into his heart, and intensifying that tingling sensation.
“Mm.” A soft murmur escaped from Song Chubai’s nose, carrying a tiny bit of a soft nasal tone.
This sound was not like the lively and spirited soft hums when he was awake, but rather a tender softness, as if a feather had lightly brushed against his heart and quickly withdrawn.
Lu Chenhan could not help pressing his lips together, his throat inexplicably dry as a ball of fire gathered in his chest and surged downward.
His gaze shifted slightly downward, a dark shade flashing through his eyes.
“Song Chubai?” He lowered his voice and called his name.
No reply came.
The soft murmur just now seemed to be merely an unintentional whisper. Perhaps he was having some wonderful dream, which was why he made such a strange sound.
But what kind of wonderful dream would make someone produce a sound like that? Lu Chenhan could not help feeling curious.
He moved his body a bit closer to Song Chubai.
Being closer, he could clearly smell the light fragrance on him, which felt like the scent of body wash, or perhaps his natural scent.
It unexpectedly suited his preferences, making him yearn for it and move even closer.
“Did you dream of me?” he murmured softly, likely afraid of waking Song Chubai up, his voice dropped so low that it was practically just a breath of air.
Naturally, the sleeping Song Chubai could not possibly answer Lu Chenhan.
However, in Lu Chenhan’s mind, silence was already quite skillfully equated to an affirmative answer.
The corners of his lips curved upward, his lowered voice tinged with a hoarse undertone.
“You’re being so well-behaved, shouldn’t I give you a reward?”
Song Chubai: Huhu zzz.
A smile hung on the corners of Lu Chenhan’s lips, and without any warning, his lips landed right on Song Chubai’s lips.
The sensation, which was even softer than he had imagined, made Lu Chenhan almost unable to control himself from deepening the kiss, though his strong rationality managed to pull him back.
Clearly, Song Chubai liked him, so such a kiss should be something he initiated on his own initiative.
Lu Chenhan’s breathing grew heavier as he forcibly compelled himself to pull away from Song Chubai’s lips.
He propped one hand on the bed, his chest rising and falling rapidly.
A mere dragonfly-touch kiss was not enough to satisfy Lu Chenhan. Or rather, it only magnified the greed in his heart.
This sensation, which was even more wonderful than imagined, awakened the greed deep within Lu Chenhan’s heart.
Desire seemed to grow into a towering tree in that very instant, and the look in his eyes as he gazed at Song Chubai became imbued with an unprecedented sense of possessiveness.
He curved his lips, his fingertips lightly resting against Song Chubai’s lips and nudging them slightly.
His temperature and scent still lingered on his lips. He gave his lips a light lick, swallowing his scent and temperature down into his stomach, as if he were also swallowing Song Chubai himself whole.
A strong sense of possessiveness welled up from the depths of his eyes, and he made no effort to conceal his craving for him. At least at this moment, he no longer hid it.
The bright moonlight poured in, spilling over the two of them.
It cast a soft, holy radiance over Song Chubai.
As that moonlight poured over Lu Chenhan, however, it cast a patch of light and shadow across him, making half of him bright and the other half dark.
Light and darkness alternated, his gaze lowered, and his long eyelashes cast a shadow in his eye sockets, concealing the light deep within his eyes.
After an unknown amount of time, Song Chubai’s eyelashes fluttered and he opened his eyes with a dazed expression.
The moment he opened his eyes, what he saw was Lu Chenhan staring right at him. Furthermore, that look in his eyes was a little strange.
Song Chubai was not yet fully awake, his entire mind still hazy, so he did not realize what that strange look signified. Instead, he asked bluntly, “What time is it?”
“Nine o’clock.” Lu Chenhan replied directly without even looking.
Song Chubai let out an “oh” and propped himself up to a sitting position. It was only then that he noticed Lu Chenhan’s left hand was actually still wrapped around his waist.
No wonder he had dreamed of his beloved cat scratching the right side of his waist. He had even wondered when his cat had taken a liking to scratching his waist, considering it usually aimed straight for his face. It turned out to be because Lu Chenhan was holding his waist.
Song Chubai grabbed Lu Chenhan’s wrist, moved it away from his waist, and placed it on the blanket.
Lu Chenhan had already reined in the possessiveness in his eyes, and by this point, his gaze had returned to normal, so Song Chubai did not notice anything amiss.
He withdrew his hand, crossed both arms over his chest, and said in a calm tone, “Since you slept in my bed, you’re my person now.”
He did not even know how many times he had said similar lines, Song Chubai thought to himself in silence as he obediently nodded.
Seeing him nod in agreement, Lu Chenhan suddenly leaned forward, his entire body practically pouncing onto the bed. Kneeling on one knee on the mattress, he encircled Song Chubai entirely within his embrace, exuding an overwhelming sense of oppression.
The corners of his mouth twitched upward into a smile, bringing his face right beside the ear of a bewildered Song Chubai who had not yet fully reacted. With an overbearing and arrogant tone, though his voice carried a somewhat ambiguous hoarseness, his thin lips parted to say:
“You’re mine, and don’t even think about running away.”
For the rest of his life, he was his person.
