( 🖤 Keifer’s POV After everything I had said to her, I watched helplessly as tears began rolling down Jayjay’s cheeks.
One tear.
Then another.
And another.
My chest tightened.
Oh, God…
I couldn’t look at her.
I really couldn’t.
Every single tear that slipped from her eyes felt like a knife twisting deeper into my chest.
💔 I wanted to wipe them away.
I wanted to tell her that none of this was real.
That I didn’t mean any of those words.
That I love her.
That I was doing this for a reason.
But I couldn’t.
I had to keep going.
I had already come this far.
I couldn’t stop now.
Not yet.
Then, suddenly…
A laugh escaped her lips.
I froze.
It wasn’t a nervous laugh.
It wasn’t forced.
For a moment, it sounded almost real.
She was laughing.
I stared at her in disbelief.
How the hell can she laugh after everything I just said?
I couldn’t understand it.
Then it hit me.
She believed me.
She actually believed every horrible word I had thrown at her.
And somehow, that realization hurt even more.
So I forced myself to continue.
Keifer: “Do you really think this is a joke, haan?
Do you seriously think I would fall for someone like you?
Someone with no fashion sense?
A tomboy?” Jayjay looked at me.
She was still laughing softly.
Then she tilted her head and gave me a smile.
Jayjay: “Do you really think I don’t have options, Mr.
Watson?” 😂 I froze.
What?
My eyebrows shot up.
Options?
What the hell did she mean by options?
who the hell are fucking options?
Before I could even ask, she continued.
Jayjay: “Never mind.
Leave that.” She casually brushed the matter aside.
Then her eyes narrowed slightly.
Jayjay: “You said I’m not fashionable, right?” She raised an eyebrow.
Jayjay: “Then what happened to your two fashionable ex-girlfriends?” My expression immediately changed.
Jayjay took a small step toward me.
Jayjay: “Why did they leave you?” I couldn’t answer.
She smiled.
Jayjay: “Did they think the same about you?” She paused deliberately.
Jayjay: “That you’re not fashionable?” Her smile became more mocking.
Jayjay: “Or were they only around you because of your money?” 🙂 The entire classroom went silent.
I was completely frozen.
But apparently, I wasn’t the only one.
Every single person in Section E had gone quiet.
The classroom, which had been filled with voices only moments ago, suddenly felt suffocating.
Nobody moved.
Nobody spoke.
Even the ceiling fan seemed unusually loud against the uncomfortable silence.
But one thought was screaming inside my head.
Who the hell are these fucking options she’s talking about?!
😡 Who wants my wife?
My jaw clenched.
I hated the thought.
But I pushed it aside.
Never mind.
I’ll find out who they are.
And when I do…
I’ll deal with them.
Later.
Not now.
Because right now…
My wifey…
My Jay…
was standing in front of me with tears in her eyes.
And those tears were there because of me.
💔 Then Jayjay looked at me again.
And there it was.
That smile.
That same sweet smile she wore every single day.
The smile that made everyone believe she was perfectly happy.
The smile that made it seem like she had just won the lottery.
😊 But I knew something was wrong.
Or maybe…
I was only beginning to realize it.
Jayjay: “You know what?” She took a small breath.
Her smile didn’t disappear.
Jayjay: “I’m actually happy for them.” My heart sank.
She continued smiling.
Jayjay: “Because no one deserves a monster like you.” Her eyes met mine.
For a second, I couldn’t breathe.
Then she continued.
Jayjay: “And well…” She paused.
Jayjay: “Congratulations.” That sweet smile appeared on her lips again.
Jayjay: “You successfully completed your plan.” 😊 What the fu—?
My heart dropped.
She actually believed it.
She really thought I was a monster.
I wanted to scream.
I’m not a monster.
I’m not.
But then…
My vision suddenly became blurry.
I quickly turned my face away.
I blinked several times and wiped my eyes before anyone could notice.
I couldn’t cry.
Not here.
Not in front of everyone.
But one horrible thought entered my mind.
Maybe…
Maybe she’s right.
Maybe I really am a fucking monster.
💔 I clenched my fists.
No.
I wasn’t going to let this end like this.
I looked at her one last time.
Don’t worry, Jay.
I’ll prove it to you.
When I come back…
I’ll prove everything.
Just then, the classroom door opened.
Creak…
Sir Alvin walked inside with a few books tucked under his arm.
He stopped almost immediately.
His eyes moved around the classroom.
The atmosphere was strange.
Too quiet.
Everyone looked uncomfortable.
Jayjay quickly wiped the remaining tears from her face and put on that familiar smile again.
As if nothing had happened.
Sir Alvin: “What happened?
Is everything alright?” Jayjay immediately turned toward him.
Jayjay: “Yes, sir.” She smiled innocently.
Jayjay: “We were just playing plan-plan.” 😂 Sir Alvin blinked.
His eyebrows furrowed.
Sir Alvin: “Plan-plan?” 🤨 Jayjay nodded.
Her smile widened.
Jayjay: “Funny, right?” 😂 Sir Alvin stared at her for a few seconds.
Clearly confused.
Finally, he shook his head.
Sir Alvin: “Never mind.
Let’s continue the class.” Jayjay nodded.
Jayjay: “Yes, sir.” I was still watching her.
Something about that smile felt wrong.
Then suddenly— BZZZT…
BZZZT…
Her phone began vibrating.
I glanced toward her hand.
She looked down at the screen.
And then I saw the name.
Kuya ❤️ My eyes narrowed.
Percy.
Since Jayjay’s phone was connected to mine, I could see the incoming call too.
may be its Angelo.
Her eyes remained fixed on the screen.
She didn’t answer.
The phone kept vibrating.
BZZZT…
BZZZT…
Something about her expression changed.
She looked worried.
Then she turned toward Sir Alvin.
Jayjay: “Sir, I have to leave right now.
There’s an emergency.” She showed him her phone.
Sir Alvin glanced at the screen.
Sir Alvin: “Okay.” Jayjay immediately grabbed her bag.
She didn’t look at anyone.
Not even once.
She walked toward the classroom door.
I stared after her.
What the hell is this emergency?
Is she alright?
Did something happen?
😟 I couldn’t just sit there.
I stood up.
Keifer: “Sir, I have to take this call.” Without waiting for an answer, I followed her outside.
🌧️ The Parking Area But when I stepped into the corridor…
Something felt wrong.
Jayjay hadn’t answered the call.
I quickly looked around.
Then I saw her.
She was walking toward the parking area.
Her phone was still in her hand.
And then…
The screen went black.
She had powered it off.
I frowned.
Why would she switch off her phone when someone was calling her?
Something wasn’t right.
I followed her.
But carefully.
I kept enough distance between us so she wouldn’t notice me.
We eventually reached the school parking area.
The sky above us had turned dark and cloudy, and the air felt heavy with the smell of rain.
I quickly moved behind one of the large concrete pillars near the parking lot.
From there, I could see Jayjay.
Then I noticed someone else.
A man was standing beside a blue car.
I narrowed my eyes.
Who the hell is he?
🤨 I tried to get a better look at his face.
But I couldn’t.
He was wearing a black cap pulled low over his forehead and a mask covering most of his face.
I couldn’t recognize him.
I stayed hidden.
Watching.
Waiting.
Then Jayjay saw him.
And suddenly…
She started running.
My eyes widened.
She ran straight toward him.
The moment she reached him— She hugged him.
My heart stopped.
But that wasn’t even the worst part.
She started crying.
Not the silent tears she’d shed inside the classroom.
This was different.
Her shoulders shook violently.
Her breathing became uneven.
She was crying so hard that she could barely catch her breath.
The mysterious man immediately wrapped his arms around her.
He held her tightly.
Protectively.
Almost desperately.
As though letting go of her wasn’t an option.
As though that hug was the only thing keeping her together.
💔 I stood behind the pillar, completely stunned.
Who is this person?
Why is Jayjay so comfortable with him?
Why is she crying like this in front of him?
Who the hell is he?
Before I could understand anything…
CRASH!
Heavy rain suddenly began pouring from the sky.
🌧️⛈️ Within seconds, the parking lot was covered in sheets of rain.
Water splashed against the concrete.
The sound of rainfall became deafening.
My clothes began getting wet as I stepped away from the pillar.
I tried desperately to see through the rain.
And then…
I saw him lift Jayjay into his arms in bridal style.
My heart nearly stopped.
“What the hell?!” I stepped forward.
Then I realized.
Jayjay wasn’t moving.
Her head rested against his chest.
Her arms hung loosely.
She was unconscious.
Panic shot through me.
I immediately started running toward them.
“Jayjay!” But I was too late.
The man carefully placed her inside the passenger seat of the blue car.
Then he quickly moved around the vehicle and got into the driver’s seat.
The engine roared.
I ran faster.
“WAIT!” The car began moving.
I sprinted toward it as hard as I could.
But before I could reach them— The blue car disappeared through the school gates.
I stopped in the middle of the parking lot.
Completely helpless.
Rain poured over me.
My hair was soaked.
My clothes were drenched.
Water ran down my face.
But I couldn’t feel any of it.
All I could think about was Jayjay.
It was my fault.
She had been crying because of me.
I had hurt her.
I had told myself that I would ask for her forgiveness later.
That I would explain everything.
That I had time.
But now…
I wasn’t so sure.
After seeing her collapse into another man’s arms and disappear in that car…
I felt like she might never forgive me.
I clenched my fists.
Then I turned around and ran back toward the classroom.
When I returned, Sir Alvin had already left.
The moment I entered the classroom, everyone looked at me.
Their expressions changed instantly.
I was completely drenched.
My shirt clung to my body.
My hair was dripping water onto the floor.
Water ran from my sleeves and collected near my shoes.
But I didn’t care.
Nothing mattered anymore.
I looked toward Edrix.
Keifer: “Edrix!
Check Jayjay’s location.
Fast!” Edrix immediately pulled out his phone.
Edrix: “On it.” Everyone started asking questions.
I quickly told them everything.
The call.
Jayjay leaving the classroom.
The mysterious man.
The blue car.
Jayjay running toward him.
Her crying.
Their hug.
Her losing consciousness.
And finally…
The man taking her away.
Everyone listened in complete silence.
Then Felix stepped forward.
His eyes were red.
His expression was furious.
Felix: “Oh, so now you care, haan?” 😡 I looked at him.
Keifer: “Stop it, Felix.
Not now.” But Felix wasn’t going to stop.
Neither was Ci-N.
Suddenly, both of them shouted at the same time.
Felix & Ci-N: “WHY NOT NOW?!” The entire classroom flinched.
Even I did.
They had never spoken to me like that before.
Felix’s eyes were filled with tears.
His voice trembled with anger.
Felix: “Two months ago, when we met, I told you we shouldn’t continue this plan!” His voice cracked.
Felix: “She’s a good person!” He angrily wiped the tears from his face.
Felix: “That time, every single person in this class agreed with me!” He pointed directly at me.
Felix: “INCLUDING YOU!” His voice rose.
Felix: “So now…” He stared straight into my eyes.
Felix: “WHAT HAPPENED?!” 😭 I had nothing to say.
Nothing.
Then Ci-N stepped forward.
His voice was shaking.
Ci-N: “We both lost our sister because of your fucking plan.” The moment those words left his mouth…
Both of them broke down.
They hugged each other tightly as tears streamed down their faces.
The entire classroom fell silent.
One by one…
Everyone began crying.
Everyone…
Except me.
Not because I didn’t care.
I cared too much.
But I couldn’t cry.
I couldn’t explain what was happening inside my chest.
I couldn’t even understand it myself.
Not now.
I just…
couldn’t.
Keifer: “I have reasons.” Suddenly— Someone grabbed my collar.
I looked up.
David.
His eyes were filled with rage and tears.
David: “GO TO HELL WITH YOUR FUCKING REASONS!” His voice echoed through the classroom.
David: “I DON’T CARE!” His grip tightened around my collar.
David: “If anything happens to her…” His voice dropped.
Dangerously.
David: “I will personally destroy you.” He stared directly into my eyes.
David: “I don’t fucking care about my company.” His eyes filled with more tears.
David: “I don’t care about my family.” He swallowed hard.
David: “I don’t care about anything.” His voice cracked.
David: “If anything happens to her…” 😡💔 He clenched his jaw.
David: “I swear…
I will destroy you.” I stared at him.
And then…
I noticed something in his eyes.
Something I’d never really paid attention to before.
So I spoke.
Keifer: “Oh…” My voice was calm.
But there was something dangerous underneath it.
Keifer: “So finally, you’re showing your love, haan?” David froze.
I looked straight into his eyes.
Keifer: “Do you really think I don’t know that you love her?” Everyone went silent.
Shock appeared on their faces.
Apparently…
Nobody knew.
Nobody knew just how deeply David loved Jayjay.
David suddenly laughed.
But it wasn’t a happy laugh.
It was the kind of laugh that came when someone had run out of tears.
David: “I never hide it, Keifer.” He slowly shook his head.
David: “I never hide how much I cared about her.” He took a shaky breath.
David: “I never hide my love for her.” His voice softened.
David: “I didn’t confess to her because I saw the love in both of your eyes.” I remained silent.
David: “I thought you would keep her happy.” His eyes filled with tears again.
David: “I thought you would love her more than I ever could.” He gave a bitter smile.
David: “But…” His voice broke.
David: “I was fucking wrong.” 💔 He released my collar slowly.
David: “She has suffered a lot.” He stared at me.
David: “More than you can even imagine.” I frowned.
David: “I thought you were the good option for her life.” He wiped his tears.
David: “I thought I was just standing in the middle.” His voice cracked again.
David: “I loved her so much …” He paused.
His eyes became darker.
David: “that I could destroy myself…” A shaky breath escaped him.
David: “Or even i can destroy the whole world for her.” Nobody spoke.
Nobody dared to interrupt him.
David: “I still decided not to confess.” He looked toward the classroom door.
David: “I decided to love her from far away.” His tears finally began falling freely.
David: “I never stopped loving her.” His voice grew louder.
David: “AND I NEVER WILL.” The words echoed through the classroom.
He looked toward the empty doorway where Jayjay had disappeared.
David: “But I wanted to see her happy.” His voice softened.
David: “She was happy with you…” He swallowed.
David: “At least, I thought she was happy with you.” His head dropped.
David: “But I was wronggggg.” 😭 I couldn’t move.
I was genuinely shocked.
I already knew David loved Jayjay.
But I had never imagined his feelings were this deep.
He was willing to destroy himself for her.
Maybe even destroy the entire world.
But one sentence kept repeating inside my mind.
“She has suffered a lot.” What does he know about her that I don’t?
What has Jayjay been through?
What kind of suffering is he talking about?
I wanted to ask him.
I wanted answers.
But not now.
Not while everyone was already breaking apart.
I’d find out later.
Somehow.
I’d find out everything.
Suddenly, Edrix’s voice cut through the silence.
Edrix: “Keifer…” I turned toward him.
His expression was serious.
Far too serious.
Edrix: “I can’t find her.” My heart stopped.
Keifer: “What?” Edrix looked down at his phone.
Edrix: “Her phone is off.” He tried again.
Nothing.
His expression became more worried.
Edrix: “The last location I have…” He paused.
Then looked at me.
Edrix: “…is the school.” My stomach dropped.
I felt completely helpless.
What am I supposed to do now?
Who was that person?
Why was Jayjay so comfortable with him?
Why did she run toward him?
Why did she cry in his arms?
Who was he?
Where is Jayjay now?
And most importantly…
Is she in danger?
😰 I clenched my fists.
I didn’t know who that man was.
I didn’t know where Jayjay had been taken.
I didn’t know what had happened to her.
But I knew one thing.
I would find her.
No matter where she was.
No matter who had taken her.
No matter what stood in my way.
I would find Jayjay.
And when I did…
I would uncover every secret.
Her secrets.
David’s secrets.
The mysterious man’s identity.
And most importantly…
The truth about what Jayjay had been through.
🖤🔥 Because this time…
I wasn’t going to let her disappear from my life without finding the truth.
I hope you’re enjoying the story so far.
