Rainforest Burning Heart: Ten Years in Xishuangbanna

In the 1970s, Long Xiaoying and Xia Hongye went to Xishuangbanna to plant rubber trees. Deep in the primeval rainforest, they used their youth to cut through thorns and watered the rubber forest with blood and sweat. Through shared hardships, a feeling beyond friendship quietly grew. However, Long Xiaoying suddenly became paralyzed after a rainstorm, while Xia Hongye got a chance to return to the city. Ten years later, the great return to the city began. The unresolved questions from back then and the unhealed scars deep in the rainforest finally completed a both magnificent and painful reshaping of youth at the intersection of time.
