Delete your NovelCodex account
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete it yourself (instant)
- 1. Sign in to NovelCodex (in the app or at novelcodex.org).
- 2. Open your Profile from the top-right menu.
- 3. Scroll to the Account & Security section.
- 4. Tap Delete account and type your account email to confirm.
- 5. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently, and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Permanently deleted
- • Your login credentials and account
- • Profile and username
- • Token balance and reward history
- • Bookmarks and reading history
- • Saved chats and chat history
- • Support / feedback tied to your account
Retained (limited)
- • Payment receipts held by our payment processor (Stripe) for legal and accounting purposes, per their retention policy. These are not used to re-identify you.
- • Anonymized, aggregated usage stats that contain no personal data.
