But the space refused to cooperate. If the items were not from the same category, it would not allow them to be placed in the same column.

Fine, if it refused, then she would just leave things like this for now.

If there was no room later, she could simply take some things back out.Full novel: Reborn Before the Apocalypse: I Killed My Best Friend First — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

There were so many small household appliances that she felt she probably could not use them all even in her entire lifetime.

When she reached the first floor, the things inside the display counters nearly made Tong Qingyan ecstatic.

What woman would not love gold, silver, jewelry, and other beautiful ornaments?

Although these things would not even be enough to buy a single rice ball during the torrential rains, that did not stop her from liking them!

Besides, society was still governed by the law at the moment. Perhaps she could take these things back home and sell them in exchange for the supplies she needed!

The display counters were all made of explosion resistant glass. She could see the items but could not reach them, and she did not have the keys.

Tong Qingyan did not waste any time. She directly collected all the display counters and safes from several jewelry stores into her space.

She had already checked the place carefully during the day. The shopping center’s warehouse was on the first floor. When she walked over, however, she found that the door was locked.

The lock was enormous. Even if she had an axe, it would probably take her a long time to smash it open.

Besides, she did not have an axe.

She might as well see whether the space could collect the lock.

She placed her hand on the large lock and focused her thoughts. Sure enough, the lock disappeared.

Wonderful! This space really was an essential companion for traveling!

When she opened the warehouse door, an endless sea of goods immediately came into view.

Good heavens!

This warehouse was enormous!

Could she really fit all these supplies into her space?

She would know once she tried.

She stretched out her hand and began collecting things as she ran. In less than three minutes, all the supplies in the entire warehouse had been collected into her bracelet space.

Huh?

Something was not right!

Even if the space had unlimited height, she could clearly see that the supplies inside were arranged according to categories. Different types of products could not simply be stacked on top of each other.

She had collected so many things. The space should have been full already!

She sent her consciousness into space to inspect the situation. She had not noticed anything before, but what she saw now shocked her completely.

Was this really her space?

She clearly remembered that her space had only been about one hundred square meters in size, yet now it was at least ten thousand square meters.

Good heavens! What exactly was going on?

How had the space suddenly become so much larger?

Could there have been something among the things she had just collected that could expand the space?

She had to find that item. Then she could collect more of it later and expand the space further.

After examining everything, she discovered that all the jade items had disappeared.

At first, she had not noticed that the jade was missing.

But then she saw many gold bases.

Whether they were rings, pendants, or jade bracelets, anything made with jade set in gold had been stripped down to nothing but gold.

Tong Qingyan took another careful look and discovered that every piece of jade had disappeared.

It seemed that the missing jade had been absorbed by the space.

From now on, she absolutely had to collect more jade to expand her space.

Speaking of jade, the first place Tong Qingyan thought of was northern Myanmar.

It seemed that she could not return home directly tomorrow. She needed to make a trip to northern Myanmar and collect as much jade as possible.

Once she made up her mind, she immediately took out her phone and changed her flight destination to northern Myanmar.

Wow, she had discovered something even more astonishing. The time displayed on the floating time display inside the space had actually increased by one hour.

Did that mean she could enter space again?

She impatiently tried to enter the space.

“Haha…”

She had really made it inside. This was wonderful!

As long as she could enter, that was enough. Not daring to waste any of the space’s time, she quickly left again.

This time was something she needed to save for emergencies.

Now that the space had become larger, she could collect even more supplies.

She headed straight for the second floor. This floor was the mother and baby section, with everything from infant formula, rice cereal, infant calcium, iron, zinc, and selenium supplements to all kinds of complementary foods and snacks.

There were also countless baby clothes, cradles, strollers, toys, baby oil, diaper rash cream, and other baby products.

There were maternity clothes, radiation protection clothing, olive oil, pregnancy skincare products, and countless other items.

Originally, she had not planned to collect anything from this floor. She did not know whether she would get married in the future or have children, and collecting all these things would take up a lot of space.

But now that the space had become larger, she had plenty of room. She might as well collect them. It was better to have them and not need them than to need them and have nothing.

The third floor was men’s clothing. Although she did not have a boyfriend yet, what if she had one in the future?

She collected everything!

The fourth floor was women’s clothing, and much of it consisted of international luxury brands.

In the past, Tong Qingyan had not only never worn some of them, she had never even heard of them.

Who cared what styles they were or whether she would ever have a use for them? She had to collect everything.

The fifth floor contained Tong Qingyan’s favorite things. It was filled entirely with outdoor equipment stores.

There were waterproof jackets and pants, quick drying clothes and pants, hiking boots, sun hats, quick drying socks, sleeping bags, moisture proof mats, tents, trekking poles, camping carts, high intensity flashlights, engineer shovels, compasses, portable cooking equipment, kayaks, diesel generators, and all kinds of other outdoor supplies.

Tong Qingyan ran her fingers over the waterproof and breathable jackets and raincoats, and she could not help remembering her previous life. When the torrential rain arrived, she had spent long periods soaked in rainwater while going outside to look for food, until the skin on her body had become swollen and waterlogged.

With these waterproof jackets and raincoats, she would never have to suffer like she had in her previous life again.

Everything on the entire fifth floor was collected into her space. All that remained were the mannequin models and the floor.

She had just finished collecting the last tent when she saw a security guard standing behind her.

The beam of the flashlight in the security guard’s hand shone directly onto Tong Qingyan’s face. Even the black face covering could not hide her suddenly constricted pupils.

The security guard stared at the vanished merchandise and the ghostlike black figure in front of him, his legs trembling uncontrollably.

Before Tong Qingyan could even make a move, the security guard fell straight backward with a loud thud and collapsed onto the floor, losing consciousness.

Tong Qingyan walked over and kicked him several times, but he did not react. She placed her fingers against the man’s carotid artery and only then realized that he was already dead!

His death left Tong Qingyan both amused and speechless.

She had originally been wondering how she was going to kill him.

She never expected him to be so useless that he would simply be frightened to death by her.

She really wanted to bring him back to life and ask him whether she was really that terrifying.

Well, he was already dead. It saved her the trouble of having to do anything herself.

The sixth floor was a cinema. The only things she could collect were some snacks and various drinks from the counter.

When she reached the seventh floor, she found a gym. She collected one of every type of exercise equipment into her space.

She had practiced Taekwondo since she was little, so she still had some fighting skills.

If she had not let her guard down around Liu Danya, she would not have been killed by her in her previous life.

From now on, she would never trust others so easily again. She would use these exercise machines to make her fighting skills even better.

She had no intention of going above the eighth floor. The floors above were all office spaces filled with rows of cubicles. There were pitifully few supplies there, and they were simply not worth wasting her time on.
